Bought brand new rims and tires for my truck just took the rims out of the box when they got there. Got them back mounted and balanced pretty quick but every wheel was scratched. They would do anything about it so if you have wheels you don't mind getting scratched up they are a fine place to take em but if you have nice wheels and don't want them messed up I would avoid this shop.

4 tire swap cost 150. 4 star because they're super nice people but damn if id of known it was 150 to swap 4 tires id of went anywhere else. Anywhere else was 80 with disposal. :(

Outstanding customer service from the upfront office to the guys working. Took me right in for a flat repair and they were semi-busy. Absolute professionals, friendly and honest.

This garage charged 150 dollars just to mount tires and disposal. This is more than most franchises, Walmart, etc. However, they were conveniently located closer to our home. Usually, as long as it is within reason, Idc about the price. If they job is done right!!! Unfortunately, they either lost or broke the Mercedes emblem off middle of rim. Now they knew they were wrong because they already called and got a quote for how much they were to replace. However, after telling my gf they had gotten a quoted price, they then told her they ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE!! & she needs to go all the way to the Mercedes dealership and buy it herself or pay online and wait for it to be delivered. Not We are sorry for breaking/losing your Mercedes emblem. We can replace it or pay for it. You know NORMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They made my gf feel uncomfortable and embarrassed that she would even have the audacity to bring up their failure to correctly fulfill a service order the SHE is paying for!!!!!

I was quoted one price but when I went to pick up my vehicle the price was doubled. I looked up the prices before I even went in to the shop, the original quote was in line with the prices I had checked, when I took my car in a week later the price was still the same, until I picked it up after the work was done. I didn't appreciate being lied to and hearing, it wasn't my fault.

My first time in the shop and these guys are so awesome! They all showed and explained to me what was going on with my car as they were fixing it and did what was best for it. I couldn t be happier with their service. Thanks so much!

I needed to get a hole patch patched in my tire because of two screws that were suck in them. My father recommended that I come here to Elmo Tire Center. As soon as I parked one of the employees greeted me at the door & immediately answered my question then directed me to the very nice woman working at the front desk. Even though all of their employees had project they were working on they took care of me immediately & got my car in very quickly under 20 minutes. The gentleman who took my car was very pleasant & super kind to my mother. I can very easily say this was the most pleasant service I ve ever gotten for any of my car needs.

Friendly service. Quick and knowledgeable. My daughter had a tire replaced and I had a tire pressure monitor sensor changed. Programed senor to my car and everything works great.

Stopped in for a flat repair.. Got me in asap. As a fellow business owner, I noticed that there is not but quality customer service. Very communicative to all customers as to what & why. Letting them know as they find things that should be let aware. Nothing but positive reviews on my end.

Excellent service! Would recommend them to anyone. Sat in the lobby while they replaced my tires, multiple people walked in with emergency tire issues, they did not turn anyone away! And those same people did not have to wait forever!!

Elmo s is our go-to for tires, alignments, oil changes, etc. Service is top notch and staff is courteous, professional and friendly; pricing is extremely competitive. Customer service and satisfaction are 5 star - You always leave there feeling as if you are family. If you need tires or service on your vehicle, check with Elmo Tire Center first you won t be disappointed.

TJ ... The Main man as I seen, dk his title besides "the guy who's hugely helpful" and 1st, middle and last point of contact... hugely helpful while his awesome employees fixed my issue at hand he talked to me and taught me things. As a single chick it's huge to have car knowledge and I walked away with much more then I walked in besides a patched tire. And it all financially was so reasonable. He.. They... Are recommended!!!! if anyone from Elmo's does read this... Your ALL appreciated for being fast, knowledgeable and not treating a females like they are not capable of understanding car language. Highly recommended

Definitely a good experience when you are in a bad spot. Very thorough, fast and extremely nice staff. Talked with the owner, extremely caring and generous was able to get me in the same day I called and got me out before I could sit down. Thanks guys I will be returning!

BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP AROUND!!!!! From the minute you step in the shop, you re greeted with the friendliest people and the best service. Elmo s goes above and beyond to meet any needs within there power. I m 31 years old and I ve been going there ever since I was 16. This place will get you in and out. All of there parts are very reasonably priced. Tony and his staff are honest and very knowledgeable, will even bring you into the shop to show you on your car why they are telling you a part is bad or going bad. They will never try to sell you something you don t need for your car. I just had them do a big front end job for my car and they did an amazing job on it and got it done quick, it feels like a new car again. I moved an hour away and I still drive back to Elmo s for ANY service including routine oil changes. This family owned business has always been well-known in the Youngstown area and definitely lives up to the name, almost 100 years of service says it all. Thank you to Tony and the amazing staff at Elmo s for all you do.

I was referred here by a friend. That friend is now my best friend! This place took so much care of me and my families vehicle. Reasonable prices, short waiting time, and knowledgeable crew. Every revisiting customer has a great story to tell of their experience. Now I have mine!

We are visiting from south carolina and we noticed our tire was going flat. Google the nearest tire repair place near me and this place came up. They are very quick and the customer service was on 10+. I strongly recommend ELMO tires. The price was amazing. Must go if you have tire issues.

I actually trust the people here, which is rare for any place that works on cars and such a huge relief. The people are friendly and they care about customer service. The prices are good, too.Edit: 5 years after my first review, this place hasn t changed. I can t recommend it enough.

Very polite and professional. Tony helped me find the best tires for my vehicle at the best price. The oil change and new tires were done efficiently in a timely manner.I would definitely recommend Elmo Tire Center to a friend or anyone that's needs to do some car maintenance.

Helped me out today on short notice and was accommodating even when they were super busy when the dealership let me leave with a hole in my tire. Patched it up perfectly and super quick! I couldn t be more appreciative. Awesome customer service. Thank you again!

I Love this place been going since I got my first car. Always help.in finding what my car needs and the price is reasonable. Very friendly staff and owner, it feels like your walking into a group of family members. I highly recommend. I drive over and hour to still return there after all these years.

Being new to the area and needing new tires, I looked for a smaller shop instead of one of the big ones. Elmo s did not disappoint. The service was amazing, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they had my car done in no time . I was very happy with the prices also. I would definitely recommend Elmo s!!!

There is a reason why Elmo's gets 5 stars, and it's because of outstanding customer service, honesty with the up front estimate, thorough work and quick repair. I saw 4.7 before I went there and I see now why it is highly rated. Thank you, Tony, and the tech that worked on my valve stem and sensor. Back on the road this morning and completely satisfied!!!

Awesome place. Had a problem with a flat up the street and they let me use their floor jack and gave me a ride. Now do all my tire business with them. Also do oil changes. 5/5.

Went to Elmo Tire since they had the highest google rating and I wanted my money to go to family owned business. Their high rating doesn't lie! I asked for a more expensive tire option and Tony suggested a similar-performing, more cost-effective tire. They charged the price he quoted (even cheaper by a few cents!) and did a great job. They even got me in the next day! My car feels brand new again. It seemed like a lot of their customers have been going here for many years. Great and trustworthy family, service, and prices. Will be returning to Elmo Tire for all future tire purchases as long as I live in the area!

Fantastic service, good price and friendly people. Brought my grandsons 1968 Saab in to have the tires replaced and they did good work and even let my grandson (who is 14 and love's cars) out in the service part and watch. Cannot say anything bad about our experience with Elmos' tire.
