I ve been searching for a car I could afford and was reliable to drive back and forth to work. With not so perfect credit, I ve been struggling trying to find an approval that fit my needs. Jamestown auto was such a pleasure to work with and they made it so easy. I walked in and was approved in minutes and found a perfect car for me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much. I would definitely recommend to others.

they sell . the warranty isnt worth the paper its written on. their finance company is a . & most all their cars come from out of state. when my sister in-law bought her car from these people, she had it maybe 40-45 days, & it already started stalling, & then died. she had it taken to a mechanic, they told her the motor had been taken apart & put back together, & not even right. & they told her the motor was about to blow. & inorder to put a motor back in this car?? it would 8k !! she called the warranty company, & then also the finance company, & they told her there was nothing they could do to help her, & a new motor was out of the question!! they pretty much in her face. the car fax report she has says the car came from Alabama, & it showed flood damage, & rot in the motor, & that most of the motor was rusted what was salvageable. You'd be better off going to a junk yard & finding a vehicle. All their vehicles are 2010- 2016. & over 100k miles. & if you do your research, you'll find all the cars & trucks they sell, are on the top worst vehicles to buy list.

My car has blown head after only one year will not work with me to get me in other car never been late on any payments I m vary unhappy with this company I don t recommend them never return my phone calls I will be contacting a lawyer if nothing is resolved I got a lemon for sure

I just want to say what a great experience it was working with Jarell Hall. I was able to coming in a few days before actually making my purchase and talking with Jarell and he was able to point me to a few vehicles in my price range. Well on June 1,2023 I scheduled to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in and ended up able to purchase and drive off the lot with my vehicle today.If you are interested in buying a new car and think your credit is not good enough well drive on down to Jamestown auto sales and ask for Jarell Hall he will definitely get you in a vehicle you can afford.
