Wonderful service and friendly family atmosphere. Service Department is honest and fair and works with you, the customer, every step of the way. Wonderful selection of cars to purchase and fair and reasonable service prices. Vince, it's very nice to see that the local Ford Dealership and Service Department treats every customer no matter the size of the sale as if they were family.

Took my 12 passager 2013 Ford transit with 61000 miles only used with all of my kids. Get oil changed tires rotation like normal check heating they suggest a fluid transfer and then back breaks I said ok van all together left parked it at home went to drive it today its making odd sound took it up dropped it off. They call me saying it need a transmission assembly for what it doesn't drive like that nor was anything wrong with it when I dropped it off I did normal stuff they asked for a couple of other things now my van which I drive with all my foster kids and stuff is messed up don't use them it makes no sense at all. They even told me ny van was is great shape and low miles with great maintenance why because it's only been to the dealership smh.Service: Auto maintenance

Great sales experience. I can't complain at all on that. Have purchased 6 cars from Fred Martin in the past few years.The service department experience, not so much. Took my new Fusion in for its first FREE oil change and tire rotation (that they tried to charge me for). I'll spare the details, just know that the service manager (initials JB) is egotistical and full of himself. I've worked in automotive service for most my working career, so I understand a thing or two about this industry. I was basically spoken to treated like a child.Save yourself the hassle and seek service elsewhere. You'll certainly get better service and treated like you matter at Klaben or Donnell. I know this from personal experience. Avoid this place like COVID.

Got a really decent percentage on a loan with less than average scores. Look 4 guy named Stan & young lady named Nikki. They r the best.
