They buy scrap iron. Load your trailor or truck. Stop by the office which is in a building to the left of the the one you see pictured above. They will ask for an ID ( i.e. a drivers liscenes) then give you a slip of paper to take to they guy on the big bucket loader. But first drive on the scale to the left as you go out. Wait until green light goes on. Drive to where the guys are and they show you where to dump. He the writes something on the slip of paper and helps unload Go back to the scale and wait for the green light again. Go to office and collect cash. Take a few chocolate kisses from the bowl and you are done! Its not that complicated.

Mike totally hooked me up yesterday. Needed part of a vehicle harness including a hidden relay box. Sent him pics and he harvested exactly what I needed and got it to me fast for way less than I expected! Service service service and then great pricing as well! I was floored! Thank you for your help, Mike.

Was sold a windshield wiper motor and was told it was the correct part for my car. When I had someone get under the hood of my car they had informed me that it was the wrong motor. Called Dayton Xenia auto parts to see if they offer refunds and they told me they could only refund me 25% if I had the receipt. I couldn t imagine somebody selling me the WRONG part and not offering a full refund with the receipt. Would not recommend.

Sky got a new part for my Prius at half the cost of the dealer price. Told me how to clean my scratched headlight lens. I'm gonna try it!

Went there to junk my old vehicle, I've done this multiple times AND with multiple vehicles over the years. And I have always received quick to the point service and a reasonable offer for sold vehicles. Process takes literally 20 minutes or less. Make sure to have title and ID at the ready.

I see bad reviews on here I can t help but believe they are full of it. They delivered what they said they would at a good price. They also helped me with a bolt I needed additionally even though it was prolly not worth their time in any way. Would buy from again for sure!

Bought a motor from here made it 200 miles, and blew up. I was told (nothing they can do about it), and now I'm out a lot of money and no motor. Be very careful using shady places like this. Their stuff is untested and not warrantied at all.

I took 10 pds of copper and 80 pds of aluminum and got $20 and they wouldn't give me it back straight ripoff beware I lost a lot of money today better go somewhere else

They charge more for used parts than it costs to buy them new. I dont understand that and they also charge almost double the cost of the new parts. My personal opinion shop elsewhere. At pull and pay u might pay 50 dollars for a used part that this place will charge a few hundred for used.

Im having to get a new bumper for my truck. Not sure what the other poor reviews are about. I showed the guy the damage and asked about the bumper which was posted on craigslist. At first he was interested in having me wait around, but when I said okay to that, he ended up just giving me directions to where it was in the yard.I went on back and ended up needing help finding it. Later I decided to grab a secondary part (glove box latch if you're interested) and asked another guy for a screwdriver. He drove me back to where it was and just told me to bring the screwdriver to where he would be down the yard.I had no problems here, and they were all very helpful and friendly. I think the bad reviews are from some marginally uptight people. At Xenia auto, you just need to have some respect for them, and they'll give it back. Also, going in person is much better than calling them. They're busy so only call if you have to. Otherwise you should make the trip. Chances are they'll show you around.

I called into the location to make sure you were able to walk the yard to find parts, the service rep on the phone said thats fine and to come on down and look around i was looking for a lot of parts for my vehicle. Mind you its a 25 min drive, when i got to the yard I walked in and talked to a service rep who then told me they are only open for another 50 min and that would not be enough time to walk the yard. I knew what i was looking for and it would only take 15 min max to get in and out with the part i needed but was told to return another day because they had no way of telling us they were closing. So I wasted my fuel driving out there after talking to a rep on the phone and got there and was told to come back someother time. i will be getting my parts elsewhere now because of this expierence.

Ordered a transmission and it shipped to me. Turned out the transmission was bad. They were EASY to work with giving me a full refund. Very highly recommend to do business with!

With a simple phone call I was able to figure out what kind of people they are. Don't go there, I asked simple questions about what I am looking for and person who talked to me was very rude. I never bought here and I never will.

Bought parts from here that are messed up, when I tried to get them replaced I was told "that's why you don't buy parts from a junk yard" and he laughed. Unprofessional.

I have been going to this salvage yard for a few years and have always been given the my parts for way cheaper here than I could get anywhere else whether it is other junk yards, ebay, craigslist, etc. They make you pull it yourself which I prefer because I don't have to get "permission" to get the specific part that I know I need. Bring your boots (it is usually muddy) and the tools you need.EDIT: I believe they actually had to change it recently to them going back and getting the part for you
