I stopped in there without an appointment, my tire light came on and was concerned, so I went there. Andy greeted me as I walked through the doors. I told him my issue and said he would have it looked at. I told him I was stressed for time and he reassured me, it wouldn t take long. Literally in and out in 20 minutes. Turned out I just had a bad sensor on one of my tires. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience it was. So friendly and professional. I personally want to thank the crew at Firestone! Thank you!!!

I would definitely recommend Firestone for all their auto needs. I purchased four new tires for my truck, made the appointment online and when I got to the store the day of my appointment the gentleman at the counter told me that the tires I wanted were not available but they would give me a better tire for the same price. Also the tires came with a better warranty with more miles.I have had other service s preformed here with the same results.

I came in an hour before closing time when multiple people had called off. TJ Elmo and his manager Andrew Stein made sure my tire was fixed and completely sound before I left. They fixed it really quickly and explained the problem to me so that I could understand it. They most definitely didn't need to, and going the extra mile made it so I could go to work the next day without worrying about my tire. They were completely professional and fit me in even though they were winding down for the day. I'm super grateful to them and will be recommending this specific store to people I know! Thank you again!!!

Very happy with the work completed, included the additional work not previously scheduled but definitely needed. Would have been a perfect ten out of ten but the timing was disappointing. I set a timed appointment but my vehicle didn't go in for a full hour after I showed up. Why bother setting timed appointments if workload is completed on first in first out, which allows for walk-ins without scheduled appt times?

Just not a Firestone fan. Parts are always outrageously priced. I waited 2 hours just for a brake check and when I declined to pay $150 per rotor, they had my car back together in 10 minutes or less. $520 total for just brake pads and rotors on the front end. I'll buy online and go somewhere else. - they also didn't have the correct name in the system for me but didn't change it. I'm definitely not a dude.

My Sunday was not a funday when I blew a tire out and needed it fixed but everyone in canfield was closed. Firestone got me in right away and provided great customer service too.

Complete rip off they don't honor their quote and if you a the first one in when they open up they will make you wait all day while they work on other cars and other walk in pus they don't give the paperwork before hand so they can rip you off for thousands I have be use Firestone for 10+year but now I am never going back they r greedy peaces you know what

I would absolutely not recommend going to this Firestone for tire service. About 3 weeks ago I was in town from Nashville visiting family, my tire pressure light came on, and I found a nail (photos attached) in my tire. I did not feel comfortable driving 9 hours home with such a large nail in the tire. I ended up going to Firestone as my second choice since True Tread was closed and I was leaving the next day. I told the gentlemen at the counter that I was facing a road trip the next day and showed them photos of the issue I was talking about. The first photo attached is the one I showed them, and told them specifically which tire it was in.The wait and the cost of the repair were a little extreme but I was happy to wait and pay since I had no other choice to get home safely.Now, three weeks later, my tire pressure light is on again so I check my tires. I find the SAME exact nail (2nd photo attached) this morning. Firestone did not take care of the problem but still charged me for the repair and I went on my way. Luckily I made it home 600+ miles safely with this nail in my tire. This could have caused a terrible accident. I should have double checked their work but I trusted that they repaired my tire when they said they did. That is my fault for being naive. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will never be back to another Firestone. Northeast Ohio needs a Discount Tire.

I went in for tires a few months ago and was surprised at how long the wait was. I had a scheduled appointment and they seemed put out to help me. I arrived at 3:30 and my car wasn't done until 7:30. Luckily, the Mall is in the same parking lot, so I walked around there for some of the time. About two weeks later, I had to go back because the rear driver side tire had lost pressure and seemed to be going flat over the course of a few days time. They said they cleaned the bead up and put bead sealer on it and it should be fine. When I looked the car over, I saw bead sealant excess on the passenger tire, but nothing on the drivers side. I thought maybe they did both and got sloppy on the passenger side. No big deal other than they charged me to seal a tire that they literally just mounted less than two weeks prior. I felt like that should have been taken care of. Unfortunately. A few days later, the tire they were supposed to seal was flat again... they never touched the drivers side tire like they were supposed to. They never got the chance to after that because I didn't take the car back. Another tire retailer fixed it for free and did so in the name of good old fashioned customer service. I don't recommend this place at all. Not friendly and don't seem like they really want to be thete.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I've been a Firestone customer for years. Being a woman,I have found them to be the best at taking care of my van. I trust their knowledge and when I leave I don't worry about being g on the side of the road,stranded. 1st time at Boardman location, but the customer service was good.

