Stopped in this afternoon to take a look at a new F-350. Ryan in Sales was quick to greet me, was polite, and very helpful in organizing a test drive. While I'm not sure if the truck is for me, Ryan was a very courteous host and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

I took my 2022 Bronco in for an oil change & advised that the headlights didn t always shut off when I parked the car like they are supposed too, they ran some tests they said and told me nothing was wrong. It kept doing it so I called back in for service. The representative wouldn t listen to me, talked over top of me, told me that I probably was just hitting it with my knee when I got out. Finally she scheduled me service, when it was taken in they said there was no record I ever brought it up before and after looking at it told me it was a bad head light switch and it would be 275$ for the part and also 140$ for the service call. I was never quoted a service fee prior to them looking at it which is industry standard, they looked at my car and said if you want it back you have to pay now. Not knowing it wasn t covered until after the work was done. Worst service I have ever had with a dealership. I have called to talk to the manager with no response. I am filing a formal complaint with Ford. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible service and no integrity.

Excellent experience. Drove over four hours away from Virginia to buy a truck. They gave me a good deal on my trade and good deal on the New truck. Jim in Sales is such a nice guy. Highly recommend him and their whole team.

Unbelievably poor experience with this dealership. I set up an appointment on Wednesday to look at a vehicle on Saturday. I was fully aware that the truck may sell between Wednesday and Saturday. When calling to set up the appointment, I spoke to a sales rep at the dealership, confirmed the appointment and specifically told her if the vehicle sells would you please notify me before I make the 2 hour trip to the dealership. She confirmed I would be the first person to know. Fast forward to Saturday, I am 2 hours from the dealership. I called the provided number from my sales rep to confirm both my appointment and that the truck was still available, the rep on the phone confirms both. We drive to the dealership to find that that truck got sold the same morning and It was on a truck to Pittsburgh. I explained this whole scenario to the man at the dealership and got the typical "oh we're really sorry" song and dance. His response was, "you probably spoke to the central location, call a sales person next time." I get that you're in business to sell vehicles, totally understand why it got sold. My problem is when you're provided a number from a sales associate, that should be a direct line to someone with knowledge of what's happening at the dealership. This whole situation and the shrug of the shoulders response from the dealership is why I would discourage anyone from buying here. Trust me, save the 2 hour trip and buy somewhere else.

Go see Nick Visingardi! Worked with Nick from start to finish on finding the right car for me after mine was totaled. This is my 2nd car from Nick. Great experience every time! Nick was willing to work with me and answer any/all of my questions. Never felt pressured or pushed in any direction like I have at other dealerships. Nick went above and beyond to get me the perfect car that fit all my wants and needs!

What a fantastic experience! The sales and finance people were absolutely amazing! I'm a low credit and low money guy in the car they were able to get me was not only newer but with a lot less miles than the car I was driving! I love these guys job well done

The whole experience was professional while also being relaxed and enjoyable. Brandon Carver & Bonnie Flynn are outstanding. I drove home in the Maverick hybrid I have wanted for a long time. Brandon made that happen.

I called John at the dealership looking for a Ford Maverick. He had a few and said he would hold it for me. He did and I purchased it. John and the entire staff were friendly and made my experience awesome! I would hight recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone! They are fantastic!

Very good salesman didn't feel any pressure at any time. He was also very patient with us since we had our 3 yr old and 4 yr old with us. Answered all our questions and went to find answers for what he didn't know. Will be buying again off of Cochran.

One of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership very friendly staff and beautiful waiting area my motor home was finished the same day I brought it in for service I hate leaving my camperxanywhere overnight I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Just picked up my new car from #1 Cochran Ford Boardman. Was a great and easy process! Went to the general sales manager Jason to help me find the car I was looking for he helped me out as he always does. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon and Todd as well! Couldn t have asked for a easier experience.

Todd R. and the team at LF Donnell was great to deal with. I ordered a Ford Maverick through them and took delivery of it three weeks ago. I absolutely love it and the way I was treated! Todd was so nice and did what he could to make the process faster for me.

Walked in twice and was immediately given excellent sales advice by Ronald. After I found the truck I wanted Angel helped me find a good rate. I wanted to shop around some more and I talked to many other sales associates this week. These two were the best. They answered any question I could throw at them without hesitation. They deserve your business. I Love the truck I got.

I ve bought many vehicles all over the country. Nick V. was by far the best salesman I ve ever gotten to work with. We did this deal 100% virtual. He got me a smoking deal considering the craziness of this market. He stayed in touch with updates and answered all my questions immediately (even on his days off). He even setup the vehicle to allow me to show up on a Sunday (while they are closed) and leave with it without needing to deal with anyone on site. So glad I found Donnell and Nick. Will definitely try to do more business with him again!**Edit** Bonnie in finance was awesome as well!

Very polite and friendly salesman- John and Angel for closing the deal on my beautiful 2017 Lincoln MKC.It has been such an honor to own a Lincoln which I hadn't been entertaining even owning a Lincoln. I have been in the market for a newer vehicle for over a year and was considering a Mazda. Just happen to see an ad for a Lincoln MKX-which lead me to the smaller version MKC in Ruby Red !Very pleased with my car and still learning all of its many features. I don't change up cars often - so its been a real treat and I'm glad I could buy it locally. Thanks John & Angel

Exceptional service by Tyler! He was always readily available with answers and provided the best customer service I ve ever had from a car dealership. The deal was a long distance purchase and he coordinated everything promptly, making the overall experience top notch. Even after my plane was delayed, they kept the doors open and I was done with the paperwork and handed my keys within 20min of arrival. The folks there seem wonderful and I would highly recommend Tyler and Donnell Ford of Boardman.

This Ford Dealership is a great place to order a vehicle! I ordered a 2021 Ford Bronco from here (my first car I ve ever purchased)! I had the pleasure of being helped by Todd Reutzel. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He called me during the building and shipment of my Bronco to assure me it was coming. I even got a nice hat when I was picking up my new Bronco!The day I was picking up my car, there was an unfortunate event out of our control. Todd worked to make sure I would indeed pick up my car the day we had planned and went above and beyond! This dealership has top-notch service! As I was driving my Bronco out of the dealership to take home, some of the other salesman congratulated me as I was leaving! Definitely recommend!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nick Visinguardi! Been working with him for the last few years. He ALWAYS gets me the car I want at the BEST PRICE!! Nick consistently goes above and beyond. Super easy to work with, transparent about costs etc. Keeps me updated and informed every step of the way. Just got my new car from him over the weekend and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! If you're looking to move to Ford I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go see Nick!!!
