Went to Battery House to get a battery for my Honda Fit and the environment felt so comfortable, the guys who were there were great also. They had the battery I needed and were laughing and joking around with us while we were there. Great price too.Only $73!! 5 stars. Highly recommend

I would highly recommend this business for your next car/truck battery. They are priced below the big box auto parts stores. They do not charge for installation and actual use a memory saver so you don't lose any important settings while the battery is disconnected. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. A+ service.

Needed a battery for a 2006 Honda Accord V6. $107 for a 640CCA battery with a three year warranty. In and out in literally less than 10min. Incredible as Auto Zone and Advanced we all around $175 for the same specs.Friendly, priced right and quick service. Thanks!

Go here for work. Would tell everyone who needs battery to go here. Quick service usually have in stock. If not can get it pretty quick.

Awesome. Such a wonderful experience when you go walk into a place of business and you walk out with a WOW! The most honest people I have meet in YEARS. I needed a battery, wanted a battery made in the US and I got just that. Before they sold me anything they checked the battery, the alternator before just putting something in there I may have not really needed. And not only that but ensured me if I ever had any issues with it to come back so they could check it out. And oh worth mentioning you could really see they love their work and love their return customers. Would drive to Wooster from Virginia any day to get service like that. Thank you Battery House (Bob and Brian) for being there for the people who need those batteries.

You walk in the office, tell them you think you need a new battery, they tell you to pull in the garage and pop the hood, they run a quick check and if your old battery is bad, one guy replaces it while the other takes your data and runs your credit card in the office and then tells you to go back to the garage to hop in and drive away. They only seem to do batteries but it couldn't be easier.

Saw another review for this place... Decided to check it out. Motorcycle had not been starting so took it in to see if it was the battery.Guy in his 30-40's approached me after I had been waiting for about 5 minutes. Was atrociously rude. Didn't even check my current battery. Told me i'd have to come back in a couple hours. Was on my lunch break, get off work at 5:30pm, told me I had to pick it up by 5. Wouldn't stash it in a safe spot or lay over to accommodate me... Not that I blame him, but was once again, insufferably rude.Came back, put battery in bike... Nothing. The advertised "free battery check" was never done. Apparently have a bad starter. Regardless, the older gentleman who had began helping me tested my old battery, said it was dead. While it was not fully charged, it was by no means dead. Didn't offer any refund, nor even partial. Small motorcycle battery costed nearly $60.Next time ill go to Wal Mart or Rural King of Ohio (right down the street a mile) and save tons of money and frustration. Surprised this place is in business.

We buy all our batteries from The Battery House. I even get my Power chair batteries there, now that I use one. They last long and work well. Anyone that doesn't like these guys is mistaken and wrong!We're getting some more batteries tomorrow as a matter a fact. See you then guys! For the guy that thought RKO or wally world would be cheaper. Nope! I checked. Plus they don't even carry the Power chair batteries I need.

I've always received good service from Battery House. Folks are always helpful and polite. And they carry high quality made-in-the-US batteries. I would recommend them highly.
