We purchased a 2012 Terrian today. Literally everywhere told us no and wanted a large down payment. Mike was great and the experience was wonderful, quick, easy no pressure. Very fast process. This place is great and will continue my business and referrals. Go to Advantage they will do ya right !

We had to get a new car after losing our other one in an accident. Cam did an amazing job helping us find the right vehicle. The hospitality at the Xenia location is top tier. 10/10 would recommend.

cameron was awesome. good dude. the car and bank. not so much. had my car for a month and it s been in my possession for about 3 days because of mechanical issues. now i have a car that can t be driven and a constant threat of a repossession. i do not advise buying a car from this place. like i said, cams a good salesman but they sell cars that don t run most days and won t list a finger to make sure you keep your car. no one answers. no one calls back. read all the fine print. then walk away.*****update*****My payments were all made with proof. preston told me since the shop had my car more than i did that i had extra time to get the car payment. lie. said the car was fixed. lie. the owner of this establishment needs to be sued and shutdown. disabled combat veteran and couldn t even get a return phone call. oh and on top of that, there was no paperwork gone over with me on this pos because it arrived while i was there. no one knew anything about it but i was promised no issues would occur and if so they d be handled. i m seeking legal action thru my veterans advocacy team. whoever the owner is, could you please contact me via email and i ll send you my phone number. i d like to discuss some of the tactics used at your dealership.

I would not buy another car from this place. They lied and were not upfront about the insurance. On top of that they emailed the contract and insurance policy which was encrypted with a password. My daughter was in a car accident. We had to pay $1000 deductible which was never told to is until we filed the claim and they wanted it within the hour they called! They charged us an additional $600 to stop the law suit they threatened. Then they refuse to release the title to the impound lot after we paid everything . The field loss investigator yelled at me when I tried to get a claim number. This company is scam artists liars and thieves! I would not recommend to anyone! This was my wife and daughter.The response is lies

They ve been great from the very start even with helping us find a car in our budget! We just recently had engine and wiring issues and with being close to the holiday they were able to get us in and out fast so we would have the vehicle back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle !

I would leave zero star but not a option. Do not trust what this lot says. They ran my fiance and my credit said $500 down and we could have anything off the lot. We drove all the way from Jeffersonville Ohio got there test drove a vehicle get back and they said $2500 down so if you liked being lowballed and lied to go to this car lot.

I would not recommend buying a car from here! This company is scam artists liars and thieves. They are not upfront and honest about the insurance. They emailed the contract and insurance policy but the documents were encrypted with a password. When my daughter was in a car accident and I filed the claim they all of the sudden said I had to pay a $1000 deductible within an hour of the phone conversation with the insurance investigator Then tried to sue me which I had to pay another $600 to stop the law suit. Then told me there was no claim number and refused to release the title to the impound lot. They totaled out the car but said there is no claim number! Then told the impound lot I did not have insurance! Do not buy any vehicles from this place! We are having to get an attorney now because they refuse to release the title after I paid everything and the gap insurance paid off the loan. They refuse to talk to the impound lot. Very bad company. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Listen, nothing but great things do I have to say about this great guy Preston. The engine to my vehicle locked up on me shortly after purchase so you can only imagine my frustration. But the next day my man Preston got it towed from my house to the Hyundai dealership. And because of the good name that he has with the company, and the concern that he had to make sure I get taken care of properly/rigorously, I got a brand new engine in just a couple weeks. Also some other minor things fixed as well but all done at very little cost. So I proudly leave this comment to make it clear to viewers or to whom it may concern that Preston is a standup guy and he takes care of the people that s assigned to him. He ll even do a follow up to check up on you days and even weeks after.

Purchased a car from them for 14,000 within a week of owning the car I ve had nothing but issues the cars are sold with a lifetime warranty i try to schedule a service appointment nobody gets back I call every day over the course of a week nobody answers. When they do they didn t want to fix the issue make things right they told me that I can have them fix it (they still won t answer the phone or tell me where to have it fixed) or I can take a repo. I ve had the car for a total of 10 days today. 10 days instead of fixing something they got an attitude saying you bought a used car I get that it s used but it s not a $500 used car I expect the car with a $14,000 loan out on it to work longer than a week. Looks like I m taking a repo DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. My wife also has a car from them and we ve been trying to get ahold of them for a month over her transmission problems and they don t want to deal with that either. You ll have better luck at a mom and pop buy here pay here or on marketplace. I will say that cam and John did everything they could to get me a car but the customer service guy warranty company and bank are garbage and will not help you in anyway. I ll also be filing a complaint with the attorney general. Save yourself the headache and just buy the $500 car from marketplace trust me.

This place sells buckets! All clean to the eye, but a hot mess under the hood!!! After just a few days, back in the shop only to pick it up and didn't even make it home, with yet another problem!!! Still in the shop! BUYERS BEWARE

Horrible warranty!!!! Lamest warranty ever! What company gives a warranty and instead of putting the cost of the lifetime warranty on the loan they expect their customers to pay a $250 or $500 deductible on top of a diagnostic fee and whatever else their in-network service centers want to add on. On top of that they go ahead and fix the vehicle before calling the customer and telling them what is wrong therefore adding to the cost the customer has to pay out of pocket before they can get their vehicle back. Biggest joke of a lifetime warranty any car company could give. Would not recommend buying a car from this place at all! Funny thing is the tow truck driver told us we would have problems with this company and he wasn t lying.

I was purchasing a Jeep thru advantage car and credit. We had it for 3 and a half years. We were having problems with it. I contacted Preston and he got us in fast to get it looked at but unfortunately it was beyond repair. Preston worked with us and helped us get into another car. He was very helpful and understanding. He was AWESOME thru out the whole process!!!!

Cameron has helped me so so much! This is the first time I've bought a car, let alone had my own car and he was honest and took his time and explained everything to me in detail so I understood fully and answered all of my questions. He didn't get annoyed with me asking many many questions haha and even when I asked him to re-explain something to me he did. I highly recommend going to him! Very patient and even worked on making better deals with me.
