Poor service and attitude . Give the wrong parts then ack like ghetto jerk offs with after they screw up your stuff .

I was in a tight spot, as most of us are these days. And the staff went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road within budget. I get the same great customer service at every location. It's the only place I shop, and the only one I recommend. :)

I feel that some of O'Reilly's accessories are kind of pricey. I also find that most of their parts are cheaper than AutoZone. If you're in it for parts definitely O'Reilly's. If you're looking to customize or even throw a stereo in your Car or Truck look elsewhere.

Bought wiper blades there today the gentleman that waited on me didn't offer to install them. I should of went to Walmart buy them cheaper priced and still put them on myself. It use to be nice when I worked for O'reilly to do this for customers when they bought them.

I went to get alternator checked got told I needed a battery cause my car was acting janky. Car didn't start with new battery either so I told him ion want or need a damn battery... Be careful and get second opinion when dealing with them sheisters

They have fairly knowledgeable employees and I like how they have the option to borrow tools. Every time I'm there I always find what i need. The only thing that I don't like is that they seem to be a little more expensive than other auto part stores in the area.

There were two employees there. A male and female. The female employee seemed as if she didn t wanna work there at all. I asked her if my car needed a specific power steering fluid and she gave me no right answer to the question I asked. At least the male employee seemed like he knew what he was doing when he helped me out. The service is no good. If I was the hire up and walked in and got the same service from her, she would be unemployed the same day.

Thats kinda funny because that little short girl with dark hair is the reason I go into that store. I don't think you know what you're talking about mate. She is always helpful and able to find what ever I need for my trucks. Everyone in the store is polite and helpful. The prices are little bit more than I wnat to pay for but the customer service is outstanding.

I absolutely LOVE this auto parts store. They almost always have whatever I need, and if not they will tell me where I can get it. If I am having issues, 9 times out of 10 they will help me diagnose and figure out a plan to help me fix it. If you have to go somewhere for a fix, I suggest this place for sure.

They are always very friendly and helpful when I go there. Thanks to the man who changed my light bulb, made sure I didn't pay for something that would not last that long, and laughed at my dumb jokes. Love this place!

Horrible service.. I walked in to get brake pads.. There was another gentleman standing at the counter... There was only one worker.. And she was in the back talking to an off the clock coworker.. Didnt come to check on us.. He and i stood there for about 1t minites until she finally came to the counter.. Then didnt know who make a mercury gand marquis... Horrible...

I I usually get a good deal on my oil. Just have to watch for deals. People that work there seem to be knowledgeable
