It was over twenty five minutes to get checked in, the oil chang fifteen minutes. Then it was another 20 to cash out with only 1 customer in line. In total 75minuets with an appointment made. If you value your time go to jiffy lube.

Don't call it a repair shop, it doesn't really repair anything to be honest however it's a decent place to get an oil change and or replace tires.

I think they are under staffed. Waited about 10 mins at counter before anyone showed up. 3 hour wait for an oil change. Looked like one guy in the shop.

Check your oil level before you leave the shop! They didn't change my filter or even bother to drain the old oil, just added new oil to the engine, over filling it. Never going back there.

I've been a automotive mechanic for many years, so when they declined my oil change because they couldn't remove the access panel to the oil pan. I fealt suspicious, I told them I would go remove it myself , but of coarse all i heard was liability this liability that. Which is understandable but what happened to helping one another ? I was also the last customer and it was 57 minutes until the shop closed. Ps. 4th attempt to get my oil changed there.....staff no comment, somewhat clean facility, hours don't coincide with the main store....and it's very busy or no ones there at all. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine

I have had fast, friendly, and affordable auto service experiences at the Xenia OH center. They handle many routine service items and a few rather unique ones, such as headlamp surface refinishing.

Was told to bring car there so tires can be installed got there hr later they said they can't do it because 3 mechanics didn't come back from lunch. Next morning it got done but they didn't put tmps valve on tire after I told them it needed 1 they said ok well they didn't install that either gave some excuse that they needed my key fab get what you pay for

Showed up once for an oil change that took 3 hours with only 2 people ahead of me then tried at a later date to get a tire rotation and they were closed at 4 on a monday.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Got tires for my car and it was very timely! Front desk was was friendly as well and I would definitely recommend them if you find a good deal on the tires you want and just have them install them.

Close to probably the slowest service that I have ever had with any concievable task. Members of the staff were friendly but I was told that the wait would be an hour, but was made to wait 3 hours during a minimally busy time of day. Even on the busiest day it shouldn't have taken that long. I've given Walmart chance after chance, but constantly come away with wasted time. Honestly it's more worth it to me to go to another business that will do it well and quickly, but for a more expensive price rather than shoddy work, an extended period of time and a cheaper price. It's just not worth the time wasted.

Terrible experience. I had an appointment to get new tires at 10:30am. I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. I came back at 11:45 and they hadn't even started. All the employees were just sitting around. At 12:30 I called the local tire shop, Detroit auto, and they said they could get me in. $20 cheaper. Took my keys and left. I've have 2 bad experiences there. I will not have a third.

I had needed 2 tires for my car and didnt know where i wanted to get it done because im very cautious about who works on my vehicle. But i decided to go to walmart. Best price on my tires and amazing service. In and out with in an hour. I could not be more happy about the service. Great guys back there

I don't know what has happened but the dudes that they have working back there are so sketchy looking that if you have no other choice but to go there make sure you inspect your vehicle before driving off the lot! I hate it though because as far as getting my oil and tires changed I trusted no one else but them but now, not so much. Just be careful when taking your car to them!

Had a punctured tire on my Jeep, took it in as $15 for them to do it with a patch-plug is way easier for me than trying to do it myself. After waiting an hour they page me back saying the puncture was too close to the sidewall of my 10 ply mud tires. They put the tire back on, and hand me the keys....They had drastically overinflated ALL my tires, because apparently nobody in this shop has ever done anything with Mud Tires. Ever. Good to know this place hires only the best of the best! It was a simple enough fix for me as a prepared Jeeper to deflate all my tires back down to what i need to run them at, but it was an unnecessary step that i should not have had to do in the first place.I will keep refilling my tire until i can get in to the local tire shop this week, who will patch the one tire, and leave the others alone.I guess i won't be going back to wallyworld for any more tire repairs...as convenient as that is on the weekend, i will simply make do until i can get into one of the smaller local shops. So long and thanks for all the fish!

I just took my car in for a 20-minute job all I needed was one tire I got there at 2 p.m. and left the store at 5:30 p.m. after being told it was going to be 2 hours at most there was literally two cars in the bay at most and maybe three or four employees walking around they don't have enough techs hired. Place is a joke I wouldn't recommend coming here for oil change or tire change

Time to get some new Tires for the car. I am very sceptical about who works on my car, so I parked it and watched how the workers were treating other customers cars. I don't know, Walmart has better prices on Tires. I will have to search more before I decide.

Familiarity & diagnosis initially were issues with deceptive test equipment (although when to test may have misled about the battery condition since was freshly charged upon arrival but after loading resulted in rather quick depletion), but Kyle & members of this crew were considerate, patient & persistent in determining battery condition & replacement. Then they inflated tires to requested pressure so the TPMS was satisfied esp during the frigid temps. Mentioned that this recommended battery spec (EverStart size 51R 500 CCA) seems too small & insufficient capacity for my particular vehicle, despite the internal combustion engine 3MZ-FE was commonly installed among Lexus/Toyota sedans or smaller size & less accommodating vehicles than the well-equipped CXT style RX 400h, but how to submit technical feedback report & resolve the issue? Regardless, thank you for your service!

I've been going to this Walmart for 13+ years off & on to get various vehicles' oil changed (I moved in and out of state so I couldn't go there the entire 13+ years). I've only had one problem when they stripped our oil pan plug back in '07. Walmart paid to have us take the car to a certified Honda machanic to have it fixed. (The same thing happened to a family member's Toyota at a Toyota dealer around the same time) I've never had any problems other than that.

Needed a plug for a screw in my tire. Was quoted $15 and an hour ended up only taking 40 minutes. I ll be buying my tires here when I eventually replace them.

Had a flat tire. Normally i would stay far away from walmart auto but it being a sunday no other option. Did not have my tire in stock had to wait till monday. Phone rings and rings when call took 3 calls to get through. They ok but not spectacular. In an emergency when they are the only ones open they can suffice.

They are a joke. I called at 6:15 and the lady on the phone said they could get me in but when I got there the guy told me that I was 4th inline and that they would not be able to get to me until the next day. Not good customer service and very unfriendly. My business will be going else where from now on.P.S I was there at 6:25. I'm not giving them a star either. It won't let me post without checking off a star.

I had so many problems dealing with that Dorothy lane Walmart I went to xenia's they fixed everything put all my tire even save me some money by fixing my elecktronicks valve stem Great price Ron and the front counter guy were a lot of help. I really give ratings but they're good

Very poor costumer service. We came in during open hours but they told us they were too busy to serve us because they were under staffed. They also said that they were closing early even though there was no indication of this at the entrance and the doors were open. We insisted that they hear what we had come for and someone begrudgingly talked to us for a brief moment. Overall came away with a very bad experience.

Never have what they say they have always ends up being more than the price quote. They also say they have stuff in the stock online but when you get to the store they all play dumb they're not even good for an oil change unless you have all day to wait and they like to strip your oil plug 2

I have been pleasantly surprised both time I have taken vehicles for oil changes. The prices are very competitive and the service was quick. They even vacuumed the interior of the vehicle!

Lil problems nothing to serious but one of the workers said i couldn't return my tires there, I'd have to deal with Walmart online. Which is false but i guess lol

(No Stars) Chipped 3/4 of my rims while changing my tires. after 4.5 hrs wait time. Apologized...then sent fake (back dated) documentation to insurence company stating damage was there prior to service. RUN AWAY!!!
