My son-in-law was in town today and notice a tire going low. We took it to Tire Choice. We drop it off and they said they would work it in when they could. We got a call a short while later telling us it was done. When we picked it up we found that the charge was VERY fair. Thanks, great job, well done.

Great service called Friday said had to order parts would be in Tuesday made the appt. they called Tuesday said parts were in I said I'll see you at 11:30 he said your appt. is tomorrow I said no you said Tuesday james said so sorry bring it in and we will get it done. Great customer service in and out no time. Thanks

Broke my oil pan and gasket told me it was over tightened and the other person fault but don t understand they shoulda left it alone if it was gonna be stripped and I woulda went somewhere else to get it done on top of that try to charge me 800$ for something they did and charged for a temporary fix I would really like my money back for what I just had to pay for to fix something I didn t do .

Called in to get my tire patched they fit me in the same day and had me in and out with a patched tire in less than 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment to have just one tire mounted and balanced. Get there and the person working said oh yea sorry I can't balance a 35 oh and I won't mount it for you either.what a waste of my time.

They were friendly, courteous and and helpful. They identified the problem, patched my tire and had me back on the road in minutes. I am very appreciative of their service.

Not only is the staff here friendly, and polite, but they're knowledgeable and experienced too. They went above and beyond for me; shipping delays suck, and they were on top of it, and honest with me throughout my part ordering delay. I will highly recommend this place, because my experience was great, well priced and the location is very convenient. For a local garage, I've found few that can compete.

We had a unplanned visit from a construction screw in our tire. We were able to drop off and they had the day to fit in to the schedule. They fixed the puncture and actually did not charge us for being a loyal customer. We are very appreciative of the fast service!

Stopped in for a tire repair, service was fast and the staff were friendly and honest!Particular mention to James, who I think is the manager there, he was a pleasure to deal with! When the time comes for new tires, I know where I m going!

I was visiting from out of state, on my way back home, and had a flat tire on a Sunday morning. Tire Choice Auto Service came my service very quickly, and got me back and running! Not only was the service prompt (especially on a Sunday morning), but very helpful.Thank you so much for helping me out!

James Tanner went out of his way and helped us when we had a double blow out about 3 minutes away from the shop. He had us taken care off in 20 minutes and stayed over just to get us back on the road. Great customer service! & Great work attitude from the technician! Highly recommend and hope they can help so many more people in bad situations like that. Thank you James Tanner you rock!! (Note to the shop this man NEEDS a raise). I ve read so many reviews and 90% of them are directed towards him and how friendly he his and the great care he has for making his customers happy.

New to the area, needed same day oil change tire rotation on my 2019 Nissan Sentra. The entire staff was professional & knowledgeable & serviced my vehicle the very same day. Iwas pleased with my entire experience there and definitely will be a regular customer there!

The Best customer service I have received by any auto repair center. I really appreciate all the efforts that James Tanner and Adam Knight put forward fixing my Mazda today. From a customer service department they put on solving my issue a top priority. I was pleasantly surprised and Great work! I will use your services again.

I came in looking to get my exhaust repaired, James (the shop manager) was extremely helpful in finding the best deal for what was needed. Purchasing tires was also accomplished with his help. I was dropping my vehicle off today to have the work completed the next day and I am here to pick it up now! Jon, the assistant manager provided great service as well.The guys are very polite and I highly recommend them!!

Cheap, fast, and Friendly! I had a very good positive experience with my visit at Monro. Friendly staff. They did work on my car at affordable prices. I high recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car! I will definitely be returning to them in the near future.

Awesome service needed front breaks rotors back breaks rotors and calipers replaced. I called very knowledgeable staff in and out service trustworthy had my car fixed same day couldn't be happier even cut the cost down a little for me. This is the only place I will go from now on. If you are looking for quality service with honest feedback this is the place to go.

I drove an hour home for my appointment I made days prior and they told me I didn t have my appointment and couldn t do anything for me but schedule another one. Very inconvenient and not the friendliest.

James & his staff are beyond fantastic. I have gotten work done here over the years & never have I dealt with such a fun, energetic & skilled group of people. I have never had anything less than exceptional service & that is why I will ALWAYS go to Monro. I choose Monroe every time I need something done, whether a sound concerns me, or I m looking for routine maintenance to be done. Oil changes are affordable and I know I can trust if they find something that needs done, that it truly needs done. The manager James has always been respectful and ensures customer service is on point. The workers are honest people who will do their best to give you information and make sure your car is taken care of. I would highly recommend!!

Best service ever and staff! The staff there helped us while traveling and got a flat and then had a brake hanging up!!! We weren t going to get there till 10 min before closing, they told us to come in and then they stayed late to help us! Amazing and restores some faith in human kind that there are still great people out there willing to help!!! Would recommend 1000000% to anyone!!! Wish this shop was in my neighborhood, it would be my go-to!!! Thanks again gentlemen!!! You truly saved the day!!!!

I was able to get my tire repaired same day !The employees are super nice and make conversation with you while you wait , great experience!As a single Mother to 2, having a reliable vehicle is a must and knowing I can go to a place where they truly take care of you and your car not charging you ridiculous prices actually giving a fair price is amazing! Thank You !

This shop is always willing to answer questions about my car issues without upselling other needs. I have had them get me in last minute Ute in the past without complaints. James does an excellent job explaining issues and taking his time when I have questions. Great job guys! James is awesome.
