I've been burned in the past by used car dealerships so I was hesitant at first. Let me tell you, this place changed my opinion. Everything was so easy. The car I purchased is mint. It's honestly pretty much brand new. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the buying process was absolute smooth. I highly recommend them!

I'm really grateful with Blake, he's an excellent seller and great person. Honestly before I visited this dealer, I went to others dealers before and I was disappointed. WOW! What a great experience of buying a used vehicle. Pre-approval and paperwork only was 90 minutes. Great staff and thanks to Stacy & Blake. Like so many others- my experience here was amazing. I actually had never heard of them, but I when I posted to a local group that I was interested in buying a car for my daughter, multiple people recommended them and said what great experiences they have had.What did I love about them? They felt genuine, kind and non pushy whatsoever. Literally people you really like and they aren t trying to make you like them- they are just that way. They heard what I was looking for and only showed me things in my price range. There was no pressure whatsoever- not price, not timing, nothing.This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would prioritize giving them future business prior to considering anywhere else. It s no wonder they have so many incredible reviews.

I just purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from this dealership. The associate that I dealt with was Blake, and let me say it was a pleasure to do business with them. He expedited the process and made it extremely convenient for me in a very timely manner. The sales associate did not put any pressure and allowed for a great experience all around. Anybody in the market for a used vehicle I would highly recommend this dealership. The vehicles are super clean and it was the best customer service I have received by far!! Do not pass them up!

Blake made a stressful day much easier than it could have been. He was knowledgeable about every car in the lot and made great suggestions. He kept the mood light and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Will definitely return for future vehicle needs!

Everyone there was amazing!! I went through Joe and Blake. There was people there that didn't know me the day I test drove a car and they made me feel comfortable and part of them. They are honest and tell you the truth which I find pretty awesome with dealers nowadays. They didn't push me at all and told me to do my research which I thought was pretty awesome. It was super easy with them once I got improved too. From now on I'll be going to them! This was the best experience ever!! You guys are the best!!

This is a sad review to write. At first I thought I had found one of the few family owned dealerships that weren't there to scam money out of you like the rest of them. Boy was I wrong.To start, I paid a price for an excellent condition car. There was some rust on it, so as part of the purchase, they agreed to fix it. This wasn't a favor they did me, this was putting in the car in the condition I paid for it. For the next part, they tried to act like they didn't need to do anything because they apparently did me so many favors.First shady, typical stealership tactic: the car also had a cracked mirror. The salesman (Blake) had told me that they would order a new mirror for it. Sure, whatever. He decides to wait until we had already started the paperwork to tell me that they were no longer going to do that. I really should have walked away at that point.Second shady stealership tactic: I did not want to buy the extended warranty. Blake told me that I could cancel it at any time, so I figured I'd get it and just cancel it after a few months to make sure the car was fine. He also neglected to tell me that the warranty was paid for by adding thousands to the car loan amount. I decided to call in to cancel, and lo and behold, they dismissed me and said they can't do that. Apparently Blake claims he never told me that. My wife and I both remember him explicitly telling us the warranty could be cancelled at any time. I called in again trying to get them to figure out why this happened, and the lady was incredibly rude - accusing me of "keeping her on the phone," looking down on me explaining simple facts, and being rude in general. I really thought this place was different, but the salesmen here are no different than your typical stealership. Don't waste your money here.

I had a wonderful experience and an easy transaction dealing with Blake. I highly recommend him, he was very professional, friendly and helpful! Very happy customer!Update: I ended up having an issue with the car I purchased but Blake, Melanie and Stacey were all quick to resolve the issue and very good to me. They made sure everything came to a good resolution and I m even more glad I shopped here for my car. They are good people.

Bought a used car and there warranty . warranty was an extra 2000$ . Within the first 2000 miles of having the car i had to replace the whole transmission and the warranty company wouldnt cover it. Plus a number of other things that have gone wrong. Im about 3000$ in repairs deep with this car ina year of ownership and only have had it in my possession for about 6 months because of constant issues. Warranty was a rip off and wont cover any of my problems.

