I recently made the transition from Honda & Toyota to purchasing a Mercedes at Fred Martin, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. A special shoutout to Denis Hernandez for making this journey so nice. Coming into this, I was quite apprehensive about switching brands, but Denis, with his patience and expertise, answered all of my questions comprehensively and was very responsive every time. This not only helped in easing my concerns but started to build my trust in the brand.The post-purchase support has been equally great. While waiting for my service to complete, I had a conversation with another customer, who echoed my sentiments about the excellent service quality and reassured me that I was indeed in good hands.I am incredibly grateful for the professional and personalized service provided by Denis and the Fred Martin team. Fred Martin Ford has helped us with our last 4 vehicle purchases. They have made the process simple, transparent, and fair. I didn t feel like I was getting the run around at any time during my four purchases from them, and have always walked away feeling as though I got a good deal on a major purchase. I would recommend Fred Martin to anyone looking for a fair and courteous dealership that treats their customers with respect.

Curt was great to work with! He's very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went from inquiring about the car to having it in my driveway in under a week. Scott did a great job of finding me a reasonable used car loan as well. I'll definitely think of this dealership the next time I need to shop for a car. Thanks guys!L

It really hard to put into words how happy i was with this entire experience! I was looking for a truck, not in a hurry to buy, plus my credit score is not the greatest. I was driving down Mahoning ave and stopped here on a whim, long story short Marty Shaffer greeted us at the door and and a few short hours later i drove home a new truck, BUT i cannot say enough about Marty, i am a sales manager myself, i know the game, and NEVER once did i feel like Marty was selling me anything, we talked football the entire time, Marty is a sweetheart and a gentleman with knowledge and integrity, if you walk through these doors the best thing you can do is ask for Marty Shaffer and i promise you that you will NEVER regret it!

Would not recommend if you value costumer service or honesty. Was told by a salesman interest rate was guaranteed at 1.9% but when I came in, it jumped to 11%. I know the interest is based on ones credit score. My credit union offered 8%. Of course they didn t tell me the payments would be $900 until after they ran my credit when I stressed multiple times that I would not go over $500! They would NOT work with me on the truck I was interested in, no negotiations, no play on trade in value, no alternatives crickets when I offered any suggestions.Then when I said that neither I or my family would not be purchasing a vehicle from here ever, now they are blowing up my phone! Calling and texting even after I asked them to delete my number. Take your money to another dealership

I was hoping this review did not need to be written, but multiple people at this dealership let me down.I purchased a vehicle from Alec Barone at Fred Martin Ford in early November 2023, sight unseen and planned to have it shipped to where I live. I found the vehicle I wanted, and through him, was assured the vehicle had zero body damage, with the exception of a couple door dings. The pictures I was shown did not show any damage that I could tell. Perhaps the lighting shaded it.When I received the car, that was not the case. The right front fender had previous damage that was covered by touch up paint on both the fender and the colored fender cover that goes around the wheel well.I then got John Navarro involved, new car manager at the dealership. He assured me this is not how they do business and please get an estimate of what the costs would be to fix the car at my local Ford Dealership. I did that. He did not like the quote I received and began to pick at it. "They are charging like you were in an accident.". It is now January 25th, 2024 and we still do not have any resolution to the matter. I was assured we would get this handled amicably. We have not because Mr. Navarro has now stopped responding to my requests. The damage will cost over $2,000 to get fixed. Not such a great deal any more.Beware when dealing with managers and employees here that tell you they will help, and then do not like the answer when you present them with the information THEY requested.

My experience here was amazing!!! I wanted the perfect suv for me and Justin helped me with no problems. Anthony worked magic, he was able to lower my monthly payment almost $100. Then Andrew was there for the kill to show me everything about EV s. Thank you so much gentleman!! The best car purchase experience in twenty years.

I recently bought a Ford Bronco off of Kurt up here and it was the best experience in buying a vehicle I've had. He was very attentive in my needs and what I wanted in a vehicle. Highly recommend Kurt Putnam when buying it next vehicle.

