I had a great experience purchasing my first new car from Boardman Subaru. I had no idea what I was getting into as far as the process and the fancy features of a new vehicle. Our lovely salesman, Jim Timko, made the process seamless. He went over each feature, head to toe with the vehicle, ensured I was comfortable, and did not put any pressure on me. I was so grateful to go through this process with him and would 10/10 recommend working with Jim to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle.I did have to get an update for my car because it was having a glitch with the phone connection. Dina Wells, the delivery specialist, was super helpful and was able to get me into the service team quickly. It was seamless and I am grateful for my wonderful new vehicle and the team the helped me select it. Thank you again to everyone at Boardman Subaru!

I had a great experience at Boardman Subaru with Kevin Suchora. I pretty much knew what I was interested in going into it, but he made sure to go over all of the packages/options in depth with me to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I was also impressed that there was zero pressure from him as a car salesman, as I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. The whole process and everyone I had to interact with along the way made it an enjoyable experience! I love my new vehicle and will recommend Boardman Subaru and Kevin. Thank you!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback from the Boardman dealership. My salesman (I had two!) Jamar and Tug were outstanding. They made me feel comfortable with the decision and made the process quick and efficient. Most of the paperwork was done from home which helped save time at the dealership. Also big shout out to Dina! She made a trip out to my home to walk me through the many bells and whistles on my new car after I had a chance to drive it for a week. Saved me another trip to the dealership! If you are in the market for a new ride- do yourself a favor and buy a Subaru! Awesome car- great service!

John Janczewski and the team at Boardman Subaru made purchasing my 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness a wonderful experience. He and I talked for roughly a month prior while I ironed a few things out with my previous vehicle and he did his due diligence checking in every week while giving me space to handle stuff. They were willing to negotiate and give me their best deal, which was more than fair and assist with a few accessories and made the whole buying process extremely easy. Stand up guy and team! Could not recommend them enough!

Recently purchased a used Crosstrek from here and the sales team was very helpful, friendly and informative on the vehicles they sold, go see Kyle Betsa. He got a hitch installed and some minor scratches repaired on the car for us, and has continued to follow up with us since just to make sure everything is as it should be. Something I didn t expect is the loaner vehicle they provided us while getting this work done. Again very easy to deal with and I look forward to doing business with them again.

We recently purchased a 2024 Forester from Boardman Subaru. The entire staff was friendly and enjoyable to work with. Absolutely no pressure from anyone at this dealership!!! Our salesman, Kevin Guthrie, was great. He took the time to listen to what was important to us and as a result, put us in the perfect vehicle.

Beautiful waiting area with plenty of refreshments. The work on my vehicle was completed at the estimated time and the estimated cost. They have wonderful and knowledgeable staff, that treat their clients with respect and kindness. I am so thankful that I chose to purchase my vehicle at Boardman Subaru.

Everyone we met at Boardman Subaru were very friendly and courteous. Our salesman, Vince Rich, was great! He answered our questions and kept us updated on the progress of our order build and when to pickup our SUV. Dina, our Love Encore person, was great too. She answered our questions we had 2 weeks after taking delivery. They both told us to call anytime if we had any questions about how to use the Outback systems. Overall Boardman Subaru was a plus in our vehicle buying experience.

They have the best staff members working there, they are so polite with understanding everything about your needs and wants, I m now from this day forward proud to be on the Subaru team. I am so happy with my purchase of a Subaru Forester . I ve been thinking possibly in my near future that of purchasing another Subaru but want to try one with the 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder one I have now has surprised me with the power and take off it has. I was blessed with a great salesman Jamar Steverson & Scott Riddle, what a great team they have there at Boardman Subaru.

I was experiencing a lot of anxiety about purchasing my vehicle. But the two gentlemen, Dev Wilson and Scott Riddle provided me such excellent customer service it was just amazing and absolutely painless. I can honestly say they went above and beyond my expectations. They were very patient and an addressed all my concerns without making me feel that I was being a bother. As a matter of fact even though it's coming up on 2 weeks since I purchased my vehicle they are still being extremely helpful and it is definitely most appreciated. I would definitely recommend Subaru Boardman these guys are the best and very good at what they do. A very satisfied customer.

Just bought the 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness version. Loving on it. John J. s service and attention to detail were phenomenal. He got me the best deal possible and provided excellent follow up. If you are going to buy a Subaru go to Boardman Subaru. Everyone is courteous and nice!

