Everything I thought needed replaced was thoroughly checked and was informed of the findings shortly after I dropped my vehicle off. Braden was so helpful and honest when he called me tell me the damage. The vehicle was ready the next day (left overnight due to repairs required) and the employee I spoke with on the phone twice after my car was ready was extremely helpful and kind as well. My car is basically good as new and runs smooth as butter now! Highly recommend this location, I used to frequent the store when it was Monroe and liked it as much then as I do now!

The manager here was very honest and told us that there wasn t anything wrong with our brakes.we really appreciated his honesty and not charging us for checking our brakes outwe will definitely come here again

We were out of town near Xenia OH and realized one of the tires was near flat. Called Tire Choice in Xenia 1.5 hours before closing if they could squeeze me in to repair the tire puncture before they closed. They said they could get it done so brought it in. They were very courteous and efficient to make a quality repair of the tire. We were relieved to get the tire fixed before traveling back home the next day.

Super happy with my new tires, William is a great guy and super helpful and a special thanks to the tech who did my tires (recent college grad who's name I didn't catch) for giving me a ride home so I didn't have to sit and wait or walk. You guys are awesome, keep up the great customer service.

I have a 2018 BMW 230i X drive. I'm working out of town and could not make it back to my regular tire place for a tire rotation and a all wheel alignment, so as a convenience I made an appointment and stopped by on January 27th to have it done there.Befor they pulled my car in, I walked down the street to get a bite to eat, which took about 35 minutes. As I was walking back, I witnessed the technician putting on the last lug nut. I walked in and about 5 minutes later my car was out front and ready.which I thought was peculiar since it's usually a two hour task.After I left I noticed a slight shimmy in the front end, as I couldn't make it back till the following weekend and having to drive my car back and forth to work in that condition.When I called I was told that there was a warranty and to bring it in and they would do a balance and check the alignment. Which was the following weekend on February 3rd.They had my car on the rack for less than five minutes, and the guy comes in and says they found the problem....he says my front tires are worn on the outside causing the problem. When I asked about the alignment, they show me their terminal and explain how my individual car is not even in their system. I got ripped off. I paid about $170.00 for a tire rotation...that's it. No alignment and no balance as they told me a wheel balance is not part of the procedure. Then they tell me I must have gotten CHEAP tires because they did not recognize the brand. I have Bridgestone Potenzas, 200.00 a tire. They should be fired and replaced. Now I'm out the money and have to replace a set of tires that are less than a month old. This is unacceptable.If you value your vehicle, definitely do not take it to these clowns. They are unqualified and willing to lie and rip you off in an instance. I will be reporting them and calling corporate first thing. This is ridiculous.

They have my business for life! They re honest and don t try to add unneeded items to my service. They give accurate estimates and they re quick! I ve already recommended them to friends who were also very pleased with the service they provide!

I got an alignment last week here and returned today for a check up as it was a little shaky. They quoted me 2,550 for an issue that didn t exist after I got a second opinion. There is nothing wrong with my car and I encourage anyone, especially if you re a woman, to go elsewhere or get another opinion after they try to charge you. I will never return and am extremely disappointed.

Called a week in advance to schedule an oil change. Specifically asked if they do Fiats. Get to my appointment and they say they don t have that kind of oil or filter. Completely wasted my time. Would not recommend.

I had the very first appointment of the day a few months back and I ended up waiting a little over an hour before the guy that worked on my vehicle showed up to work. I was there for an hour and forty-five minutes for an alignment, which is a bit absurd when you have the first appointment of the day and not a single person is ahead of you. A young lady came in a half hour after I got there and I can only assume her appointment time went well over schedule as well. First and last time I have gone there.

