I was in the market for a new car and was referred by a good friend to Cochran Honda in Boardman, Ohio. I called and made my appointment with a salesman named Dion. The dealership opens at 10am, so I made my appointment for then. I drove my trade-in to the deal shop, went in asked for Dion. All of the staff that I spoke with & interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. Dion greeted me and we went outside & looked at my options for what Honda was a good fit for me. What I really appreciated was that Dion really listened to me & what I felt I needed in a car. He brought up a couple to look at. He parked them right next to my old car, which made size comparison extremely easy. I felt that the CR-V was the best Honda for me. We then went in and started the numbers game & haggling over the price. Dion made it an easy process, he worked it to get a price which I felt was fair & manageable. While I waited for my new car to be brought around. Dion directed me to the waiting area where I enjoyed a comfortable chair & a few free cups of coffee. The whole process took a few hours, but it really wasn t that bad.Buying a new car can be quite the ordeal, but Dion & the staff of Cochran Honda made it not so bad. I will definitely be back when it s time for another new car.

Always .Been customer of theirs better than twenty year so what that day I'm very picke and that general mgr . treat me better than family I love her the Best and Bob in customer service one of a kind my wife thinks he's the best so do i.and my granddaughter just got her first new car there and she off to law school thank you everyone for making it another tremendous memerory
