Refused to look up parts by part #s completely incompetent. Refused to refund money after I paid for parts and they got them in and couldn't find them in their own store.

Nicole and Kat were amazing, great customer service. Above and beyond, helped us locate correct parts and took extra time to insure we were charged the correct price.

Came in for new wiper blades and I believe the gentleman that helped us last name was Scott but (not 100% sure), anyway, he looked up the sizes we needed and was so kind as to put them on. Great friendly customer service. This employee was phenomenal.

Great staff, great selection, great prices, loaner tools are top notch. One employee in particular is really great. I've seen her working at several area businesses over the years and I enjoy seeing her every time. She's like "The" store employee in my mind when I think of a great employee in the Youngstown area.

I stopped in for a fuse. Jose helped me. I explained what the fuse is for. He suggested a few other items as well as the fuse. I purchased the items (as well as the fuse and fuse tester). He helped me install them. Jose displayed great knowledge as well as a willingness to assist me with my needs. I appreciate him and his assistance very much. Thanks Jose and thanks AutoZone.

Fabulous service, Nicholas was amazing and solved the problem quicker than we imagined! Not only did he know what the problem was but helped me fix the tail lift. Highly recommend this auto zone and his customer service was great! Thank you Nicholas!

I'm grateful for the competent staff at the AutoZone store located on Market Street Youngstown Ohio. They provided for normal service and were skillful and knowledgeable of what was needed. I am so thankful to have them within our neighborhood to respond to the mechanical needs of our vehicles. Thank you Dennis for your awesome service!

Engine came on. I had it checked out. Then took to get fixed. Thank You was exactly rt. Fuel Sensor. It was Engine light that came on. Please Tip your Auto Zone Worker for Helping You.

The owner/manager needs to hire more workers. I Usually see 2 employees, unless more are hiding in the back. So, that being said, it lags. Expect a long wait time. I called and was put on hold for over 6 minutes. So I hung up. Totally Unacceptable! Corporate apparently doesn't care. I'm a regular AutoZone customer. I've met great store Managers who properly train/coach their employees, in turn they provide equally great customer service.

The staff at auto zone are pretty cool and reasonably knowledgeable. The rent-a-tool program is really nice too, aside from the limited selection. Prices aren't too bad and they have a nice rewards program. They can also tell you which auto zone has the part you need if they don't.

The employees there were amazing. I went in for 2 hours and they went above and beyond to help me . Josiah and Jose were 2 of the most caring men . I will go there again for everything

Have the parts you need. Yet always extremely busy. Pretty cool staff. Just dont expect them to tell you what they need.. They are not mechanics.. They don't want to get in trouble for trying to help you..

Everything in store didnt work credit card readers, things to check codes on car smh corporate need to do better by this location.. Customer service was Great

The service is fast knowledgeable and professional the problem is that there are too many people hanging out the lot is littered and they need to keep people not doing business with them out the drug trafficking in the area is bad local businesses should not have to suffer because of this they need more police patrolling the area
