This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesman Johnny Litman took such good care of us and got us a great deal and in our new car in less than 1 and a half. 100% recommend this dealership. They were fantastic!

An amazing experience! We bought a 2012 Volvo S60 and our whole experience was wonderful, start to finish. Ron, our Sales rep, was so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely personable. He really made our experience very enjoyable and easy. The finance rep, we forget his name, was also amazing and made the financial process so smooth. He was also very knowledgeable and personable as well. My husband and I felt very comfortable at the dealership and got an awesome deal on a really great car. We highly recommend Acura of Boardman. 20 out of 10 serivce!

Highly recommend buying a car from here! Great customer service from start to finish. Ross & Ronnell were more than helpful in answering my 1001 questions when I purchased my first car. The Service Center is always so helpful and honest when I have questions about my car. They go above and beyond! I would rate this dealership a 10 if I could!

Had Johnny help my partner and I purchase a truck. We kept him for 4 hours just trying to get everything sorted out and we spent forever just seeing if we would go forward with the purchase. He truly helped us through every part of the process I highly recommend him if you plan on getting a vehicle and feel you need a little help he will do everything in his power to get it for you!

Bought a vehicle, came with no power steering fluid, oil hasn't been changed and rear right tire had 15 pounds of air left by the time I got home and also no passenger hubcaps. I called to get some answers as to why these things weren't taken care of and was told that some of the things were ordered but couldn't do anything else because it wasn't his department. I had such a terrible experience that I will never be going back there ever. I recommend any other dealership out there to get your car like Klaben Ford of Warren

I had the pleasure to work with Jeremiah while purchasing my new Acura Mdx. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very nice, knowledgable and made sure all of your questions were answered! He was able to get the car in quickly and the entire process was painless. Highly recommend asking for Jeremiah when you re in the store!

Bobby W. was fine, he had me wrapped. I got turned off by the sales manager who told me a 2023 and a 2024 same model, same package car costs the same! Seriously. I don't want to deal with him when/if I return. I contacted other dealers who disputed what he said. Going to sleep on it on whether to return.

The manager at this store is very unprofessional was willing to pay full price for a used car that had a dent in the door I was willing to pay cash money if they paid the tax an title. He basically gave me the run around had me sending him the same model car with the same mileage for a cheaper price like it was my job too needless to say don't waste ur time buying a car from them.

Very pleased with the service I received here. Ross and Bob really knew all the right things to ask in order to figure out which vehicle was the best fit for me and my family. These guys go above and beyond to make your experience as smooth as possible. Very low pressure which helped me relax and enjoy the shopping experience. 5 Stars to Acura of Boardman!!!

I came here after a rather disappointing visit with Kia of Boardman on my quest to find a new car. I was greeted warmly and handed over to Tyler who took great care of me. Ross was phenomenal at findind me a car. He listened and he delivered. Don is an awesome presence and Robert Cunningham was diligent about finding the perfect car for my daughter (who is in college and buying her 1st car) whom I brought back the next day after buying my car from Acura of Boardman! Yes, my family bought 2 cars in 2 days from Acura of Boardman!! Bring your family to Acura of Boardman. They will take GREAT care of you!

I could not agree more with the recent reviews for this dealership. I will go even further, the employees there are the most disrespectful and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. To a point that the Ohio Attorney General's office had to get involved. They are rude and condescending. It is a good thing that we have the option to return the vehicle that we purchased on 6-30-23 under the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 4505.181 and ORC 1345.52 law that is available in the state of Ohio. Stay clear of Ronnell or Ron, whatever name he wishes to go by. I find it hilarious that he even had to give himself a 5 star rating below. He even put in his own name....hilarious. 0 stars would be the rating for this dealership.

Beware Bobby. Bait and switch after a long drive from Pittsburgh in the rain. And 5 minutes away from the showroom. He thought the new 2024 models were in (?!?!) But asked what difference did it make if I got a 2023 or a 2024 model. He had a 2023. I had trusted him my fault. Turned around and drove back home. He offered to reimburse gas and mileage. Guess that check got lost in the mail. Kept calling till I blocked him. Gave Acura of Boardman a bad name.
