We ordered a fuel tank on May 21, 2019 and have yet to receive it, our card has been charged. Now the phone goes to out of order. Scammers and I will be reversing these charges. The last time my husband talked to Sam (who seems to be the only parts person ) he said the fuel tank has to be put on a separate pallet and the charge is 400.00. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !

Purchase an engine for my Toyota RAV4 from this location a month ago. The Sales Agent James was extremely helpful and transparent. The transaction was conducted and completed entirely over the phone. James was very knowledgeable about the steps to take to protect and assure the reliability of the engines future performance. He built a great working relationship and keep me informed every step of the way. He communicate with confidence and expertise about the value added parts to install during the engine install. The recommendations were taken and the items were procured with his help. The engine is running smoothly and thanks to Thomas, peace of mind and gratitude to his guidance. Community Auto Part operated with honesty and transparency. I recommend Community Auto Part to anyone needing Auto Parts without any reservations. I highly recommend you ask for James to assist you with any of your Automotive needs. Extremely happy to have my RAV4 back on the road with a new used engine from Community Auto Part. This company is a scam. They have a website that creates the impression of professionalism and integrity, with many years of experience in supplying auto parts to the general public.Nothing could be further from the truth.Take a look at the website and search their location. It's a 2 bed house with 1 bathroom, valued at $32,000.00. This property was last sold in 2013. It is in no way a parts store.I sent images of the damaged parts I required, together with a list of items needed. They responded with an image of a similar model as mine and of the same color.I had to postpone the order for 2 weeks due to travel arrangements. On my return I went through the process of ordering the said parts, paying by my AMEX card. Many messages and phone calls were made to get the correct parts ordered. Messages were received from various area codes, examples being 602, 330, 817, 518. They also had a landline number with an area code of Los Angeles! I believe these were all VOIP. These messages were all related to the delivery of parts. At no time could I get a commitment on the parts being ordered, although my messages I sent clearly asked for confirmation on what vehicle the parts were being removed from.Parts were received on 05/14/2019. The shipper was Franks Auto Recycle in Brownsville Texas. The parts were all well wrapped and showed no external damage from the transporting. On unwrapping the parts it was found that there was damage to the front LH lower end of the bumper. This was an obvious auto accident and not due to shipping. There were also 2 parts missing from the front bumper assembly as well as a water bottle that I requested them to supply. The fender and the hood were in good condition. The problem now is the parts I requested, based on the images sent by Community Auto Part and the correspondence made by me for confirmation of color, were ignored. The parts sent were black. I now need to spend an additional $1,000.00 to have these parts resprayed.Due to the damage to the front bumper, repairs need to be made also. When discussing these issues with Alice from Community Auto Parts I was told that the parts were probably damaged during transport. I had to explain to her that it was impossible as it was damage due to an auto accident, not shipping.I am still waiting on a return call from "Sam". We have made numerous calls to all these telephone numbers supplied, but cannot speak to anyone who wants to take responsibility. As I paid via AMEX, I am going to contact their fraud department to see if there is any help there. As a closing note, every time I have made a phone call, or received a phone call, it appears that the call is VOIP.ALL the people working at Community Auto Part are Indian, so I have my suspicions that this company is not trading in the USA, but from India and using this phoney website to encourage there trade. Just look at their parts store address, it says it all.
