My husband and I needed our resonator replaced. We pulled up here they looked at our car and had everything we needed there. Our car was done in about 1hr, reasonable affordable price and very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

These guys are awesome! I'm from New YorkMy car was broke down & I had nowhere to go except to sleep in my car it was going to be in the low 30s that night. They did everything in there power get me back on the road that night staying late till the work was done Thank-you! All so much to make sure I was safe

Brian and his team are great. They are down-to-earth and give good customer service, They gave me a thorough run down of what needed to be fixed AND showed me as well. He patiently answered my questions. My repair was done the same day ( which I wasn't expecting).I like how comfortable and ease Brian and his team made me feel as a woman going through this process. I will continue to support this local Youngstown business and hope my review will encourage you to do the same.

If I could give zero stars I would but the guys are very unprofessional, told me it be a 2.5 hour job turned out to be a 4hours , left my car unfinished to compensate other customers who came in after me will not be doing business in the future with this company...I don't recommend

Stopped in for an estimate woth one of my Ford Escorts amd was very friendly and ga e me a good quote, most places won't even touch my cars or if they do they charge an outrageous price. Will be taking it back to have the work done soon.

They very knowledgeable and brakes and and Muffler they are very kinds of people. They will show you the problem in your car and they'll give you an up-front price. We like to thank them for all they done to our vehicle. Muffler, catalytic converters and Brakes both of the repairs cost $1000.00 great price. If i would gone does a Ford dealership to get a repaired it would have been $7,000.

I had a wheel hub bearing put on my vehicle, and the crew was awesome they got the job done in a timely manner and was very polite and professional, I have a little more work to be done on my TAURUS so I will be back next week for more work and I recommend these guys to anyone who needs automotive repairs you'll be glad you did!THANKS GUYS!!!

My husband does a lot of business with him & has never had an issue with the quality of work performed. I on the other hand have yet to do business here. He's always really busy; not a bad thing; and he has a brother on the other side who usually has a better price Although, to think about it, if I had of waited & paid the higher price, maybe my car wouldn't have a squeak from the back driver's side

I came in and immediately had my car put up to get work started on it. The workers were courteous enough to allow me to take some time to decide what I wanted to do. He was reasonable and honest in prices compared to other places around town. Shortest visit to an auto repair place and before work got done he showed and explained the problem. Not only that I was checked on when it came to the temperature of the waiting area. He also resolved the problem of my check engine light which has been on for years! Went to see if they could look at my car, since it has been making loud helicopter noises when I drive it. Jason said he would look at my car right then, and he would let us know what was wrong with my car and the cost for repair. He put it on a jack and took the time to explain to us what was wrong with the car. He is personable, fair, and honest. He called to see if he could get us parts, and the parts were available, so he worked on our car right then. He told us he would be done by noon, and finished 45 minutes earlier than that time. Picked up my car and it sounds great!! I would recommend this place to everyone for car repairs/service! Exceptional service in a timely manner with consideration for their customers!

Needed a muffler. Checked other places and this place was referred to my by my father-in-law. Took it there and 45 minutes later new muffler at more than half the cost of other places. Employees were very nice & showed me what they were going to do. Would highly recommend Northside Muffler.

The guys at Northside Muffler are courteous, knowledgeable and fair. They are also pretty fast and do the job right!!! When I thought I needed a muffler, they told me I only needed a new tailpipe!!! I trust them with my car which is saying a lot.
