I go to Autozone in xenia all the time,for the most part its always a good experience.I recently bought shocks from the store but had to return them.Eric was very unfriendly and felt he was questioning my return,he directed me to look at the yellow store policy on display in the store even though i was well under the 45 days (internet said 90).He just appeared annoyed and bothered i was taking up his time.I left feeling annoyed and bothered and questioning wether i would use that store again.Get out of the public service business if you dont want to serve the public.

Store manager is completely rude an hostile. Went into the store yesterday explained that the parts inhave purchased recent had blown off when my tire flew off going down 35 at 60 mph. I was told by a older gentleman that having a picture of the parts missing from my right side i would still be able to getbmy warranty parts back. Considering they were scattered across the highway and in the ditch. When I explained this to the store manager se started yelling at me that it wasn't her fault the tire fell off (well duh that isn't anyone's fault)and I need to recover the parts. To get the warranty replacement. I explained someone had told me a picture would be sufficient and doing so she began yelling at the older gentleman and belittling him and telling him he's worthless and humiliating him in front of customers and employees. This women does not belong working in customer service and being in controle of other emoyees not a good leader and bad example of a store manager

Fantastic care and help. I always get the oil change special. Tonight I learned you can also get free stickers like oil change places put in your windshield thanks to a helpful salesperson

The staff here is amazing. I had accidentally ordered a part online and did not closely watch what store was selected for the pickup. Once I realized it was a store in Illinois I went to the store in Xenia and explain the problem and the staff made one phone call and had the problem fixed and I walked out with my part.

My car has aftermarket equipment and needs a special air filter. Advance Auto sent me to Auto Zone since they couldn't even order the product. I walk in and was greeted right away. The sales rep asked what he could do for me. I explained my situation and he didn't have the filter but he could order it. I ordered the filter and in few days it came in. I picked up the filter and once again was greeted right away. Thank you Auto Zone for great service.

I was shopping there for parts for my utv. Being an elderly lady I really did not know what I was doing. This is when I met Dylan. He not only helped me find what I was looking for but also volunteered to help me change the oil in my utv which I had no clue what I was doing. When he saw that I needed added help he pointed me in a direction to help. He went way above & beyond what normally is offered. He was a very nice hardworking young man. You Don't see many like that now days.

Employees are usually very helpful and friendly. Replaced wipers today and your associate JohnTae (sp?)was all of that and came out in the bitter cold to put them on after offering so kindly. Thank you JohnTae.

Theeeee nicest employees and very helpful! They also offer you a point every 20 bucks spent. After 5 points they give you a 5 dollar credit! Very nice these days!!!!!!

AMAZING STAFF! THIS STORE ON SOUTH DETROIT ST IN XENIA OHIO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH ANY VEHICLE NEED. THEY ARE MORE THAN JUST EMPLOYEES MORE LIKE FAMILY! ALL THE EMPLOYEES MAKE YOU FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ASK ANY QUESTION THEY EXPLAIN THING WITH THE UP MOST KNOWLEDGE AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF. YES VEHICLE REPAIRS ARE A HASSLE BUT THIS GROUP OF EMPLOYEES MAKE IT SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL BECAUSE WE KNOW THEM ALL BY NAME ! THANK YOU AUTO ZONE FOR MAKING LIFE A LOT LESS STRESSFUL WHEN IT COMES TO VEHICLE NEEDS. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE AWARDED STORE OF THE YEAR! I tend to go to O'Reilly's, but I needed wipers asap, and this is 2 blocks from my house. Roy rang me up, and asked if he could put them on for me. He did a great job, and was so friendly! I'll keep giving them my business!

I've always gotten good service at this auto parts store. Auto Zone has a great points bonus program with good rewards. They have a complete selection of auto parts and the tools you need to get your car maintenance completed. They rent special tools for deposit only. Convenient parking and location and always friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. I also believe they were have a $1000.00 raffle I had entered and never heard the results from. I went her look,g for the best deal on break pads, just because I'm a chic does not mean I don't know vehicles. 1. My daddy made brakes fir a living at GM for 30 years, He was a mechanic in the Army and also farmed his entire life. I think I know a little. . No options on pricing? BS. No three grades? BSComputers are not always correct. Sometimes it's ok to physically go to storage and look. Do your job and you may fey a raise. Customer service comments do matter.

I called in asking if they had low beam headlight bulbs in stock for my car. They said they did and had one set left and would put them on hold for me. I get there to pick them up and the employee didn t get anything out of hold and grabbed them off the shelf. I asked if he could make sure they were the right ones then to be safe because they were $70. He stated our computers are actually really good you know . Didn t double check and sure enough after taking everything apart(have to remove my bumper) to get to changing the bulb I was sold the wrong headlight bulb... horrible experience with this autozone!

I was stuck one day. It was cold and a snow/rain mix. My driver door glass was stuck down. I visited another company auto parts store and they just gave me a price for a new window motor and regulator, without checking it or anything. $107 plus Installation at another place . I was not able to pay that much at the time, so I left very upset and coldI decided to check the price of one at AutoZone. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you today.After explaining a short version of my problem, as I had done at the other business.Instead of giving me another estimate that I couldn't afford right then, the gentleman ( I wish I would have paid attention to his name)went outside in that cold rain/snow weather and he pushed and pulled the part of the window that was still up, while I giggled the power switch. In no time he had my window up. I was and still am very grateful to him.I said omg, bless your heart you did it.I figured he would want me to get a price on the new one. To my amazement, he extended his hand and shook my hand and said "Have a great day ma'am, stay warm "I was amazed. You just don't come across friendly, helpful people very often any more that don't extend their hand but to be paid for whatever they helped you with.This was at the AutoZone on Allison at 35 in Xenia. I'm going to make a trip to that store until I catch him there to get his name.I will then make sure that his manager, district manager and corporate knows what a great team player they have working with them.I will also frequent this store for my automotive needs in the future.

Needed a new battery, they had them in stock and installed at no extra cost. It was extremely busy today so it took awhile to get the battery installed, but from start to finish was about half an hour.

They usually have parts in stock, but if not they are ready next day for pick up or you may order online

Stood at counter for 20 mins while the employee ignored me. The only other employee was trying to help everyone, keet apologizing. If your strapped for time don't go there. Also when the ignoring employee did finally help, he acted like it was a big inconvenience. My opinion if you don't like your job, find a new one.

I have came here for years to get parts. Everyone is so friendly. Being a woman with no patience they help me find what I need, and if they don't have it they send me to where I can get it. Or order it if I don't need it right away.

The employee was saying they didn t have parts that I needed or that they even existed so I had to look up the parts number online and give it to them so they knew what I needed and had an attitude about it the whole time