Steve and Kyle made the car buying experience amazing! I always dread going to the dealership because of all the games the dealerships play and the random numbers they try and throw at you. That s not what happened at all with Steve and Kyle. They made me feel welcome and explained everything to me. I will definitely be a Subaru customer from now on!

I would highly recommend Kevin Suchora and Boardman Subaru to anyone looking for a car. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Kevin went above and beyond in making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. They also have a follow up service to make sure that you understand all the features. Dina Wells was the specialist for this, and she was wonderful.

Quick, easy, & helpful is the best way to describe this dealership. Sold my first truck I had since I was 16 & in the same day I was able to test drive the truck on short notice of contacting them about it. Tom Herman was the salesman who took care of me & i highly recommend him. Test drove it on a Thursday, they sent it into the shop on friday morning & did the brakes, & by noon on saturday I was driving it home. Everything was as described & looked even better in person. They cleaned it up really nice & filled the tank up. They worked with me as much as they could to ensure i got a good deal.2013 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 Mocha Steel

We just bought a 2023 Subaru from Kyle B. He was a great salesperson - knowledgeable, followed up on all our questions, went over all the features, helped set up our phones, helped take stuff out of our old car and he was so kind. He made buying our new car a great experience I had a cough and he went and got me a hot cup of tea. If you are looking for a Subaru visit Kyle .

Amazing experience from start to finish. We had a very complicated EV tax credit deal to work through. Jared and the team were such a pleasure to work with and I absolutely love the car and deal I got. Also, the bathroom there is super fancy.

After dealing with a bunch of other service departments, so far I am loving the service they provide and the process and system they have. I would highly recommend them. First service department I don't hate and enjoy doing business with. So far so good. The great experience I've had with service center so far, can't wait to trade my car in do business with their sales team in the future.

I m my 68 years this has been the greatest car purchase I ve ever had. Our salesman Craig bent over backwards to help us in our new sale. He should train salespeople everywhere. Love our new Ascent. Everyone interested in buying a new car should stop at Boardman Subaru!

We just bought a 23' Crosstrek from Jared Czarnecki and the team at Boardman Subaru!!A little backstory... We bought a 2019 Forester a couple of years ago from him, and it is amazing in all the Northest Ohio weather conditions/seasons. I am a difficult customer, especially when it comes to major purchases like these. He took the time to go over random questions, take test drives, explore various builds, trims, and models. Then compare new vs. Subaru certified used vehicles. He truly ensured we bought the perfect vehicle for our future needs. Years later, he is still the same dedicated knowledge sales representative who sold us that 2019 Forester.Once my children are ready to drive, I will probably be putting them in Subaru's, too. We just purchased our third vehicle from Boardman Subaru and are very happy with the experience. Kevin G. has sold us all of our vehicles and is a great guy to work with. It is nice to work with the same person over the years and build that relationship. We decided to order a vehicle to get the specific model and options that we wanted and Kevin was patient with us while we decided on what we wanted and offered suggestions based on his experience. The car was delivered in the timeframe promised and Kevin made sure everything went smoothly the day we picked it up. We got a great deal on our old Crosstrek as a trade in. Everyone at Boardman is helpful and pleasant to deal with. Scott in finance walked us through all the paperwork without rushing through it and had some fun with us (I'm holding you to that backflip the next time we buy a car). I have been to other Subaru dealerships in the area and Boardman tops them all for customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Boardman Subaru, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they didn't push me into making a hasty decision. Instead, they provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice. This made me feel confident that I was making the right decision for my vehicle purchase.The sales team at went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal. Bought a 2020 Toyota Camry said they would wash and detail it when I picked it up an paid cash for it I looked and they never detailed it and it looked like a child washed it with there eyes closed. I called and left a message and never got a return call. Also said brakes were redone new pads and turned rotors FYI the car only has 27,000 miles on it, after driving it for 2 weeks started hearing a few noises in front end sounds like a caliper is sticking but which one idk? Again called them and never got a return call. Has a warranty 5yrs or 100000 miles. I really hope that once they read this that someone calls me and apologizes and makes me happy that I went to Boardman Subura to spend my hard earned money on a vehicle from them. If that happens I will definitely update my review and make sure that everyone knows how they treat there customer's and how they made things right and made me and the wife proud to purchase from them!
