Fantastic experience here. I brought my car in to have its calipers changed, wheel bearings replaced, and my muffler welded. They kept in contact with me throughout the process. After an inspection they recommended against the wheel bearings, saving me ~$800 in unnecessary repairs. My muffler is difficult to find so they were able to repair the broken rusted connection without a significant cost. Clearly they care about customer experience. Overall I am very happy with the quality of work, the price was very competitive, they SAVED me money, the work was done quickly and I was informed every step of the way. This was my first experience with this shop and I will be back. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is knowledgeable or uninformed in cars. Keep up the great work!

Tim and Nate are consummate professionals!! They are always eager to try to accommodate anyone and are understanding of the struggles that often involve automobiles. They specialize in pricing quality tires at a competitive price over the "big corporate" or "big box competitors". Furthermore they have the mechanics on staff to make timely repairs all while trying to save the consumer as much as they can. I can wholeheartedly recommend them as they continue to honor the Harworth legacy and name.

Had some tractor tires installed. They were carry in tires. I bought them somewhere else unfortunately. Could ve got them here. I know better now. They are very friendly and prompt.

Tim and the crew have continued to provide the best service in Xenia. Always take care of the customer, I had a slow leak in one tire. got it fixed and I was out the door in no time at all. I truely appreciate this local owned business. Thank you!

Outstanding!! While traveling through the state, our brakes went and we were able to limp our van to the garage. They quickly looked at our car and got us back on our way to save our Christmas vacation. Great service, great pricing, and took great care of the vehicle.

I've been going here for years now and if it needs fixed, they fix it and if it will last a little longer they will tell you thatIn other words they won't do things just to make a "buck". I got to tell you, this place rocks!!!! Jim, the owner, was so willing to help he got my car out that was stuck in the snow with his own bare hands....so to speak. I am super impressed by Harworth! The customer service was some of the best I've ever seen. It's cool to see a business these days still doing things like having the owner, Jim, personally taking each car for a quick spin to make sure everything looks and feels the way it should. Incredible! I also found it to be refreshing how they did not try to upsell me anything. I'm here for tires... not a radiator flush and new wipers. Lastly - they just straight up got me 4 great tires for what I found to be a very reasonable price. Not too often do you walk out of any sort of auto repair business with more in your pocket than you were expecting. 5 stars all around!Service: Tires

Tim the mam that works the front. Counter is very friendly. The service there was excellent. I would definitely recommend the place and I will definitely go back if I have any more car problems. I feel as a woman going into a tire place that needs repaired some place take advantage of women but this place was up front very friendly and I knew that it was a good place and that I wouldn't be over charged.

Fantastic service!! These guys will do their jobs methodically and very well, and they'll catch things other mechanics miss! Also, they won't try to get you to buy things you don't need, and they throw in some small services for free! Incredibly nice, and talented! I'm a customer for life!
