I wish all of my buying experiences were as good as my experience with Williams Vintage Cycle. My business was conducted with Jake, the salesperson. Jake is knowledgeable, helpful and a laid back sort of guy. By laid back, I mean no high pressure sales nonsense, just thorough product knowledge and common sense. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider looking to purchase a motorcycle, I'd advise you to stop in Williams Vintage Cycle and talk to Jake. Five stars from me!

Fantastic experience with Williams Vintage Cycle!!! Jake was a straight shooter and just a cool guy, his reputation is spot on, made my bike purchase totally painless, great communication and follow through. Check out their shop, great variety of bikes, very cool spot. Thanks guys!!!!!!

If you are looking for a new used bike, Williams Vintage Cycle is the place to go. I have been looking for a nice starter bike for a little over a month now and I am extremely happy to have ended up at Williams in Xenia. Jake is just awesome, like many have mentioned he is a low pressure kind of guy. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and knows their inventory. I was super indecisive when I was there, and Jake was super patient with me. Thanks Jake and Williams Vintage Cycle! Check out their Royal Enfields too!CHECK THE TIRES!!!! I learned a couple weeks ago that my tires are 13 years old with a mild case of dry rot. I bought the bike last year and took it in a couple months ago for a safety check and nothing was mentioned about my tires. I have felt unsafe on this bike and now I know why.

Recently bought a bike from this establishment. I was very impressed with the staff who worked there. They were knowledgeable and kind. This business also makes sure that the product they sell you is in good quality condition. My wife and I will be visiting the place again for future bike purchases.

I want to shout out Jake for being so helpful. I had no motorcycle maintenance know how before I came in and not only did he give me a step by step guide on my Honda Rebel but he also drove it to a near by parking lot for me to practice my confidence on it before I drove it home! Will definitely be back!!

Showed up right when they opened, I asked to see the bike that I had looked at on their Craigslist page and was shown it right away. Jake was real nice, no pressure to buy at all. Got the deal done in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks again!

Starting with my first phone call Jake was pleasant and helpful.When I arrived at the shop Jake took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me options, for what I was looking for and payments.Returning to purchase my motorcycle Jake was once again very helpful and made the purchasing process painless (unlike at a car dealer).I left feeling good about my bike and about Williams Vintage Cycle, and myself.If you are looking for a new or vintage motorcycle. Great deals on motorcyclesI recently purchased an Harley Ultra Classic from here and was very happy with how I was treated. Definitely will continue to do business here. Would definitely purchase another bike from here as well. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Matt gave me a great deal on my trade in.

Jake was great. Never tried to upsell me. Never felt I was getting bamboozled. Gave me a ton of advice and answered all my dumb questions like they weren t dumb questions. Would recommend to anyone.

Was looking for my first Motorcycle and luckily I came to look when Jake was working. He was great about helping me find the perfect bike, and help get it loaded up and secured into the trailer on his day off. Will be coming back here when I start looking for my next bike!

ZERO STARS If I could! BUYER BEWARE! Worst buying experience ever. I own 35 motorcycles in my collection and paid over 14k for 2 brand new Royal Enfields Pegasus back in June and here we are on July 24 and no temporary plates, no title transfer docs, no warranty docs,,and most importantly NO BILL OF PURCHASE, which by the way is illegal in Ohio and all other states as the bill of purchase is to be presented upon payment in full Which was done back in June. At least 10 requests and over 1500$ in attorney fees and Matt the owner can t return phone calls, can t figure out his email and can t do a basic legal requirement in selling a motorcycle- provide a receipt. I have filed formal claims with the Better Business Bureau in Greene Countyi, Ohio and the Secretary of State of Ohio for deceptive and illegal business practice. I have also contacted Royal Enfield to advise them of this dealer. I am sure he ll find some way to blame the customer, $14k later. My advice - Steer clear of this slick talking dealer. Horrific experience. One more note: if in fact his account of what happened Below was accurate, why did he take my money? I love how he condemns the customer... he could have just sent my money back considering he had the bikes. Notice how he never addresses the fact he never sent a bill of which IS a legal requirement in Ohio. Buyer beware.

Great experiences. Amazing service! I didn t feel like I was being pushed to something I didn t want and Jake had me in and out riding quickly and was well informed and respectful. Definitely will be coming back to have my motorcycle serviced here in the future! You all freaking rock!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here and Jake helped me find the perfect bike for what I wanted. The bike was a 1993 Honda Goldwing and Jake patiently showed me and explained to me all the Goldwing Aspects and every Goldwing in the dealership.Awesome Dealership, Awesome Help (Jake), and an Awesome bike!Thank you Jake!

Purchased a motorcycle from Williams vintage cycle and I am more than pleased. The bike rides amazing. Jake was outstanding with his knowledge and help. The process was much quicker than expected. They even helped in loading and strapping it down. If you are in the market for a motorcycle this is the place.

Got a great deal on a like new low mileage Sportster. Jake was very helpful throughout the process and an encyclopedia of information. Why pay double or triple at a dealership? Get a great deal and fully serviced preowned bike you can ride home with no worries and no payments. Thanks again!-Karl

I've been looking for a bike for three months now and it's been a hassle. Dealerships took forever to get back to me or even let me know what they had in stock. One local place took a month to respond to an email and only told me to make an appointment to come in and see for myself! Another added over $1700 in dealer costs onto a bike! Jake and Matt at Williams' Vintage Cycle have been awesome from day one. From the time I called they had the bike I wanted, brand new, financed and ready to go in less than a week with no ridiculous charges tacked on! It's an hour away from my home in Cincinnati but totally worth the drive for the service I've gotten.Thanks guys, I'm telling everyone I know to deal with this place, and specifically you two, from here on out!

Just bought my first used Harley , Really good place to buy a bike. My salesman Jake was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even finance me and I got a low fixed interest rate and very affordable monthly payment. Great place to shop for a motorcycle, They have several bikes and brands to choose from. Ask for Jake.

I came to the shop to look at bikes and was very satisfied with my experience. There were lots if bikes to look at, all reasonably priced. Scott was great at explaining things about bike features and gave me a lot of helpful tips since I am a first time buyer. Bruce was there on his day off but helped in giving my bike a final inspection along with a few more tips about how to care for it. I highly recommend this shop!

To me this is what a cycle shop should be. Great people and an awesome selection to choose from (you want it they probably have it). Jake was awesome in helping me out with my new bike from start to finish. It was nice to go somewhere where you actually get people who are genuinely interested in helping you out. They also have the Royal Enfield line up here, one of the few to carry them anywhere around here.

Jake was great. I bought a 2005 Yamaha V Star 650. I'm a new rider and the assistance at the shop was well above any other dealer I worked with. If anyone is looking for a bike I'd highly recommend stopping at Williams.

Great guys came in on a Saturday to sell my son his first dirt bike took the time to explain to him the controls and what maintenance he will have to do. Never rushed us out and answered all our questions well worth the 4 hour drive I'll be back to buy my next bike
