They were nice but we took it in for wheel bearings and they also diagnosed it but they did the wrong side then had to wait longer to have them change it to the other side and they forgot to do the aligning and had to come back in the next morning before we left on our trip. The owner was very nice but there is some disconnect in the staff

Great Shop! The owners a great guy and they got my truck in as soon as they could. My truck needed a transmission fluid flush and they were able to fix the shuddering noise. The techs are great and they took care of my truck and got it fixed! Thanks Worthington Automotive, I ll be back!

This place is top notch. Great customer service, modern quoting and service acceptance via text all done with yes/no checkbox sign off. Easiest experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. Front and rear brakes, new tires balanced and aligned, coolant flushed, air filters changed and oil change all done in a day. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Todd and the Worthington Automotive Repair team! Another repair shop, ER Automotive, completely diagnosed my issue wrong and tried to charge me double the price for an alternator replacement than Worthington Auto quoted. Todd dug into the issue and determined the alternator was completely fine, and instead determined that I only needed a battery replacement for a quarter of the price. It was very refreshing to have a company look for opportunity to help and I will recommend them every chance I get! Thanks you!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto maintenance

Had a rattle in my front end, called to make an appointment. I didn t have a ride to work so they offered me a loaner. Sent me photos and text me updates. Ended up a simple fix and super cheap. My oil change was affordable. I will be back for my next oil change. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I could not be more pleased with Worthington Automotive. In an urgent situation, they were extremely accommodating, competent, helpful and very friendly and personable. They were able to tend to the issues i had and explained exactly how they planned to resolve and repair. And, to top it off, they were able to get to me right away. In these times where good service is extremely rare, Worthington Automotive brings the HIGHEST level of service you hope for. I live almost an hour away, but I would not hesitate to make them my only automotive service provider. THANK YOU Worthington Automotive - an OUTSTANDING group of people!

Todd and the guys helped me out again! Had a vibration in the truck that got really bad. Had another shop look at it and was quoted an outrageous amount. Took it to WA and they told me I was over quoted, and got me fixed up for less that 1/2 the other quote! It s been a few months now, and I m running smooth! One of the smoothest experiences I ve ever had at an auto shop. Friendly customer service, modern method for receiving estimates and billing, and a free loaner car to allow me to move around while they worked on my vehicle. Blower motor in my van went out so we had no heat. I called them and within an hour they had a motor ordered and started installation which was quite quick. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Alternator started to go out of the blue, they were able to take me in right away and have a new one delivered and installed within 2 hours (dropped by, no appointment). Best experience at an auto shop! Genuine, kind, quick, thorough. Above & beyond! No trying to sell me something I don't need. Detailed electronic estimate includes pics & detailed explanations of everything they found... I really don't think I could have asked for anything more. Very kind, helpful & courteous. Was quoted $2500 by another shop. The guys at WA did the work for a fraction of the cost and Rob was incredibly and fast. Got me on the schedule within the week and finished the job on a lunch break. They did an awesome job replacing spark plugs. My car starts up a lot better now. They also did my ac belt and serpentine belt and I'm very pleased with the job.Would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who wants good work done

Friendly and very knowledgeable. Found an oil leak other mechanics had a hard time pinpointing. Have night drop of service and also loaner vehicles when available. Liked that I spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on car instead of an office person.

Brought my car in for a CVT transmission fluid change and a wheel alignment. I got a call saying that when they drove the car, the transmission was shuddering and that replacing the transmission fluid would make it worse. Upon researching the issue for my car model, all the reviews said that the shuddering was a result of low or dirty fluid. In addition I was told that in order to get an alignment done, I would need to replace a ball joint, so I did. After getting the car back, the car was still pulling to the right. Paid over $400 and none of the issues I took my car in for were fixed.