My wife and I looked at their online inventory before heading over and I must say, I was extremely pleased with the whole process. We did our research and had a few ideas in mind. We wanted to test drive a few of them. After we looked them over on the lot, Blake came out and asked which ones we would like to test. He got one ready for us, and by the time we got back, he had the other two lined up. Zero pressure, just good sales. My wife and I were both ready to walk out of the lot and had another stop in mind, but after the inventory, test drives, prices, and service, we bought it on the spot! The buying experience was fast and simple. We were given all the needed paperwork which was double checked before leaving which I appreciate. As cash buyers looking during lunch hour, we did not feel rushed to get us in and out. Highly recommend checking them out!

I continue to praise the Lord, coming home from New York City last weekend 7-2-17, I had an unfortunate accident with Bambi the deer. I drove for about 50 miles when I was able to stop and looked at my Kia Amanti frontend and was quite devastated. I arrived in Dayton Ohio on Monday morning via rent a car . I was blessed by Alan Besco car dealership once again... to buy a reliable and affordable car. If you are a serious and responsible person who needs help buying a affordable car ....please check out my friends at Alan Besco car and truck dealership in Xenia Ohio. I have bought cars from them since 2001, never had any issues with any of them. Completely satisfied...........and they are like " brand new" !

I have had nothing but problems with my 2012 Chevy equinox I purchased thru this place . Was back and forth to their shop for first month I had it . Just had to drop another 2200 $ on the engine . Peice of metal was taped on the muffler which is part of the catalytic converter assembly. Have not even had the car a year yet.

I found the perfect SUV for my needs on the website and had heard the great reputation and customer service of Alan Besco through friends. Took the CR-V on a test drive for 20 mins and immiediatly walked in to start the buying process which was incredibly relaxed easy to understand. Not only did I get a great price but they were able to take my old car to auction for me. Bottom line: get your next car here! The staff and owners are amazing and incredibly helpful!

I've had the wonderful opportunity to purchase two vehicles from Alan Besco and I would buy another from this dealership when I'm in the market for another car or truck. The best car-buying experience I have ever had. Blake is professional, friendly, and patient! He offered to let us test drive three different vehicles as I was unsure of what exact features I wanted and was kind and helpful the entire time. I am so glad I stopped in here on a whim. Everyone in the office was so nice. They paid off my old car (plus some!), and got me such a great deal on a car that I LOVE. Thanks so much, Blake! I ve already recommended him and this dealership to multiple people in the market for a different vehicle.

After saving for a vehicle, I was in the market for a manual hatchback. I came across this dealership but was told before make a purchase I should find someone else as this dealership is very shady. Choosing not to listen to said warning caused me to pay two state taxes as this dealership did not want to write a check for me saying I ve already paid state taxes to Ohio. For them, the sales tax was $1300 and for Mississippi it was $938. After speaking with two attorneys they both agreed I should not have been charged twice. I was never a permanent resident in Ohio and Joe knew this. If you value the money you work for, I STRONGLY recommend you continue walking past this building to a dealership who has a rating better than McDonalds. I did not listen to the warnings and I m hoping someone sees I was overcharged and finds someone else. They claim to be For the Troops but any car salesman will tell you anything that will make them a dollar. I should have opened my eyes more. Keep your wallet closer to you!***Update: After reading the response under this review, I would like to call the bluff since I have reached out on phone multiple times over this incident. I would like to receive the $1300 I was mislead out of. Along with that, I would like proof that it is being taken care of since it takes up to 8 weeks to receive If that doesn t happen, I will expose more detail of the deception this company is responsible for.**Update as promised. This company made zero effort to right their wrong. Fortunately, I found a form on the Ohio Taxation website ST AR and submitted my request to get my refund. Stay safe everyone!

My wife called Blake and explained that we would like to test drive two cars that were on his lot. We were 15 minutes away. When we got there they had both cars pulled up front and being warmed up. We ended up purchasing the first car we test drove. It was an amazingly straightforward process and relatively painless. I would highly recommend Blake and Alan Besco Cars.

My wife and I had been looking for a primary vehicle for a while. We seen a SUV online at Alan Besco that we liked. Their website was easy to navigate. We stopped by and Joe was pleasant to work with. He was not pushy and let us think through the decision. The price was comparable and ready to sell. Great experience!
