The young man that waited on me today at approximately 5:30 was extremely helpful and pleasant with checking my battery. I didn't catch his name, but I know he has a Christmas birthday. I hope he and his family have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

Walk in and was greeted right away. The guy asked if he could help me. I have an aftermarket airfilter on my car. I was trying to take it off but wasn't having any luck. I asked the guy if he could come and look at it for me. He did and he was able to get it off my car. Been on there way to long. He took me to the filters. But they were all too small. He looked in the computer and wasn't able to pull anything up. He asked the manager and he went looking. He went all over the store to see if he could find something that would work. My filter has 6 inch hole and it's 7 inched long. The ones they had were 4 inch holes. I needed 6 inches because of the space restrictions and how my engine is set up. Plus who ever put the aftermarket kit on went all out and used the bigger one. Anyways no success. They couldn't even order the filter for me. He sent me to Auto Zone. Thank you for all your help. You took your time with me and didn't try to hurry me out because you couldn't help. But you sent me to Auto Zone and they didn't have it either but did order it for me. Thank you for your great service. 5 stars out of 5 stars .

They didn't have the sensor I needed but directed me to their Xenia store. Wrote down the part number so I could just show it. Excellent service!

I needed windshield wipers. Checked around online to figure out where I could get the best deal and this was the place. Right after I ordered, I got a call saying they didn t have one for the rear window but they d probably be able to get it by tomorrow. An hour or two later, I got a call that it had come in, so that was cool. Went to pick them up, two very nice people put them on (apparently there s a trick to the rear window) and now it can rain all it wants; I have decent wipers!

My husband ordered parts yesterday was told they would be there at 4. I went to pick them up for him at 7. Not there, no record of order, the young man refused to put in phone number which has been the way they usually tracked orders.We live half hour away, so making another trip is inconvenient when you are down to one vehicle. The two guys there blamed the morning shift for losing the order. They didn't really even look much or try to look up order. Not a good attitude.So today husband called them got more attitude.So we went to O Reilly's across the road. Great service, good attitude and a discount from where my husband works. Sorry to break up a long relationship but we are taking our money elsewhere! Boom!

Well-stocked, clean, wider aisles than most, well lighted. Helpful staff, but there may be a 5-10 minute or so wait when they are busy. Adequate parking at the door. Open long hours during the week so one may stop in on the way to or from work.

I've been getting familiar with the staff here. Two weeks ago I was in to purchase a battery. Can't tell you her name, but she was AWESOME. She even came out and installed it. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, all while being confident and thorough. Stopped by today to purchase wiper blades and the gentleman there was equally superior in his customer service and installed them too! I will be back, kudos

Dustin, Eric and Jaylon went above and beyond replacing my battery. It was a little out of warranty and they still honored it. Thanks again guys and I plan on only doing my business with y all.

Advance Auto used to be good to get auto parts but the last 2 times I went there was a waste of time the 2 guys working had no clue took half hour to get a piece of hose and I was the only person in there and couldn't find the parts they showed in stock.

Don't waste your time with this store until after they get a self checkout counter installed. They don't want to be inconvenienced with the task of checking out off the shelf items. Five employees earlier today roaming around and one looking up a fan belt for 10 minutes and no one to checkout three people, who all left the same time I did. They obviously don't need our business.

The employees were friendly. Let me borrow some pliers to see if it was my fuse that wouldn't let my radio work. I figured out that it was the fuse in the back of the radio. However, I think it was nice of them to let me check and see that whether my fuse and the fuse box was the problem

Got the wrong parts of course so we took the rotors and pads back finally got the right pads but had to order the rotors from the Warehouse said they would be there at 3:30 so we waited around until 3:30 and went to go pick them up and we were informed that they were never ordered,, wow,, and we were informed that the warehouse was closed so basically we would be screwed,, called Napa they had the part went there had my neighbors van back together in 20 minutes

The staff at this store seem to have a real problem with women purchasing auto parts. Very rude and condescending! Isn't that considered discrimination?! Extremely poor customer service!

This place is awesome! The guys who work here are super nice and will literally bend over backwards to help you out. I ve never had a bad experience at this store.

The staff is good except for one large guy who has no idea how to test a starter and will fight you every step of a purchase or return. Save yourself the hassle and headache of dealing with that guy and go to rockauto.com if you know what you need. Rockauto.com also has a much wider selection of parts and usually has a standard two to three business day shipping. All in all just avoid the fat guy if you do go to this location.

Only 2 workers. One was helpful & seemed to be the only one who was helping ppl. The other acted like it was a inconvenience to help anyone, very rude. What should have been a 5 min store visit has been 20 mins waiting to check out. If your on a time limit don't shop there. Go to AutoZone.

Advance auto parts-particularly the Xenia location is a joke anymore. You look up parts online or call ahead of time and they'll either show up as in-stock or the person on the other end will say they're in stock...show up and nothing. And that's after you pretty much do their job for them because people they hire are too stupid or have absolutely no business working at a parts store because they zero mechanical inclination let alone computer skills sufficient enough to look up a part number.

Back when I used to race the local NASCAR circuit Myrtle Beach I spent probably an average about $60,000 a year Advanced Auto Parts because they were closest one to my house. Not too long after I quit racing I tried to take a battery back that quit working about 2 months out of warranty. And they were giving me a hard time about it from the very start. Now I go to AutoZone because those people went way over and above their Duty 2 warranty a couple of products that were way out of warranty.

My truck broke down right in front of the store .pushed in there parking lot employee's walked past me in the parking lot and didn't even ask me if I needed any assistance . instead they stood out side the front door and smoked. Done spending my money in that store very dissatisfied customer

Called to get a price on a part, the guy answered the phone and said Advance Auto hold please. Waited for 5 minutes, drove ten minutes down the road on hold, got there and the parking lot was empty and the employees were nowhere to be seen. Don't waste your time.

Service here is usually good and if thy don't have the part I need in stock they tell me where I can get it or they can usually get it in next day.