Took our 2020 ford explorer in to service due to 4wd warning lights on the dash. Got it diagnosed as a 4wd module needed replaced. We explained to the service dept that we could smell transmission fluid burning slightly and that it seemed like maybe there was more going on. They assured us that it was the 4wd module and that we were probably smelling that because the 4wd module was burning up. Even asked if we should think about flushing the transmission or anything like that they said no you shouldn t have to do that until 100k miles. So we spent $1000 for the repair and after 10 minutes on the drive home from picking it up the vehicle wasn t drive-able wasn t shifting it was bad. It wasn t doing any of that before the repair and showed zero signs of a transmission going bad besides a 4wd fault light on the dash. They towed it back to the dealer and said now we need a new transmission and that it wasn t related to the repair they had made it was just a coincidence and that we would now have to pay $6000 more to fix it because they didn t properly diagnose the vehicle. I will say the guys we dealt with were very nice and helpful and they did give us a courtesy loaner which was helpful and I give them credit for that but ultimately very disappointed with the outcome because we are now without our vehicle until we can afford to repair it. We were driving the vehicle perfectly fine with no issues until they did a repair and now it s not able to be driven but it was just a coincidence. Our family as a whole has purchased 4 vehicles from them in that past 2 years or so and have always liked the dealership but now we won t be back. Even called to ask if they could at least work with us a little bit on it and was told they couldn t do anything.

I must say, I always drive a Chevy or a Subaru... I took my son today on his 18th birthday to look at Cars. Cody Murray was more than welcoming and very friendly!! I told him what I seen on line. He pulled the info and within 5 minutes had it right outside to look at. In another 5 minutes we were test driving it. After some discussions about where they were on pricing and where we wanted/needed to be. They made it happen!! My son graduated this year and on his18th birthday bought his first car!! What an experience this way. We walked in, meet Cody, test drove, paid/completed paperwork in 1hr. It was by far the easiest and most friendly experience of any dealership I ever experienced. I think they just one themselves a new loyal customer or 2!! Thanks Cody Murray for being you and thanks Fred Martin Ford for taking care and making the customers experience above and beyond!

The purchase was relatively straightforward. It took longer than I would've liked because they tried to upsell us a more expensive car several times but that's their job. Otherwise the car I got runs well. My check engine light did come on a few days after I left but otherwise it runs good.

Tried making a deal, living 8 hours away they wanted me there same day otherwise they wouldn t sell it to me. Attempted to leave a deposit and do a buyers order and pick up 2 days later. Told that doesn t work for them. Knowing I live 8 hours away as it was previously discussed and they tell you it has to be same day just 3 hours before closing, sounds like they never wanted to make a deal in the first place. And I m the emails preceding the deal you would think they would mention it has to be same day, which wasn t mentioned until I agreed on the deal.Deceptive sales practices. Buyer beware.

This Auto Shop goes above and beyond for their clients. I accidentally arrived for service one week early and the shop accommodated my mistake by taking me in. On another occasion they provided a ride home while my vehicle was serviced. On top of that, they delivered my finished vehicle. Superb service.

It was amazing. I came in looking to either refinance or trade in my truck. And when the receptionist called for somebody to come work with me. Two guys came running. And Robert Droege was the one who showed up the fastest.. we shook hands and it was amazing. I got treated like a king. And keep in mind I did not have no cash. All I have is my old 2014 truck. With low miles. The amazing part was that he heard what I was looking to do, which was trading my truck for a brand new truck, which is some thing I have never had in my life. This is my first vehicle that I ve ever had brand new. And not only did they work with me because I don t have great credit. I have OK credit they worked for me. Robert literally ran around Fred Martin Ford getting everything together and making the process so easy I was actually flabbergasted. And two days later, because I had to wait a day cause I had to get new insurance. I drove off that lot with a brand new truck With 25 miles on it brand new Ford F150, 2023,75 year anniversary edition .And because they showed so much willingness to actually talk to me go through everything so that way I understood what is going on. They showed me that they are a good and legit dealership. And they deserve all the awards and have earned all the awards that I seen at the dealership. So their loyalty to me and their willingness to fight for me and fight for the lowest prices, and the lowest interest rate that I can get with my credit. They have earned my loyalty. I ve only lived in Youngstown Ohio for 2 1/2 years. And that s what I told them because you were loyal to me, and made everything happen so easily that I will show my loyalty to you and I will be bringing my wife in to get her self a brand new vehicle with Robert. It was truly amazing.

