I called about a vehicle I had seen online and the salesman was very responsive and polite. I told him I was going to come look at it and when I got there, he knew who I was and met me outside with the vehicle pulled up to the front waiting on me.I was already pre-approved for financing, but the finance manager called the (same) bank and was able to get me a better rate.All in all, all around great experience

From Start to Finish the employees at Key worked tirelessly to get my Jeep in and get it fixed correctly and at an affordable price. If you find yourself needing any type of service or repairs on your Jeep or any vehicle, I highly recommend Key Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram! A Huge Thank You to Bobby, the Master Tech that worked on my Jeep, Eli the Service Advisor and last but not least, Dennis the nice gentleman who helped me get everything taken care of! I can't Thank these guys enough! Highly Recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Great service and phinaminal owners. Chris Toby personally came to the lobby when my truck was in service to check on me. The advisor was polite and professional. Chris then followed up the next day with a personal phone call. I couldn't ask for any better treatment. First class all the way!

Purchased a 2024 Jeep window online from Key CJDR and it arrived broken via UPS. I contracted Key and instead of shipping me a second window, they avoided the possibility of it breaking again and they had an employee drive over an hour to deliver it in person. What AMAZING Customer Service!!! I highly recommend Key!!!

Key in Xenia...Billie specifically gave great care and follow up. I maintain upkeep needs with this group because of knowledge and customer service. Many service spots in the area are over priced and under serve in comparison in my experience... I left my previous provider of 20 yrs for them.

3 times. 3 TIMES my mother has called and the person has told her he has no idea why she's calling. She brought the car in 2 weeks ago for a diagnostic. It had 2 issues that we had already confirmed beforehand with autozone. Was told they'd call back once they confirm the codes they got as they weren't sure exactly what they meant. We waited 2 weeks before calling back. They had no record of her diagnostic or of her calling. Tells her to drop it off on Sunday, and they'll look at it on Monday. Well, mom just got a call, and they AGAIN have no idea why it's there and tried to replace a light without consent. What is your peoples deal?!?!?!

Went for an oil change and the stand alone location has been closed for over 5 months, however there are no signs outside of the building indicating they have moved. The website also still shows the location as operational. Despite this issue, my salesperson Dwayne Cornette (who always makes sure we are happy) ensured I was able to get my service done.

I have a wheelchair accessible van and the air stopped working. We took it to another dealer and was told they couldn't fix it, after they had it 10 days. Key fixed it and didn't charge a fortune.We had another issue for them to work on and because of the modifications it was an issue that took longer, they called to keep us updated on progress and to make sure we didn't need the van. In the end they ran into a problem that would have been difficult to fix because of something that was messed up during the modifications, NOT because of anything they did.This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle repaired where I was positively shocked by the amount they charged.They have all my vehicle business now.

I would not even rate this place a 1. The salesman (Dave) and the Sales Manager was very insulting on my trade in value, did not even offer me what Chrysler Capitol residual value stated my SUV is worth. He treated me like I was nothing and not wanting or even trying to sell me the SUV. How this place is still in business is beyond my understanding. Probably the reason they do not have many cars on the lot due to their rudeness and unable to move the units like a good car dealership should. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have bought numerous cars from Tobey Auto Group and brought a friend over from Indiana so he could buy his first car from TAG! My friend was exceptionally happy to find the price he did on an excellent car. He felt he was treated with courtesy, respect, and was given a very fair price on his trade in.

I have been a service customer for 20 plus years, But I feel I must review the decline of service here. Dec 2022 I went the the relatively new express center for oil change with rotation. The result was no tires were rotated even though it was invoiced, air filter box top not secured making a roaring sound while driving. This was reported to the service manager who said he would review the recordings. Noticed that this center had closed so I checked Key's website and Express service was back at the main shop, decided I would go back. Oct 24 th I pulled in under the express banner and asked for a oil change with tire rotation. I was told you need and appt???? nothing on the website for express nor my 20 yrs of past experience indicated appts were required. I was told by the service advisor that we will fit you in have a seat in the waiting room. Time went by and suddenly I realized it was over and hour. I went back to ask as they were just pulled my Ram up for the oil change I asked if the Tires had already been done NOPE! We are fitting you in , you don't have an appointment ! I said don't do the tires I don't have this much time. I went back to the waiting room and double checked the website info. @ 1:25pm the advisor came out and said I was done. I arrived 11:15 am I told him about the website and he stated Chrysler had made appts required. I told him they needed to update the site if that was true. Got in my Ram and they had not even reset the reminder. With the passing of Mr Tobey this place has declined tremendously. I dont think I will return.

