This place has such great salespeople that I keep coming back! It is always a pleasure to work with their team to find the right vehicle. Today I came in with intent to purchase a used vehicle, but found out that it had already sold.Fortunately I met an exemplary salesman named Ben who could show me several other vehicles with better features for a similar price. Though we did not land on exactly what I was looking for, I will be back to work with Ben as he left a lasting impression.

We purchased a vehicle almost 2 years ago from Columbus Mitsubishi North, and I must say, the experience has continued to be exceptional. We worked with Ben initially and he has continued to check in and make sure we love our vehicle. Also Tyler in their service department has been incredibly helpful in our past few visits. The customer service provided by their team is truly outstanding and continues to impress. They are professional, knowledgeable and just a fantastic dealership.Mitsubishi North comes highly recommend to anyone in search of not only a great vehicle but also top-notch service.

I had a great experience with my purchase. Mehdi was very helpful and assisted with accommodating my disability. He was super helpful and friendly as we sorted details for the deal. Shawn was so friendly and patient as we closed all the financing and sale paperwork. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle!

Jordan was great to work with! We contacted the dealership ahead of time regarding the car we wanted to see. He had the car ready to go, so we were able to inspect and test drive it right after arrival. He answered all our questions and made the purchase a seamless process. He has also reached out to us a couple of times to follow up. Overall, it was a great experience!

I can not say enough positive remarks about Allen. He made my first car-buying experience so enjoyable and stress-free. He truly listened to everything I mentioned that I wanted in a car. He was also very helpful with figuring out finances and staying within a price range I could afford. He had fantastic communication and was beyond kind. I am very happy with my purchase and am very thankful to have had Allen help!

I traded in my 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross fo Mitsubishi Outlander a couple of days ago. Sales Consultant Ben Weaver helped me a lot in making my choice. He showed and explained everything very competently. I am very glad that I ended up with him and got everything I never even dreamed of. When I get into my new car, I want to laugh with happiness! I enjoy all the options of car and sometimes it seems to me that it is not me who is driving the car, but that it is driving me, warning me of danger, and reducing the speed itself. Only it doesn't talk to me! Thank you for the fantastic service and treating me like special clie!

Our experience was outstanding. My wife and I went to look at a used Wrangler. Ended up buying a 2022 Outlander. Zach was tremendous with the whole process, even when we spent over 30 min looking at the Wrangler and even running preliminary numbers and then switched to look at the outlander.Zach was very understanding and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and never pushed us towards a higher payment or car we didn t want.Zach even stayed past 9pm (when they closed at 6pm) to get everything done and kept showing us more features of the car.The gentleman that wrote the contract was very good as well and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was very friendly in both buildings.Overall it was a great and easy experience. This was our first Mitsubishi but I feel we will be back in the future.

I can not say enough about Columbus Mitsubishi! I came to them originally wanting to see a lightly used Jeep and worked with M Hasan. He was kind, professional, and honest. I never felt hunted or persuaded in the process. We ultimately came back to them and decided we wanted a new Mitsubishi Outlander. Hasan worked with us to match the best deals of all competitors. He was so easy to work with- and the process was quick and painless. I will be recommending Columbus Mitsubishi North to my friends and family. Thank you, again, Hasan for a great experience buying a new car!

Great dealership. I started a conversation with Dilli via text about a used a vehicle I was looking for. Most dealers are very short with you or disregard you when texting. Dilli was easy to work with and communicated well. Due to his willingness to make a deal with me, I went into the dealership the next day. Dilli was waiting to help me when I got there and we made a great deal! I left with a new car to me and sold him my old one. No hassles at all .From the first text to the finance manager. Probably the best car sale I ve ever had with a dealership. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I leased an Outlander SEL PHEV which is an electric/gas hybrid. The vehicle is a bit more technical than a gas engine alternative in some respects but I wanted the flexibility a plug- in hybrid could give in total range and reduced fuel usage. The sales consultant, Allen, did a great job of educating me on the use of the vehicle and all the driving options that are available. Allen also worked with his manager, Tyler, to get me where i could make it happen. I'm glad that I went to Mitsubishi North to get my Outlander!

Found online what appeared to be the perfect vehicle for me and made an appointment to see it. Arrived a few minutes early to my appointment to be told that the vehicle had just been sold. My salesman Jordan was very apologetic and tried to make things right the best he could.

Chuck was an excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He had the vehicle warmed up inside and ready to test drive when I pulled up. Mark the Sales Manager was nice as well. I would definitely visit this dealer again.

It was horrible..if you planning to buy used car from them don't buy ..I spend 6 hours of driving from Illinois to OH one way and they was promised that the car is ready to go. They was know 4 days in advance that I gonna come and I give them deposit already.Car was dirty and in horrible condition in comparing to online pictures..When I open the car door the plastic was off the passenger seat the sales person told me that car was detailed and that's the car for 20k...and plus from the engine was leaking oil