I used to use Monroe Muffler frequently then thought I'd check out Tire Choice. First trip to TC was for air in my tire. Unbelievably the scruffy hair guy told me their equipment was broken. The coworker looked surprised. How can a new service store sell tires and not have working equipment? Maybe they manually blew in air. Tried again for an exhaust system on my car, "I'll call you as soon as the parts come in." I called and stopped in on three occasions and not yet he says, I'll call you asap. Months later I'm still waiting. I must say one young guy a few days later did assist with air and couldn't believe I was told that. I tried to contact TC but was never able to locate the headquarters. Would I recommend them? I'd rather watch YouTube and attempt the exhaust myself. Poor service skills and bad customer service. If they only want one type of customer, they are in the wrong city and wrong line of business. A half star would be too much. Very disappointed.

This company evidently allows your vehicles to sit on their lot with your car doors unlocked. While there to find out what was wrong with my car, I had a turn signal light cover get completely broken out. The manager was aware, as he stated to me he knew I did not bring it in that way, but feels his company is not liable since the other manager got fired. My missing headlight cover and missing jumper cables had nothing to do with their company policies. Perhaps they should be doing better background checks. I would NOT recommend this company. A lot of shady business goes on through those doors that ultimately has cost me out of pocket. SAD SAD SAD company!!!

Figured out why my TPMS system that Midas had worked on wasn t working. They had overinflated tires. Didn t even charge me!

This is the shop I recommend to anyone that asks. Very professional and courteous employees and the manager that runs the front office is the absolute epitome of going above and beyond for his customers and is the reason I will continue to bring my business to the xenia location specifically. Third time here and another wonderful experience! I was ready to drop off my car and pick it up later for an oil change, but they insisted they could have me in and out in less than 20 minutes! Very impressive and professional. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Great 5 Star service from Matt! He and his service techs got me set up with some great AT tires and a much needed alignment. Quick, friendly, kept me updated throughout the process and not to mention, a very fair price. Now that the SUV is ready for winter, I ll be back soon for car tires!

Jay was very helpful with my car and gone it done in manageable time. Friendly service, dependable, knowledgeable, and great prices. He didn't beat around the bush and explained what is going on with the car fixed the problem and got us on our way. Thanks Jay.

I have been to this shop twice in the last month due to running over a total of 5 NAILS somehow. I ve had flat tire after flat tire and can t figure out where I m driving that I m running over all these nails BUT regardless, this place is awesome. I ve called every time before I go just to see if they have time to patch a tire/check it out and the guy who answers the phone..I think his name is Matthew? Is just a great guy. He s super down to earth and you can tell he truly loves his job. Keep up the good work guys!

I called Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Xenia last Friday needing a brake job ASAP, as they were overdue and I commute an hour to work daily. They took me in immediately, at a fair price, and had my car back to me the next day, less than 24 hours later. Everyone I spoke with gave me clear updates every time I asked and presented great, kind, and professional customer service the entire process. I will return here for more work I may need in the future.

What an awesome experience I had at Tire Choice. I can t recommend them enough. Even when they were busy with other jobs they stopped pulled my car in and put a quick patch on it and got me back on the road really quick. I appreciate the quick and professional interaction I had with Michael. I will 100% be back.

They are very shady, the first experience they took forever to fix the car and left it smelling like cigarettes. The second time was when I purchased a vehicle and wanted someone to look at it, they tried to say the oil needed to be changed and were pretty insistent on charging me right then. However, I went for a second opinion said that there was absolutely no issue with the oil.

Excellent experience. We got in there, dropped the car off for a tire repair, sat and watched Netflix for 20 mins or less and left. No trouble. And they didn t even charge us.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this location. I brought my car in for a loud knocking/ rubbing sound from the rear passenger side. After 2-3 days I was told that it was caused by the ball joints. I agreed to the repair which cost almost $400. A few days later I picked up my vehicle. I did not even make it down the street before I heard that same sound. I took the vehicle back immediately and insisted it be fixed. Several days later I pick up the vehicle and am asked to pay an additional $300 because they had to fix the ball joint on the drivers side a well . After all of this time and money the issue was never resolved. That was several months ago. I have not been able to drive the vehicle since.

It s never fun when something goes wrong with your car but when something does go wrong it s comforting to know of a reliable and honest place to go.We experienced great customer service from the front desk and the guys did a great job fixing my car. Keep up the great work and thank you!
