I drive an older Acura with high miles so mechanical failures are bound to happen. I was referred to Marouns by a national auto repair company (who shall remain unnamed) when they couldn t fix a problem. Marouns not only fixed the problem, they did so with ease, expediency, and a fair price. I ve been taking my car there since. Every time I think a mechanical failure is the big one and it s time to lay my old girl to rest, I ll get a call from Christy telling me not to worry, it s only a bearing or some other naturally degenerative mechanical part that s an easy and inexpensive fix. Not only do I trust Marouns, I appreciate everyone there.

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Tried to save $300 by bringing my car here to have them seal the spark plug wells due to oil getting on the plugs. Not only is the oil still leaking on the plugs, but there's sealant all over the inside of the wells and on the ignition coils and spark plugs after checking it 2 weeks later. The nice ladies in the office convinced me to bring it in so they could have someone clean it up and redo the job to "make it right". I agreed as long as I could watch the job being performed to ensure the job gets done right. Upon bringing it in, the owner, Tony, looks at the pictures I took and insisted that there was no problem if the car didn't have a check engine light on. I explained that oil on the spark plugs is a problem (and the reason I brought it in originally) and now I have an additional problem being the sealant all over these components and in the wells, so the check engine light not being on doesn't mean that there's no issue. He was extremely degrading and stated that they will look at it, but that I was just complaining and there wasn't an issue. I told him I will not allow him to touch my car if he doesn't see an issue with what I showed him in the pictures and attempted to leave. Tony took my engine cover and said that he wasn't letting me leave until he looks at it. I had to call the police to get him to return my engine cover so I could leave and go somewhere that will clean up the mess they made and fix the issue I brought it in for! Learn from my mistake and do NOT take your car here to attempt to save a couple hundred dollars, because it will cost you an issues later (good thing I checked the work they did as soon as I did)!To attempt to seal it and still have a leak is understandable, but to say you sealed it when all you did was get sealant everywhere so now you have oil and sealant all over the plugs and coils then say, "as long as the check engine light isn't on there's no problem" is pretty scary! I could only imagine with happens with the used cars they "fix" and sell..Update: clearly the valve gasket seal is not sealed properly and leaks oil. AVOID these guys and the headache they cause!

Missy and her team were absolutely fantastic! They treated me with dignity and respect. They also explained all the service performed and didn't try to upsell or charge me for anything unneeded. Christy (Service Manager) was so kind and knowledgeable and also got rid of the stupid message my car was showing upon startup. I can not recommend this dealership/ service center enough. I will be going here for all my future service! Thanks for everything!

I purchased my 2013 Porsche Cayenne from Tony and Missy. They have taken great care of Simone and me in regard to following through with items that needed fixing, adjusting, calibrating, installing, and customer service. Christy is also a gem in the office that is very appreciated by me. Looking forward to years of working together.

I just love everything about Maroun s! They are truly wonderful people providing outstanding service! I trust them completely and know they care about their customers and their cars! Over the years (I ve been taking my vw there for over ten years:), they have become friends and have done so many kind things for me they treat their costumers like family! Can t say enough great things about them!

This family owned business on Southern Boulevard has figured out how to give very valuable service, at a more than fair price, in a convenient timely manner. They are respectful of their customers' interest, and a pleasure to deal with. Pretty hard to beat combination. Thank TTThanks

Took my bmw here last year to get a thermostat replaced only to have all my antifreeze leak out. Took it to Pro Auto this week and they got it all fixed up the right way. Pricing is also half the price.

They will quote you a "highest possible cost" then double it when it comes time to pay. They also do the absolute minimum then tell you its your fault because you only asked for A so we didn't do B. They're supposed to be the professionals but apparently YOU have to go in knowing exactly what's wrong with your car and tell them EXACTLY what and how to fix it. Otherwise, they will see an issue but not fix it because you didn't ask them to do it. The woman who runs the phones and payments also likes to talk back and act like she's better and smarter than you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Very good service and knowledgeable staff! This is the way establishments should be ran! When you walk in you will feel like family and you will feel confident that you are in great hands. They have worked on an array of vehicles for my family and myself from BMWs to Pontiacs and have always been very honest. I can't recommend them enough!

After buying this car, I had multiple problems, albeit one at a time.Every time I brought the car in to fix one thing, 1 or 2 other problems occurred AFTER HAVING FIRST PROBLEM FIXED! This happened 3 different times. Finally, I had to take the car to an authorized dealer who fixed the problem(s), but I had to pay for half the repair service with Maroun Motors paying the other half.All this happened within 3 months of purchase. I realize a used vehicle is just that - USED - and therefore subject to issues, but when you bring in a vehicle for 1 problem and 2 more show up AS YOU'RE LEAVING THE LOT, that can only suggest INCOMPETENT MECHANICS.Let me add that ownership and management are very nice, service is good until the mechanics get their hands on the car.Summary, buy the car at Maroun's, but service it elsewhere!

Would not recommend buying a car here, drove 2 and a half hours for a audi b5 s4. 70 miles down the road the car started having issues. I parked the car for a while thinking it was a couple of sensors and that i was going to fix the car as it is a rare car. Have ended up putting multiple sensors, new battery, lower control arm, valve cover gasket, and now in the process of getting new turbos for the car witch the driver side was leaking oil when i bought the car. I advise anyone who buys a car from here to have it looked over, they would not answer any of my phone calls once i got back home as well. Very disappointed they were nice people but in my opinion not honest at all.

Marouns treated me with the utmost respect.As long as I have a foreign car in my driveway, any and all repairs will be taken to their shop.Very knowledgeable and won't charge you for something you don't need.Marouns is the best around.

a friend drove 1000 miles to look at a MINT car and it was missing on cylinder 7, had curb dings on rims as well as rust. Be sure to beware before you take a trip to this place. ALSO he list his $250 deposit. If a car is listed as MINT the definition of MINT is not what was just described. Deal locally with this business is all I m saying.

Horrible sales lemons oil leaking from engine spark plugs have oil all over them never fixed the problem constantly gave me the run around engine needs replaced costing me 6000 DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL
