Guy at the front desk that I believe to be the owner is very rude. Not professional to cut someone off and allow someone to speak. Felt a racist vibe; then from reading other reviews... I see that I m not too far from wrong. Don t go here if you re brown apparently; but you know they can t say that. With the laws and all.

Called to get a general price on a muffler. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Apparently if you are a woman, you're and idiot for even calling.

0/10, the customer service here is HORRIBLE. I asked general questions and shared information from the places I went prior to here and every other answer had a smart tone or profanity. Some words of wisdom, be respectful to customers coming in. I wouldn t spend a penny or have conversation at this place.

I called Walt on Friday and explained to him what was going on with my car.He told me to bring it in the following week and they would check it out. I dropped it off about 10:00 a.m. the following Monday. He was extremely busy, with only two people working and 13 cars ahead of me. He said that he could at least look at it, but couldn't promise to get the work done. He called me at 1:00 p.m. to let me know what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix. I approved the repair and had my car back by 4:00 p.m. Walt was very professional and friendly. And the repair was a lot cheaper than what I had expected. Kudos to Muffler Brother's in Xenia for exemplary service! There's a reason that he's been in business all these years! Great customer service and great prices!Service: Exhaust

Took my girlfriend's car here. I was quoted nearly $1,300 for a repair. However, they simply do not do a repair but they replace specific parts that are leaking. What we ended up doing was finding someone who was willing to do a repair without buying the OEM parts and working with what we had. That cost about $1,000 less. How long will it last? Who knows.

Have brought several cars over the years. They're honest and sincere. They don't try to upsell me on services I don't need and they give me a fair price.

Mm if i could give No stars then i absolutely would . I went it to ask a simple question and the receptionist got a really nasty attitude so i turned around and on my way out the door i overheard one of the workers say something along the lines of why does she think we would serve her here (a black woman btw) . When i turned around and ask the man to repeat himself his face got red a swore up and down he said no such thing . No thanks I ll take my money elsewhere.

Got raked over the coals by another local shop. Did the worst exhaust repair I had ever seen in my entire life and had other shops look at it and tell me the same. Went to muffler Brothers Xenia and talk to the owner ,Walt Crum, and he pulled me out of a terrible mess with my truck. He ripped that garbage off that the other shop in beavercreek put on my truck, and installed a gorgeous, amazing sounding exhaust system for a third of the price I was charged at the other place. went in just to ask some questions about my car and services they could provide. they were very rude and he called my car a pissed off bumble bee and as i walked out one of the guys said my question was outrageous. they were by far the most stuck up and rude people i ve ever talked to. if you need any car work done go to city tire and repair. much better.

Walt has been my mechanic for 20 plus years. He's always been straight shooting and honest with me and tries to save me money when possible. I appreciate his work and all he's done for my vehicles over the years.

I don't understand where these bad reviews come from! I have used this place of business several times and they are very nice people! It is privately owned and the owner and staff have always been polite and exstreamly fast and reliable service at a very low price ! These guys have fixed two of my vehicles cheaper then I can get the parts myself for! I will say this if these guys have been rude to anyone it's most likely the cause of someone with a piss poor attitude and they just won't have it! Just because people run a business does not mean they have to take your crap! Obviously the first review on here from that lady shows just the kind of attitude she took into there business ! These guys are very nice ! In fact they closed at 6 today and I'm a truck driver and the guy even gave me his cell phone number in case I didn't get there before they closed and offered to come back by when I got back to town to take my payment and get me my truck keys ! These guys do great work very fast at a more then fair price ! These guys get five stars for every visit I have ever made to there store ! And to top it off they even give you a ride home and back to there shop for free ! Don't let these other two reviews fool you this is great service by great people at a great cost

I called to make an appointment to get a muffler delete done to my vehicle. The guy said no thanks I don t want to make a vehicle louder and refused my business. I have had exhaust work done on several cars at other shops and never had someone tell me they didn t want business for and exhaust being loud. Will never use or recommend to anyone!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband car was towed here on a Thursday night after the business was closed (the owner was aware of this). The next morning I took the key to the business as soon as it opened. The owner was at the counter and right away told me that the tow driver dropped the car off in the wrong place. It was in the front of the building and he wanted it around back. So I asked him when he could look at it and said very nasty to me that he wouldn't even look at it until the following Tuesday since they were closing early due to the holiday weekend (Labor Day). I didn't give him my number because my husband would call him Tuesday morning. When my husband went to his break at 2:30pm that same day he had missed calls from the business. He tried to call them back but there was no answer. They had already left for the day. On Tuesday morning my husband called at 9:05am and they told him it would cost $1600. Yeah, no!! So I called other places and found the service for half the price. I called the owner to this business and told him I was having it towed and he proceeded to tell me he lost business because he had the car in the bay all day Friday. I said that he told me he wouldn't look at it till Tuesday and he denied he said that and then hung up on me. I had the tow company go pick it up and they called me and said he wouldn't release our car. I called and he said we owed $70 for towing it from the front of the building to the back. He also said he wouldn't take a check from me and said only cash. My husband had a guy from work take him there to pay using our debit card (because that's cash!!) and he refused payment! He said since I got " Lippy" with him he would only accept cash. This was about 5:40pm and he closed at 6pm. We weren't able to go get cash and make it back and so he is holding our car hostage. Who runs an actual business like this? I am blown away by this! Beware of this shop- they will overcharge you and they are definitely unethical !! Oh yeah, and no accreditation from BBB. I see why!!!!!!

Walt and the crew at this establishment are A plus. I was in a pinch with a brand new used car I bought. A week after I bought my Impala I discovered the tailpipe was rusted and muffler was loud and about to fall off. I arrived right at closing time they could of been rude but They were so nice and professional,!!!!! They fixed all my muffler issued and professional. I recommend this shop.

I had some body panels replaced and a new battery installed for $250 less than my dealer's estimate. Walt has worked on my vehicles for twenty years. Excellent service always!

I pulled in 10 minutes before they closed they checked my car out and stayed iver to fix it. Very cheap price and super friendly!! Will be getting all my work done there from now on.

I ve had nothing but excellent service. Very happy about the way they handled my situation on both occasions . I ve recommended to several friends and they also had good service.Don t understand people buying their own parts and expect a company to install for them lol????? Who does that

I wouldn't spend money here for anything. Absolutely rude . I asked some general questions and the response was "I couldn't tell you what the hell you drive" instead of simply asking me. Seems like they think they are th only shop around. Lol. Get real. AVOID at all cost..

I had gone in to ask if they would put a dual exhaust on my car and he was very disrespectful towards me for no reason and then as i went to leave his coworker said, outrageous . this place has no respect for other people.

Great little auto shop. I've had work done here on my car twice. Both times they came in at a fraction of the price that the places on Main told me. Highly recommended.

Rude and over priced! If you buy your own muffler or catalytic for a 1/4 of the price they act like they are too busy to weld it on for you. They don't make their $ off labor they make it off 60% mark up.

I ve contacted them twice about working on two of my cars, once for a water pump and once for an exhaust. Both times they acted like they didn t want to do it and I had to go somewhere else... very odd.

I called to price some repairs for my car and the man I spoke with on the phone was RUDE. He acted irritated by me asking for additional information, and kept saying well, I don t know, I can t see the car . Obviously I know you can t see it if I called jerk.

Does not install a muffler that you buy on your own. So that means they charge way more for your muffler and sell it to you for a much higher price.
