The he truck pretty much sold itself. Kept being reminded about using GMS discount and them not making money. They ve giving my family absolutely no incentive to ever do business with this and most likely any Cochran dealership in the future

So far I love my vehicle. Ron was awesome to work with. He did everything he could to make our visit smooth. However, one of the many reasons why I dealt with Sweeney was because they offered a rebate toward my next lease, if I leased from them again.When Cochran took over they did away with that. Makes me angry. They should have grandfathered that in with the people who had it. If Ron wasn't so good to us I would have gone to a Chevrolet dealer closer to me. Therefore if I decide to lease again I will definitely make sure it is some place closer else.

Missy and Dave were EXTREMELY helpful when purchasing my first big girl car. I highly recommend Missy when selecting your vehicle she is nice and thorough and makes sure ALL T s and I s are crossed and dotted. It does take a while to get the paperwork done, but it is sooooo worth it.

I ve been leasing with Sweeny Chevrolet for just about 8 years daughter/3 cars husband/1 car and me .well this beauty here is my 3rd truck!! With the help of our sales rep who we ve dealt with beginning with my daughters first car, Frank DiIanni, I built this truck, and when it came in Frank went over it to make sure it matched my build which it did. The day I picked it up was the best day!!! Though I waited a little longer because it was a special build it was so worth it. I realize we all get impatient, but I just want you to remember, once that order goes out, the length of time it may take for your vehicle to arrive is not up to the dealership or the sales rep. So yelling at them is not going to make it arrive any sooner. If it s not what you ordered, again, no fault of the dealership/sales rep. I worked in the auto industry/manufacturing, believe me, mistakes happen. In closing, Sweeny has never disappointed me in sales or service, they will accommodate you to the very best of their abilities, obviously, I keep going back. 8 vehicles in one place with the same rep should say something, they are a big part of our community and have been for many, many years and as long I m able to drive I ll keep going back. I realize this review was a bit long, but I wanted to get my whole point across!!!

Guys here have been good and honest, I live over a thousand miles away and bought a very nice corvette from them, they were also great to arrange transport of my corvette, all was done smooth and easy. Now I'm just waiting on delivery of my new corvette, thanks guys, im 100% satisfied and excited

To be honest this wasn't the best car buying experience i ever had. After working out a deal with my salesperson Missy i left the dealership with plans to come back the next day to finalize the deal. About an hour later i received a call from the manager that they made a mistake and I would actually have to pay quite a bit more than we agreed upon. We were eventually able to work a new deal but i had to go back to the dealership and spend another hour out of my busy Black Friday.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Tristen was a great salesman to deal with and Corey was also great to deal with during the paperwork side of the process. I highly recommend stopping in when you re looking for a new lease or vehicle to purchase.

Car was done in a timely manner, however, the vehicle also had a check engine light on that nobody at the dealership thought prudent to check. And when I asked why it was still on and what was wrong with it. The attendant stated it was on when it came in uh yeah, this is a dealership mechanic. I figured somebody would tell me what s wrong after the multi point inspection of the car. Well the employee states to me that it s gotta be hooked up to a special computer and Chevy needs called as if he s not talking about a code reader that s a big as a cellphone and can t fit in your hand. Long story short, the level of service that I got was about what I d expect for a company that doesn t care about its customers.

This is my third lease from Cochrane and it is always a great experience . I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a good deal and to be treated with respect. Took my Trail Boss in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. After the service or what ended up being lack of service, I decided to check to see if my tires were actually rotated as noted on the shop work order. The tires were not rotated. I only wish I would have thought to check this at the dealership and not 45 minutes away from it. Being that the tires were not rotated I felt that I should check the oil as well. It appears to have been changed but what a shame that you put trust in a dealership only to be disappointed. The truck was purchased there, and had previous maintenance performed there as well. I m still waiting for the dealership to contact me back but I won t hold out any hope for that.Heads up to anyone using this dealer for service, you might not be getting what you paid for.Update 11/14. Dealership only contacted me after posting initial review. I was told they would check the cameras to see if they were rotated or not. I told them I look forward to hearing those results. Over a month later and still no resolution. Just unbelievable.

My 2010 Malibu had the Onstar box go bad which killed the electrical.system. A new Onstar box is no longer available through GM so mine was gone through and reinstalled. It worked. I m very happy with service representative Jerry Taylor and service mechanic. Got my car back washed too!!!! I m very happy!!

