Ryan was great to work with getting my appointment set up. When I got there, Jody offered me a cup of coffee or a bottle of water. They got me right in and took care of both of my vehicles in an efficient manner. I'm from the West, so I've never lived anywhere where this is necessary. Time will tell how effective the treatment is. It appears to work well based on the condition of my friends' vehicles.

One simple noun can describe this business in its entirety. Excellence.From the friendly smile and warm greeting as I walked through the front door to the exceptional service I received from start to finish.I was able to actually watch the process through the windows from the front lounge!!I can not say enough about the gentleman who applied the inhibitor (Matt?). He was very thorough, methodical, and decisive with the application.You can tell these folks care about customer service, wanting to be the best and excelling in their field.Even though it is somewhat of a drive for me, I am so impressed with this company that I believe I found a new home for my future applications.I highly recommend giving this company a chance. You will not be disappointed!

This shop is excellent. Ryan is a great guy and is very detail oriented. Do yourself a favor and preserve your vehicle from corrosion here if you live in the greater Cincinnati area...5 star!

5-Star! The owner Ryan was available and communicative on all aspects of the process and was accommodating as well via email, over the phone and text. After a warm greeting and introductions, Ryan wasted no time on arrival; hit the ground running, started immediately and finished fairly quickly though thoroughly and maintained a friendly, informative demeanor throughout. The vehicle was washed to clear all overspray and care and effort were made to keep the vehicle as clean as possible. Afterwards, he provided additional information about the Krown product and business was concluded with a farewell. Definitely recommend!

I had rust prevention added to my vehicle today with this company. I spoke to whom I assume is the owner, Ryan, at least four times over the phone before finally taking my vehicle to this location. Complete professionalism, courteous attitude and prompt service. Very pleased with not only what was done to my vehicle but just the interrelationship of talking to Ryan and others at that company. I have already scheduled my wife's vehicle for the same rust proofing.

The experience with John was incredible. He was very sensitive to our scheduling needs for our trucks. We had to schedule our technicians routes around being back at the shop to have their trucks sprayed. This went flawlessly, as John stayed on schedule. Also, there were areas treated, we couldn't even think about being treated.Only time will tell how the product will hold up, but from my research it will do well... as long as we keep it up.

Jon was very thorough and answered all of my questions when I used his rustproofing services last November. I bought a nice truck, but it has a rust layer underneath some power coating and the tail lights (I never thought to unscrew the tail lights, but apparently that's a prime spot for rust buildup!) I have a follow-up visit planned for May, as requested, and hopefully that puts me out to yearly.

I was very pleased with the application and products Jon used to rustproof my van. He quickly and efficiently got the rustproofing product into all the hard to reach areas and knew every access point without hesitation. Jon is also a pleasure to work with. I actually messed up on my appointment and showed up a week early. He was kind about my mistake and worked me in so I would not have to make another trip. As an added benefit, my power windows now work much better. Some of the rustproofing mist in my doors must have lubricated them!

John is a great guy with a great product. The first visit takes about an hour and the yearly spray takes about half of that. John does about 10-15 of my fellow firefighters cars, trucks and trailers and they are a little hard to please bunch. They have no complaints.

Was thrilled to find Ryan and GoKrown so close to my hometown of Greenville. This will make easy appointments when I'm back in the area annually. Undercoating on my 2021 F350 was VERY well done and follow up questions were answered quickly and with the patience that didn't make me feel like I was bothering him with "rookie" type questions. --- I'll be a life long customer for sure!

I've been taking my F150 to Jon for almost years all the way from Indianapolis. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable Jon is with over 40 years of owning his own garage and knowing cars/trucks, but also how valuable his service is with GoKrown. I did a lot of research before coming to Jon and GoKrown has the best product to prevent rust from growing if you have some already or just preventing it from ever starting if you do it once a year or every other year. Jon has made his shop one of the most efficient areas to spray and has meticulously tracked his spraying steps to get you in and out in a short period of time. Ziebart and similar sprays only coat for a period of time, become brittle and then flake off. It's well worth the $160 each year to drive 100 miles or so to get it done and it will make your vehicle last a lot longer.

Jon does a great job with our F150 and my wife s Ford Fusion. Very professional and friendly. This is an outstanding product and as such, I wish more people knew about it and used it! After all, our vehicles are our second largest purchase. Thanks Jon.

Jon has sprayed several vehicles of mine annually for a few years. His experience and knowledge of vehicles in general is vast and it is great to have someone like that help keep the rust away! He is efficient and leaves the car washed. The product he uses is well-documented to stop the spread of rust. It is also available in a spray can you can use on rust other places besides your car. Thanks for your work Jon!

Service was great! It was easy to schedule an appointment. They were very thorough applying the rust proofing, but they were able to knock it out quickly. Highly recommend!

Jon does an excellent job with treating vehicles. My 15 year old truck has been sprayed yearly since it was new when my grandfather had it and it still looks like it came from factory! I ll continue to get it sprayed yearly as well as any other vehicles I may buy in the future.

Jon does great work, he is very thorough with the application. He allows you to watch him work on your car. He does a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend going to GoKrown to get your vehicle undercoated.

I have a 1985 Toyota 4x4 pickup that has been sprayed with Krown. Don't see many of these trucks still on the road. Need I say more. Jon is pleasant, knowledge, and professional. Positive experience and positive results. Highly recommend the Krown process over all others...and I have tried the others.

Jon does a great job! I have been a mechanic for over 40 years. The product he uses is the best rust proofing and penetrating oil that I have ever used!

If there were a 6 star rating I would award it to Jon. Been using Krown on two Chevy trucks for 3 years now. One was new when It was first treated (and it still looks new 3 years later). The other was 4 years old when it was first treated and no significant rust has appeared since. I would highly recommend Krown...and Jon is a great guy to work with

Very thorough undercoating and more. Oil-based is the way to go. Will be returning. Worth the beautiful drive into the countryside. If you re hungry, enjoy a bite at Brown s in town afterward.