Accommodating and easy to work with. I have purchased many vehicles from them in the past and what always brought me back was the pickup and drop off service for anything including Oil Changes. They suspended that for Covid but I hope they bring it back as it was a huge selling point for me.

I went looking for a promaster online because I couldn t find one locally. After making a few calls and leaving messages I dialed Key Chrysler. They told me that Bob who handles the Commercial units wasn t in but I can call him on his cell they said he always picks up .. He did. After we made the deal over the phone/email I told him I would be flying out and driving the van home (NJ-OH) he informed me that he would send someone to pick me up at any of the 3 local airports! After all was said and done it was a great experience.Very accommodating, very friendly, very informative. Key Chrysler Jeep Ram rocks because of BOB Thank you!

Bought a used car here a year and a half ago. Less than 100k miles. In a year in a half it has needed new clutch, new shocks, and now a new engine. Needless to say I will not be buying a car here again.

Decades of buying cars/trucks here, and the last year or two of service has just been horrible. Bought a certified preowned Ram 24 months ago, which with in days had a transmission problem. It was so inconsistent they were unable to determine the issue. It is now very consistent and we called for service. Was informed they can not work on transmissions, but would take it in and make sure the service light was transmission related and not something else, and then make recommendations. When we arrived for the appointment, the intake guy said they can not help. Can not work on them, had no recommendations for other dealers or transmission shops, just "I'm sorry" - I left, with out my 60K service done or anything else. Just a sorry!

Mr Steve was rude and unhelpful in the service department, I bought an OEM Fiat radio on ebay from scrap yard and i came with my receipt to get anti theft code for this radio required on the display ,he refused to provide it to me unless if i buy it from them,and the way he talks to me was rude make me leave with mad.

Steve in the Parts Dept is AMAZING!! A total saint, came to the rescue and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed when we needed it, despite being last minute, after hours, and a huge hassle. If we weren't moving out of state, we'd abandon the Dayton Dave Dennis location for this location based on Steve's help alone.10 Stars, Steve!!!

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment, and the didn't even look at my vehicle until the next afternoon. Then took an additional almost two weeks to do eight hours of work. There was no communication about the status of my vehicle, unless I initiated it. Finally i was charged almost double what any other dealership would have charged me. (I got quotes.) If you value your time and money, I would suggest going elsewhere.

I have dealt with the folks at Key Chrysler since I bought my 2006 Dodge Sprinter. I just purchased a new 2023 Dodge Promaster from them and the experience was perfect as I had expected. The sales person was helpful and communicative and everything up to the delivery and financing went well also. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We went to the new Key Express in Xenia. Had a wonderful experience! Great customer service there. When all done she explained to us what the technicians did to our vehicle. Loved the customer waiting room. Very clean and well equipped. Had coffee, water , snacks, phone chargers and free wifi. Was impressed by the whole thing!

Rude very rude salesman to the point he was talking so loud everybody could hear him. Have a certified letter on my dodge challenger r/t . Can not drive it . Called over a month ago no one had called me back. So stopped in today with the letter. The man didn t care got an attitude not his problem. He can t even get parts of other vehicles he says. Come back Monday he says. Then walks back inside. For real this is how you get to talk to people like they are below you.

Cooper at the Xenia location in the service department was absolutely AMAZING. He was patient and very very nice. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I understood since I know nothing about cars. Really enjoyed working with him. Price was, I pretty much had my motor rebuilt and thought it d be a couple thousand more than it was so that was a nice surprise.

I have to say Stephanie was fantastic! She was honest, didn t pressure me into something I wasn t comfortable with and truly explained the sales process to me!
