I just want to give a shoutout to Rick Parsons at Parsons Hook Road Body Shop & Towing! I can t thank you enough for helping my husband with his tow this morning. I will never use another towing company or body shop. Rick and his team are very professional, quick, and deliver great service. I ve had 2 cars that needed body work as well and they both came out good as new. The best around!!!

On Dec. 19, 2023, Parsons Towing responded to a request from Tire Choice, Beavercreek to tow a car from the home of a senior citizen. She had seen a tire on her car totally flat, needing care (!). Logan of Parsons arrived and was very careful to let her know the routine, etc. The car was towed and the tire changed that day. Logan was very respectful and helpful.

Mr. Karns did an awesome job in helping me out last night when I was stranded. He arrived promptly and quickly determined that the culprit was a cell problem within the battery. As my roadside assistance call was for a jump and not a tow, Mr. Karns advised that I call my insurance company back and upgrade the call/service to a tow. He patiently stuck around until my service status was upgraded. Mr. Karns definitely is very proicient at his job as well as very efficient, polite, and friendly. Kudos to this establishment who helped me when I really needed them! :)

We locked keys in the car and used Road side assistance provided by our insurance. Late call for service (8:00 PM). Chuck, from Parsons Auto, responded. He was courteous and professional. He arrived within 90 minutes of the call... pretty good for an after hours request. He took care of us with no damage to our vehicle. He had a problem with his ability to take credit card payment. He solved the issue and was able to take payment. We are grateful for the service.

After I d waited 8 hours on a different towing company, Parsons Hook Road Towing was sent my way by Nationwide/Agero. Charlie promptly came to my rescue and he was friendly and easy to work with. He arrived before the projected ETA as well. Thanks for your help! Definitely recommend.

Told my daughter they would be there within 60 to 90 minutes after another tow truck didn't show up and she'd already been sitting for 4 hours. I told the guy the situation. And then my husband finally drove an overheating car since been sitting for almost 8 hours with no help. The guy repeatedly told my daughter when she called he would be there in 20 minutes. No one came. Thanks for leaving my teenage daughter completely stranded with almost no cell service for an additional 3 hours. Awesome

They took the keys. Then the driver said he didn't. Cost us 275.00 for a new key fob. The owner was supposed to call back and obviously he didn't. I don't recommend.

I was connected with them through The General insurance for emergency roadside assistance for a flat tire. They got there fast and quickly changed my tire. My donut was flat.The driver (I didn't catch his name) went into tire discounters with me and asked if they could put air in it. They did. He waited till it was filled. Thank you to the driver and the business!Service: Tires

After locking my car and my keys in my car at 2am after getting home from work, my Allstate roadside assistance sent Parsons out to help. They were nearly an hour earlier than my insurance quoted and got me taken care of quickly and early. I don't remember the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was very pleasant. Thank you for the help!

I went had a call placed with State Farm to get my vehicle towed and the tow truck driver called me and said I have a tire change to get to and I ll will be there nearly two and half hours and nobody ever showed up and could not reach the company or the driver on the phone and State Farm failed contact also had to get a new tow service to come and was stuck in the cold and wet weather wouldn t recommend Parsons towing to anyone

Charlie to the rescue after waiting over 3 hrs on the side of the road for a tow scheduled on the VZW rescue app only to have that tow company cancel the call without warning! Parsons got the call and came in less than an hour! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Reprehensible customer service. Had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes past original arrival time. Then took 5 minutes to hook up 2 cables to jump my battery. I asked them why they had not turned on their machine and became offended that I would even ask a question. They were so offended that they left me! I had a REAL towing company come after these unprofessional drivers left me! Tim s Towing came within 30 minutes and guess what? He turned on the EXACT SAME MACHINE and instantly jumpstarted my battery. I hope AAA drops this sham of a towing company because this company is unprofessional at best! I would leave 0 stars but have to leave at least 1 star for the VERIFIED REVIEW to stay posted.

