Big shout out to Moorman s, they were on site in less than 20 minutes! Tyler was so polite, saying multiple times we will get this done! It took me 20 minutes to get the spare tire unhooked and it took Tyler less time to change the tire! Boy when you have the right tools, it s amazing at what you can do! I ve never had to be towed before. Let alone twice in 24hrs. Chuck and Joe the 2 tow truck guys were amazing!Chuck was my first tow trucker. Originally he came to just change out my tire so I can be on my way. Once Chuck realized that the spare was no good he informed me that for my safety he did not want to put that spare on because 1- I wouldn t get to far and 2- he didn t want anything to happen. Having someone who didn t even know me care about safety definitely earns all the stars in my book.Joe was my second tow trucker. He was the guy on the phone when I called for the first time. Then happens to be the one to pick me up at the Walmart to take me to another place to get my tire changed. He remembered who I was without meeting me because of the description of my vehicle and the fact that I had a dog with me.These guys were amazing and moormans towing is so lucky to have such amazing guys with great customer service, sense of direction and high safety for their customers.

My commercial truck and a flatbed trailer were towed by Moorman's Towing at the request of the State Highway Patrol. I was charged $1,900.16 for towing my vehicle/trailer less than 10 miles (including 2 days of storage fees). The truck and trailer were each charged for 2 days of storage even though they were in their storage yard less than 16 hours. They said if it gets there before midnight, it's one day...then another day as soon as it goes past midnight into the next calendar day. I was told that if I had called them personally or as a business, the charge would have been less than $300 to tow it to our address that is about 20 miles away. I have my personal thoughts, but I'll let the facts speak for themselves.

Moorman's came and towed my 2020 Subaru, when I was hit by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. Mike was very professional and handled my car with care.The Body Shop did an AMAZING JOB, putting the wrecked car back to "brand new" condition.I HIGHLY recommend this company.

When my daughter and I found ourselves on the side of the road with a blown tire, Motorman's Towing was there within 20 minutes. This was so important because the tire businesses closed within the hour. Chuck was so efficient and professional. We enjoyed talking to him on the way to Detroit Tire, and appreciated his attention to detail and care of our vehicle. I am so grateful for the help we received.

Amazing towing company. We've used them for years. They have towed lots of our vehicles, unlocked vans when drivers lock their keys inside and have pulled out a few from ditches. They are always fast and knowledgeable. Had my 34ft motor home towed to a garage. Mathew did an awesome job being very careful in handling the motor home. He went beyond expectations in looking after my RV. I only had to wait 15 min and the tow operator was so pleasant. I asked questions on where to get used tires and he directed me to a good shop. I enjoyed our conversation as he worked!!