Takes entirely way to long get any type of service done. It's ridiculous that you can no longer just pull up for an oil change. It's also ridiculous that you can't schedule service to your vehicle after 11. Since it has become Cochran it has gone down hill. I don't plan on re-leasing a vehicle there. I've leased 4 vehicles and had no issue until it became Cochran.

I just purchased a new 2023 Trailblazer unfortunately I found out during a rainstorm that my delayed wipers did not work. I contacted the service department and Russell and his team fixed the problem. It was weird for a brand-new car to have something go wrong, but I figured that one would not really test the delayed wipers when taking it from the factory. Love the car and Thanks to Russell and the service department for helping me out.

I scheduled an appointment for a regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation. I was unaware that scheduling an appointment to get an oil change still came with a 2 hour wait period. This is the longest oil change I have ever waited for. What is the point of offering appointment scheduling if you will be waiting for hours regardless of scheduling or not? At the very least please disclose this to the customer prior to them waiting for 2 hours.If you need an oil change I would recommend going elsewhere unless you are willing to wait hours for it.

I drove my Escalade approximately 35 minutes to this dealership. The reason I drove there was for a simple diagnostic $130, trying to figure out why the vehicle is shutting off after an hour of drive time. Days later I received a call that my bill had went up over $460 without a phone call then to find out that they also broke my transmission or transfer case they re unsure. So now the truck doesn t even go in Park. It s just coast away after several attempts of trying to get a hold of the executive manager at this location. I still have gotten nowhere. Except stuck with a truck, that now no longer moves at all and can t even going to park without rolling away. to repair it is over $4000. I would highly recommend that No one uses the service department make the drive to Stadium GM. I will now be taking this up with a lawyer to see what I can do.

Don t you think it would be wise to check the availability status of a vehicle that you schedule an appointment for before the customer shows up? The truck I came into purchase wasnt even on the campus because it s being used by employee who is on vacation.This would have great to know before I wasted my time driving 40mins to find this out.When I showed up for my appointment, there was no one available, people were scrambling around trying to find someone. I have a truck that I am looking to trade that no one looked at. No one took my information to call me when this truck become available again. I was basically turned away. No ownership doesn t change poor service.Absolutely terrible service once again by this dealership.

Well I stepped out on my faith in search of finding a new car. Well my journey first began with texts and conversation with a young lady by the name of Bessie, I was having the hardest time to get in and she never gave up on me. One day I just decided that I was not going to make an appointment and just go. Well first I got they the person i was sent to was a very nice person by the name of Steve Manzo, he was very professional and did a great job, well my husband was just getting over a cold felt ill so we had to leave before we got to finish anything.But that did not start Steve he gave us a call after I left a message and it got better after that. He worked closely with a Great young man but the name of Jake McPhatter who was a pleasure to talk with as well. Because of them I brought a car. I m so glad I stepped out on faith and now because of the excellent customer service I received I will be riding in a new car.Thank you#1 Cochran of Boardman. Out of town buyers beware!!!!Over this past weekend I saw a truck listed on their website that I wanted. I then sent an email inquiring if it was still available. This morning I received an email back stating it was available. So I called the dealership directly and spoke to a Shawntil who was very friendly. She confirmed that the truck was available. I explained to her that I live over two hours away and I asked if there was any way to reserve the truck or put money down on it and she told me no. But did offer to call sales and make sure there was no other interest. Also she said she would put my name and the truck on their board so it would be ready for me when I got there.I immediately left work and my wife and I drove the 2 plus hours to Youngstown. When I arrived my name and the truck were listed on a huge big screen monitor. I then was taken back to a desk and informed that the truck I wanted was sold. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME, not to mention the tank of gas and 1/2 personal days my wife and I had to use for our jobs. Why could they be upfront with me or call me and let me know it was sold? What a horrible way to run a business.

They let me bring my dog into the show room and he enjoyed that.. It was nice. I usually deal with Preston Hyundai but for this car I had to go to a Chevy dealer. I wanted the Camaro before they were gone and and I had a pretty nice experience

If I could give no stars I would. I just had the worst experience at a dealership in my whole life. I was on their website and looking at a truck that had the price right there on the website. Drove from an hour away went in to purchase this vehicle just to be told their website was wrong and their was nothing they could do. So i tried to see what they would give for a trade in and the amount was insulting. Please save your time go somewhere else and dont ever trade something in here.