Needed a battery jumped. Our insurance connected us through to this place. Told us it wouldn't be until 7-8am when they open. The driver calls us at 5:17am, their auto-body shop less than 10 minutes away from us, left a voicemail, he was on his way and for us to call him back. We called him back in 11 minutes, not expecting our help so early and he told us that he wasn't coming. That he calls when he is "15 minutes out." His car on the map was right next to his auto-body shop when we checked our call. He isn't even 15 minutes away. If we don't answer when he calls, he immediately turns around because "we waste his gas." Told us he wouldn't even be able to come back and to just call the insurance company. Was really beating around the bush about it too. "Uhhh, well, it would be waaaaaay later. Just call your insurance company to find someone else to come help you." Why even have us call you back if you don't have a grace period for your routes?

Had them tow our car. It sits low. Driver did it improperly. He was a nice guy and admitted fault. Owner, Rick is unprofessional. Trying not to take responsibility. Became argumentative and said he would NOT take care of it. They do work for Triple A. BEWARE of This Company.

No other auto body shops in my area would paint just my fender and allow me to put it on "we have to BLEND it in" they said and handed over a quote for over $2,000.00. Pearson's (Hook Road Body Shop) used their camera to match my existing paint color, painted the one damaged part (Not blending it in) and gave me a bill for $350.00. They painted a fair size fender for my 2014 Ford Escape and I installed it. The part they painted matched PERFECTLY. My vehicle paint required a super high dose of metal flake and was a black MIRROR finish. Excellent Value, Timely Service and The Best Results. I will take all my work to Pearson's from now on. 12/10.Service: Painting

My roadside assistance arranged Hook Road Body Shop & Towing to tow my broken van. Bobby was great to deal with & very professional. He called to give me an ETA, arrived on time, and expertly placed the car where I needed it. Highly recommend this company!

My cars starter died(second Honda to do this to me) and I needed my car towed back to my appartment. The man that came out to tow it was very friendly, helpful, and efficient! If I ever am around this area and need help with my car I will go to Parsons!

Car wouldn't start tonight (just walked out of the grocery store.) Charlie was dispatched, through State Farm, and saved my butt. Very nice, professional and can't recommend enough!

After leaving my key with them they went and picked up my truck and dropped it off at my house nothing disturbed or stolen and left it where I wanted it on my property . Great job well done thanks a bunch, was very affordable compared to everyone else that I called that wanted between 90.00 & 130.00 just for a twenty min job thanks also for not digging into my pockets. Awesome definitely satisfied.!!!!

Moe helped me with a toe recently and went above and beyond what a normal driver would do. He troubleshot many different things to get my car towed out of a very difficult spot. I am very glad AAA sent Parsons towing out to help me. Moe is a gem, if all of your employees put forth the effort and concern that he showed you guy's have the right business model of taking care of their customers. Thanks Moe and Parsons towing! A+ treatment!

Took a missionary out to dinner after church. He accidentally locked his keys in the car, and needed to be on the road to make his next meeting. Rick sent out a man and had us squared away and rolling asap. Friendly, professionally and very helpful.

Geico arranged for towing with parsons- they told me it would be 60-90 minutes- within 15, the driver called, and within 30, my son s car was on the truck headed for home- VERY GOOD SERVICE, wonderful to work with- very professional! Even had a track my driver option- A+ in my book!

Wonderful experience for my niece and me! They had lowest estimate of 4 and did great work as well as paint color matching. My picky niece was completely satisfied and that's saying a lot! Thank you Parsons Body Shop....hopefully I'll never see you again, haha!!

Parson's Hook Road Towing saved the day, again! My son slid off the road in the snow and ice. Prompt and pleasant every time I call. And I have needed a tow truck 4 times for a variety of problems. In the Xenia area I would not call anyone else.

My car was hit by a deer. It destroyed my front panel and passenger door. Had my car back within 5 days and it is good as new. Very professional and very thorough.
