Left skid plate loose and it fell down the next day and is dragging down the road. I have been a customer for many years. Offered for me to drive back and zip tie it up. They did say there was an issue reinstalling but they could not bring themselves to say it was there fault. Response was the "Bolts were rusty and it left in the same condition it came". Well it wasn't dragging when I drove in and it is now it is. Probably shouldn't let a customer leave your facility if you knew there was an issue.

I go here all the time.Its easy and the do a great job. If there is a nail in your tire, they probably will spot it. They have twice now. Good eyes!

Excellent service. Very professional. The whole process was explained while being performed. Literally in and out didn't have to step out the vehicle. Definitely would recommend!

Took car in for oil change, work was done. Took car home , car leaking oil on driveway 10inch by 20inch spot on driveway. Carried car back , they said not their fault. Car has never leaked before. I recommended to avoid using them, bad attitudes , horrible customer care. 6 or more people working, laughing and joking around , not professional job site.Service: Oil change

tires filled, fluids (washer, brakes, coolant) also we payed $25 extra to go ahead and put a new air filter on while we were there. We did the upgrade for the next oil so it was 74 something it all came to $104. If you go online there's a $10 off coupon that we applied so all in all it wasn't bad at all. Best part 20 mins we sat in the car and were done in no time. Can't beat the time honestly if your in rush or have to grab kids from school I would for sure give em a try.

Awesome service. I got through in less than 5 minutes. 5 minutes never have I gotten through that fast and I was rushing to get there before closing. Justin and his crew at Xenia location was Awesome.

I hadn't used Valvoline or any other express oil change in over 15 years, but I needed my oil changed and didn't have time to go to my usual place. I was very surprised and amazed at how great this location is. The staff was courteous, very efficient, and made me feel comfortable about them working on my car. I was even shown the dip stick with the level of oil. That was a nice touch. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. The staff at this place is great, and I hope they are treated well for their awesome work.Service: Oil change

I took my car to this location back in April for an oil change. Yesterday, I took my car to my regular mechanic for an oil change. Come to find out, Valvoline techs at the Xenia location used the wrong oil filter on my car. My mechanic had a tough time getting my too tight filter off of my car. He was able to clean the threads to put a new filter on, but he suggested replacing the adapter next time. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

I ve been to this Valvoline for two oil changes and both times they provided friendly and helpful service. The first time I also got my transmission and radiator fluids changed and they did well with that too. They re on top of checking tire pressure, lights- all general maintenance items and will tell you anything you need to consider getting repaired at a full service auto shop. Online coupons are available regularly and their normal prices are not bad. Highly recommend.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

Great experience here! There was a line, but I was in a bay within 15 min. Tech was helpful, suggested services I needed and even told me were I could find COUPONS! I got an oil change and the transmission fluid changed, both were a fair price and done surprisingly quick. Normally I change the oil myself, but with the $5 coupon it was only 15 bucks more to have them do it, completely worth it. I was really impressed by techs

Really disappointed. This location does not keep the oil filter for my car stocked. Last time I was there, I arrived and was informed they didn t have the filter but I could go buy it from an auto parts store and bring it in and they would discount the difference. I did this and they gave me the discount, I was very satisfied. Today I went for another oil change, I called previously to see if they had the filter and they did not, so I bought one and brought it with me. This time they refused to give me a discount for providing the filter. The employee said they don t do that. I explained to him that last time, they did. He said they don t charge for the filter, and I told him that I brought it because they don t have it. The cost of the filter is built in to the overall price and I should have been compensated for having to provide my own. Otherwise, the service was quick but the employee avoided speaking to me and was not super friendly since he could tell I was frustrated.Service: Oil change

The people working at this location were amazing! The guy checked my oil ( I thought I was way overdue for an oil change) and he showed me how clean the oil was I asked if I really needed the oil changed. He said no it looks great. I m SO impressed with that kind of integrity!!! Plus everyone working there were very nice, funny and friendly. They even checked my tires and fluid levels for free. Sent my 71 yr old grandmother here for an oil Change. I explained to them I was in a hurry and asked if I could leave a card number or have them call me when they were done with her car. I was told it would be easier to just give the card to her or pay cash. So I asked the guy how much. Then I handed my grandmother the cash for the service to pay once they were done. After her oil change last night she called me and was upset about the embarrassing things said while she has her oil change. She said the guy doing the service kept yelling just the oil change she doesn t have any money . First of all I paid for the oil change because she s my 71 yr old grandmother! Secondly even if that what s the case, you have no business sharing that information with anyone! And third you were paid for the service! So I m not sure how anyone else would feel in this instance but I will not send anyone I know there and will do my best to let everyone I can to avoid that place at all costs!Service: Oil change

Love the ease of business and the visitor memory. They remember my vehicle and me and change my oil quickly. I watch Netflix while it's being done and never leave my car. Super quick and easy

i came in for an oil change, i was helped by a short gentleman named Harold. Harold was a very nice young man, he could have used a bit of shave. He had on the cutest little jumpsuit i've ever seen. He did an excellent job servicing my vehicle, and answered every question i had. I'm glad to see these great workers in the work force!

Staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. They offer recommendations for your vehicle but are never pushy. They also get along well with each other and it makes a comfortable and welcoming environment even though you never leave your car.

I went to Valvoline on a whim, I was needing an oil change and had just got my kids Happy Meals across the street. I saw that they didn t have a line and thought what the heck, I ll try them. I pulled in, the gentlemen jumped right to work, leading me in, talking me through everything, giving me options, educating me about my choices. They truly acted like they enjoyed their jobs, even though it was so hot outside and it was the end of their day. The service they provided was timely and really fantastic!! This is a great oil change place! Fast and about the same prices as most places - still cheaper than the dealership - and you're able to stay in your car while the work is being done if it's quick. The reason I rated this so highly is the staff - they are good, don't talk down to you, keep the upsells to a minimum (that's a huge plus in my book) and we're great to talk with while the job was being done.

This place is awesome!!! The workers are super polite and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and do such a thorough job. All of that plus the prices being reasonable are the reasons why I will never take my vehicles any else!

I normally have a very positive experience here. The mechanics actually seem to be mechanics and not high school students on a part-time job.This time I had an teenager with a bare face ask me to get in my car because of COVID. I'm not particularly sure how that's different than talking to me through my open window, especially when they have me open my door half a dozen times. I feel like you should have probably put on a mask or mind his own business.I like to see what someone's doing when they're working on my vehicle. I come here because it's a lot quicker than doing it myself not because I don't know what to do. I'll probably just pass on stopping if I see that guy again. I certainly would have left if they hadn't already drained the oil out of my car.The mechanic who actually worked on my car was courteous and I feel like she did a very good job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My wife stopped to get her oil change only to be bullied into not changing it because they had a line of cars behind her. Over 5k on the oil and still refused to change it. I will never be back my money is good elsewhere.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Kudos to the team! I forgot to schedule my oil change before a road trip and my regular places were booked solid. Cameron, Justin and the 3rd gentleman (i forgot his name) were polite, helpful, fast and professional. They advised of things that needed to be done soon but were never pushy in up selling. I'll use their services again.