Lovely place to buy a new or used vehicle. Lots of smiling faces and helpful staff make it a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a very trouble free deal prepared by Jeff Jewell, that met or exceeded all of my expectations. There's no doubt in my mind that we will be making the easy drive to Youngstown, OH from where we live in Pittsburgh, for all of our future car and truck purchases.

Here s the good, I got the car I wanted at a good price and the process of going to the dealership was fairly painless.I live in Florida and found the Mach-E I would later buy at Fred Martin.One reason I purchased the vehicle was because it was certified pre-owned. I didn t want to have to inspect or test drive the car, I wanted to fly in from Florida, pick something up and drive home. Given the car I was buying was certified pre-owned I felt confident it had been inspected and was in good working order.At the end of the day two of 4 usb ports in the car just don t work. Even worse, the charger I was given for my electric vehicle does not work at all.I was told if you have any issues give us a call . When I called the only solution I was given was take the car you just bought into the dealership, your warranty will take care of you .I gave the dealership every opportunity to help take care of me, send a new charger right away, anything, to no avail. They got their sale and were content making empty promises of taking care of me over the phone. I ve now had to spend more money on public charging that is not close to my home so I can drive the vehicle I just purchased.Oh yea, they gave me 2 keys, only one works. (It s not the battery).Fred Martin ford will sell you a car, they will even call it certified pre-owned, but make sure YOU inspect every inch and accessory before you leave the lot.

At Fred, Martin, Ford, their cars have warranties and professional service technicians along with sales professionals who make the experience tremendous. The purchasing experience itself was great, salesman Rob and Nikki ( finance) were great. However...the sunroof visor locked in place and was dangling obstructing my view and they won't honor a repair although it was only 10 days in..and outsourced it w/o offering to paying for repair. I've purchased 4 cars from Greenwood and should have stuck with them. I understand that I bought a car as is, but did not expect to come out of pocket so soon. Additional warranty was presented to me at $204 or $240/ mo., huh? I had considered getting it w/i my 30 days. But now..I just want to pay this off and go back to Greenwood. I just think it's a bad lookI don't want to edit but would like to add to, after reading my review the dealership reached out to fix the problem. Never before have I had someone read a review good or bad and reach out. They even had valet come pick my car up to service it so as not to inconvenience me a work. WELL DONE 5

I was highly impressed with the service and kindness that I received. Especially from my salesman Zack Jones. He texted me this morning after I had viewed a vehicle the night before on their website and he was ready to go with questions about how he could help me. I came away from Fred Martin Ford today with a brand new vehicle and I am ecstatic! I would recommend them if you're looking for new or used vehicles. Ask for Zack Jones and he'll hook you up!

What a great experience. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with great customer service. My sales rep Laura was beyond amazing. We sat down and she asked me what I wanted, my budget, my monthly payment amount. She explained everything in full detail from lease to own options to purchase options. We literally spend an hour on her computer and she broke every vehicle down to a T. After finally finding something I felt suited me, we took it for a test drive. While driving she ask me if I want to drive around or go on the highway and get on it lol we ll sure did. The whole time she wanted to make sure it was the right fit for me. She couldn t stress it enough to make I was comfortable and not to buy it if I wasn t. I was more than comfortable and more than happy. I ll be going back to her when the time comes again. Came in to Fred Martin Mercedes to get an oil change and ended up buying the loaner car we received..2021 Mercedes GLC 300. We had a good experience with the purchase and everyone involved was polite and professional.It's the interior for me!!Shout out to Larry!
