Pitt Stop Tire & Auto is my new shop for any auto repairs and tires! These guys are amazing! I'm so impressed with the service I received and the prices. I searched long and hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic that wasn't going to rip me off. I was fed up with the outrageous prices and shoddy service from the Dealership Shop I had been going to for years. I had many people refer me to Pitt Stop in Xenia, OH and I am so happy I decided to try them out. Mike Webb is an excellent technician who went above and beyond to fix my car for HALF the price the Dealership would have charged. Mike, along with the Manager Micah, and the Service Specialist Dustin, all work together as an efficient, smooth running team. I had a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter was black and replaced, and a major leak was found and repaired in a very timely manner for a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend Pitt Stop Tire & Auto for all your auto repairs and tires. I know I'm not going anywhere else.

Harley of Xenia stopped doing tires of customers that purchased tires elsewhere. Stopped into pitstop to see if they could help me out. They got both my new tires mounted and balanced in quick time with no marks left on wheels, for a decent price. Will definitely be sending people that way from now on.

I absolutely loved it their the staff was so friendly even gave me a ride to my house to grab a special tool for my rims Dustin was awesome and the owner was very nice as well I definitely will be going back and telling my friends and family

After waiting for the tires I ordered from Sam's for a week and a half, they called me an hour before my appointment. They said someone accidentally sold the tires they ordered for me. Did I want them to order them again. No thanks. I'll go somewhere else. Called Pitt Stop. They got me a great price on 4 new Goodyear tires. Also, did an alignment. Came across some other issues. They kept me informed about what was going on, and kept in constant communication. I worked with Dustin and Micha. Very friendly, and best of all professional. Will definitely recommend. My new car place

Micah, Dustin and Bryan made my experience at Pitt Stop Tire and Auto an amazing one. From the phone call to see if they had the tire I was looking for to educating me on tire health/safety. They were all very professional and weren t the type to try to oversell me on everything. They heard everything I was going through and were there to help as soon as I walked through the door. Skip Walmart or wherever else you get tires from go to Pitt Stop Tire and Auto. I promise it s worth it.

We crossed paths with Dustin in the midst of car crisis in October. Less than two hours into a seven-hour road trip, our rental car tire warning light came on. The rental company told us to just reset the warning light, assuring us "nothing was wrong." When the car started pulling hard, we decided to pull off the highway and determine our next steps. As fate would have it, we exited near Dustin's former place of employment. After explaining our situation, Dustin came out to take a look (even though it was a Saturday and we didn't have an appointment.) He checked the tires for punctures, gave everything a once over, and ultimately discovered three of the four tires were overinflated to the point of being extremely dangerous. After letting the air out and confirming we were good to (safely) go, he refused to accept payment and sent us off to enjoy our vacation. I have never received that level of service from anyone I've taken my car to, and it meant the world to know a stranger cared enough to ensure our safety. While I can't directly review the Pitt Stop, I can say that I believe any company that employs someone like Dustin has their heart and ethics in the right place. (And I continue seriously debating driving to Xenia from Columbus for all my future car needs knowing I'll be in great hands.)

Unprofessional. Questionable ASE certification. Individual proceeded to mock a family member who was present with me. There were multiple comments about how they hate my type of vehicle so much. First of all, wrong tires were installed not even remotely similar to the ones that were on there. They ride like garbage. That is not the worst part in saving the best for last here. The joker who worked on my truck emptied my brake fluid out and left my front end loose causing truck to get life threatening speed wobbles over uneven terrain. I am almost certain that my away bar was also stolen or swapped out. This individual should go to prison for this. I'm lucky I didn't have my 3 year old on the car. There was also damage done to my wheels major cracks and brakes in the ceramic coating on all 4 wheels. I will only remove this review for a full refund in cash no questions asked and I want proof that this person is not working on other people's vehicles. My family and I could have been killed because of this incompetence. Unbelievable. I've been here for years had allt types of wheels done on all my trucks and this is by far the worst experience I've had with a shop in a very long time. The manager was also on his phone the entire time no supervision took place during the service on my vehicle. Major disappointment. This vehicle cost me $28,000 and now I'm taking a $20k loss due to this unprofessionalism. Do not go to this shop for service if you care about quality and safety. Happy new year.

Very professional, very friendly, very honest, and very fair. They very easily could have made more money off of me but chose to MAKE SURE they made a proper diagnosis before moving forward. This is a great team right here! Highly recommend!

They were awesome! They pointed out a part that was wrong and fixed it with no questions (thank god I had the part!) asked and it didn t cost me an arm and leg!Micah was who helped me.

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and had a tire go flat the morning after we arrived. We took front two tires in and got a good price on two, almost new tires. They were friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Thanks Pitt Stop!

I needed a front end alignment for my Ford F250, they did an excellent job, they also put two tires on and balance them everything's perfect! I highly recommend these guys! Their price was very good!

Guys were awesome. Let's talk about integrity, I went there because I had blown out tire riding on a spare. These awesome found a nail in my other tire blugged it up and practically gave me a new tire for $70. Plugged tire plus old plus mount and balances $106. The guys could have easily suggested that I needed another tire for the one with a nail in it. Without question they treated me like how they want themselves to be treated even when someone is unaware.Thanks guys. We'll meet again God Willing.

My boyfriend took his car here to get a nail in his tire removed and fixed. They fixed the tire but left his rim with multiple large scratches. They didn t say anything about the scratches when they definitely saw them. They were very unprofessional when doing the job. Would not recommend since they can t do a simple service without messing up something else.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Super friendly and professional. My dad has been using them for years, and they have been around since the mid to late 80's. Steve will give you an honest look at your vehicle and tell you what you need without any sales pitches or extra upselling.The mechanic Jim is a consummate professional who knows what the heck he is doing. He also works very quickly as well. If you just need tires, he will have them done for you lickety split, as long as there are no other issues.My car had a wheel bearing problem and an axle issue as well, and he fixed both these problems, along with a GREAT alignment job and 4 brand new tires.This is the only place I trust for my aging Mazda. HIGHLY recommend this company. Honest and competent service.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Tire repair, they repaired a flat I had. I used them in the past for the same thing. These guys are very polite friendly and very professional about everything they do and their work facility is very immaculate and very clean just from looking at the place when you go in it shows they take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows not only their facility but in their work they do I won t go to nobody else these guys are top grade.

These guys are amazing! I was 2 hours from home and had a flat. These guys got me in and out within 20 minutes and didn't charge much for a brand new tire! Cheap, quick and very very friendly!

I totally recommend this place.. I had emergency issues with my tires, right before a funeral.. being early I was able to get right in, they checked them,explained what exactly I needed done.. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and very quick to take care of the problem and assured me it wouldn't take long.. From the owner to the other gentleman on staff, I am so happy that my "not so recommend" procrastination ,led me here .. I cannot thank them enough and will make this my go to only.. I highly recommend this place.

These guys have always mounted my tires with no issues for some years now I ve used them. Out of the blue now they are saying they can t do my tires anymore? Level of professionalism has gone to an all low at this place. Should change your name from pit stop tire to we don t do tires anymore. They were the ones that suggested I order from a specific place and have them mount them. Super lame.Service: Tires

Paid a very High price for 4 brand new tires no alignment no warranty manager was extremely Rude .will never do business with them again. I SHOHLD HAVE KNOWN BETTER . I WENT TO WALT LUTI IN LEBANON. They were great with my other vehicle. Alignment warranty roadside assistance. For only 40 dallars more Pitt Stop offers none of that but an Alignment for 89.99 + tax.