Check your bill and make sure there s not an erroneous charge. I was overcharged $64.08 as I m on the phone to pay for my brake services. He didn t tell me the final amount and just charged my card $486. I knew that was too high because I was originally quoted $377. I called to ask why it was more than I was quoted and a different employee realized I was overcharged. He said I d be refunded within 3-5 days. I appreciate the immediate refund and apology, but it wouldn t have been caught if I didn t question it. The final invoice states $422.77 at 4:39 pm. Another charge was tacked on at 6:27 pm for $64.08 as I m on the phone to pay for the services. I don t like going to mechanics as it is because of fear for being screwed over. Before having ANY work done get some additional quotes from other repair shops. I needed a thermostat put in which is two bolts and a gasket. And even adding just a few gallons of antifreeze they quoted $347.00. That s right!!! $347!!! By the way the part is about $20 and the gasket is less than $2. You know the costs of buying three gallons of antifreeze at Walmart. So, although they were very nice and proper to me I was getting shafted if I said do the work. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Was told the day before they could align my 98 one ton truck so I made an appointment. The day of appointment I dropped off truck 40 minutes early and asked the guy up front are you sure you can align this big of a truck and he says shouldn t be a problem. Fast forward almost 7 hours later which was 15 minutes before I called to see if my truck was done and than was told my truck was too big that they can t align it. Wasted my time and missed out on work since it was my work truck.

I understand those that complained about how long it took. Had an appointment for 2pm. Arrived at 1:45pm. Car didn't go back until 2:30. At 3:48pm I was still waiting on my car. Nothing difficult, 3 new tires. Was told 1/2 hr ago 30 minutes more. Still waiting. When I asked if there was an issue I received no explanation. I understand that places double book but this is getting ridiculous. What is the point of appointments? Over 2 hrs and no explanation as to why changing 3 tires is taking this long.Let's also add the fact they tried to tell me my air filter was bad when it had just been changed by my mechanic the week prior during an oil change. Under their recommended services (that I had not asked them to inspect) is the following breakdown:1. Battery replacement (my battery is a year old and is not in need of replacement)...$277.99 parts and labor ($50 labor)2. Engine airfilter...$45.99 (double what my mechanic the previous week charged to replace)3. Wiper blades....$22.99...also inflated priceFor a grand total of $408.38I have to wonder how many people get scared into fixing things that don't need fixing. I wonder also if they pull this same scam on men or if it's just women they target. If I was not someone who knows my vehicle, keeps receipts and does normal maintenence a trip to get 3 new tires would have cost me well over $1000.SHAME ON YOU FIRESTONEAlso they charged for TPM tire sensors that did not work. Brought it back after 20 minutes and they acknowledged one was bad but claimed the others were good when they weren't.After speaking with 3 separate people they finally refunded for the sensors. Their argument was that when they attached the scanner only one sensor was showing bad. All they had to do was turn the vehicle on to see that none of the sensors were showing. But they refused to acknowledge that. When they finally refunded the girl at the counter was all attitude. She acted as if I was a great inconvenience to her and them. Silly me wanting things I'm being charged for to work. The nerve if me.Buyer beware with this shop is the best I can say.

I finally found one close to my home that I can trust! I was getting nervous that I d always have to drive out to Euclid from Cortland for my car issues.I worked with Tommy today on a metal fragment stuck in my wheel. They supplied me with a nice tire plug job and some suggestions on ways to keep up on my Honda.They were professional, and I didn t get the feeling they were squeezing me. I ll be back to this location for all of my car repair needs from here on out.Thanks for your hard work guys!

Made an appointment online for 6pm for tire change, came in a few minutes early and they told me they close at 6pm. Not the employees fault, seems like something corporate should fix on their website and should already be aware of since there s another review on here that says the same thing. So the guy working, Jesse, apologized and helped me make an appointment for the next day. He was great, the only reason I d give 2 stars instead of 1. Came in for my appointment the next day and waited 2.5 hours for them to change 2 tires. WITH an appointment. Wild. The waiting area was dirty with holes in the wall and the bathroom was probably the grossest public bathroom I ve ever been in. And lastly the girl with the tattoos working the desk could at least pretend she likes working there.Service: Tires
