There was three MEN inside AutoZone, brought my car in to get a light replaced in it, claimed they couldn t do it because it was zip tie on it took it to O Riley s Auto Parts and a WOMAN working by herself was able to pop it off handle two customers and change the light . and she was able to put the same zip tie back on the light fixture smh pathetic I m taking my business to O Riley s Auto Parts from now on!

Went in looking to purchase a new wiper blade. Told the manager my clip broke so I needed a new blade. He looked at me and said Oh No! I have clips right here! He not only put the new clip on my blade, he went out, cleared all the ice off my windshield and installed the blade in the sleet and rain!!when asked what I owed him he said nothing, thanks for stopping by . Love this place and the exceptional service. Been going to this one for years and will continue. These guys deserve a raise for what they do every day!! Thank you!

These guys really let me not be lead astray on parts, they have knowledge of those things. Not once but twice in the past 2 months they gave me better info than others

The McCartney Rd AutoZone is top notch. Helpful employees, good advice, competitive prices. Always willing to go outside to the car to look at anything or even check fluids. I love my Duralast Batteries.

The store manager was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Great service like his cannot be appreciated enough.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to vehicle problems. I think the store managers name was Greg and he went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my vehicle. I would recommend this AutoZone location for all of your car needs.

On June 11, 2020 I stopped at Auto Zone on McCartney Rd and was sold a headlight and an outstanding employee who I think name is Manny installed it for me. I had stopped at O'Reillys auto parts first and they sold me the headlight, told me he would install it , then comes out to my car and said no I can't do it it has too many bolts. Manny did it with no hesitation. Hats off to Manny my employee of the month. Thanks again Manny

Bought a part brand new didn't need it.they said no refunds nor store credit. I got 2 starters from them they were faulty. And they suck.go to a different place
