Just go somewhere else! Had multiple issues with multiple cars! Got an oil change and tire rotation and had a tire fall off my car!! Will post pics! Had another car worked on and got it back with missing parts, missing bolts, and missing an engine cover! Got work on another vehicle, and they said they fixed something, and they didn't took it back a few times and finally took it to the dealership and had to pay an additional 500 to get it fixed properly!

big shout out to austin and crew! they did not have the tire that i needed but they ordered it and got me in asap. i have bought tires from here before and have had no problems. i like that you get a warranty on the tires you buy from them.

As good as an experience can be when you need to have your exhaust and oil changed in short notice. Robert was friendly and in tune with my car service needs. The job was done quickly and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely go back for future car maintenance needs.

Pleasant enough people, however work seems shoddy at best. Purchased a muffler that came with a lifetime warranty. After multiple visits the last few months, my muffler has fallen off twice and repairs seem to barely last a few weeks. I would recommend going anywhere else.

The folks there were very kind in helping me on short notice, managed to replace my catalytic converter in just shy of two hours! Special shout out to Robert, who was the gentleman who responded to my call and managed to get the rush order job in.

I work next door to Midas. Any time we need anything the guys are always accommodating. Went to Midas yesterday and they were busy. I asked them if they could check the tire pressure in car. They were very professional.

Hello.. Youngstown folks. I just want to share here for my experience with they business. I let them changed oil and let them check engine overheating problem. Then I left overnight my car in they shop. And said we will call you for the costs $$ in the same day. But, they didn t call me at all and didn t check my car neither.. after I leave that shop . My car broke down on the road. Wow..! How can we trust that kind of business? They got disrespectful behavior and lied to me?? Didn t take care my issue but, I pay for oil change. Actually I don t think they changed the oil neither.. I will check it out and we have to sue that business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I will give them zero if i could ..... They used their scan then they told me the abs sensor was bad they replace it 2 times and still i have same problem ....they dont know anything about cars ....they ruind my old car since i start change the oil with them the engine didnt stop leaking untel i soldit and they charge the customer way more than any place not just this all of them rude they dont know how to treat the customers ......for all don't even think to go to this place not recommended at all

This Midas is the only mechanic shop I trust with my car. I ve too often had mechanics pushing/performing work that didn t need done. First time I came here, my car needed a lot more work than I expected. They took me in and showed me the issues so I could see for myself they weren t jerking my chain (ladies we all know mechanics often assume we re gullible). This Midas has gone above and beyond! They really took my needs into consideration and did the best they could, even keeping my car longer than expected to be 100% sure it made the trip just fine! I've brought my car in several times on its last leg and they always bring it back from the dead! I called you guys to get a full tune up the guy said 500 dollars . I said ok I went to auto zone to get diagnosed. Midas then replace coil and not spark plugs . I drop my car off at 9 am I got my car back at 4pm and the only thing was replaced was the coil. I was charged 300 dollars for the job and the job wasn t fully completed like what we agreed on !!! I called next day because the problem was never fixed properly. They trying to scam me to pay for more labor time when we originally agreed on 500 dollars for the full tune up . The guy said over the phone that he took things into his own hands and basically did what he wanted to and not what we agreed upon !!! He also said he knew what the problem was but he just did what he wanted to do to my car and my car is still messed up it s more but I don t want to go on because I may have to fill a lawsuit if they don t make things right

I took my car there to have the brakes and rotors replaced. My car was so squeaky and the brakes were horrible. They ordered the ones that were needed and fix them in such a timely manner. Literally didn t even have the car a day. Everyone there is so friendly and so kind. I couldn t be happier with my car. It runs better than before! This is definitely a place that I will bring my car to you again.Service: Brakes
