First time using quick lane tire and auto center for an oil change and tire rotation for my expedition. Very happy with the service and especially Bobbi the shuttle driver. She was the best! Thank you and I will be back!

I scheduled service for my car that was quoted at a previous oil change. At my first appointment the service I requested was not completed and only my oil was changed. Once the mistake was realized, they quickly rescheduled me so that the requested services could be done. When I got my car back, only half of the services I requested were completed and they were not done well. My oil pan was replaced, but it is still leaking, I was supposed to receive a multipoint inspection but my tires were not checked and I had low tire pressure warning the following week. I just had my oil changed by someone else and they found that the bolts for my exhaust were damaged when the exhaust was dropped to do the oil pan change. A repair was attempted only with JB Weld. Also the oil drain plug was lose and the oil filter was tightened beyond what is recommended. I am severely disappointed in the service I received. I really like Pallota's service but I will never go back to the Quick Lane. What a waste of almost $900.

After a few stops for an oil change stopped here, was closing time and they said we will still do it, on top of oil change got my tires rotated and much more than the other places offered for the sane price!! On top of being super kind they were honest and did not try to charge me for extra oil wuch my truck does not use! The other place wanted to charge for 7 quarts and said I didn't know what my vehicle took! Really I think I know what was always put in! The other place acted like I was dumb and rudly said well were doing you a favor charging this were giving you a heck of a deal!! Nope that's ok im not dumb and I knew I was being treated like nothing on top of ripping ppl off! Quick Lane is where I will continue to go for my needs they even said to bring my dog in out of the heat I will tell ev1 I know to go here! Great service honest and kind people! Thank you Quick Lane for doing what you do!!

I ve regularly brought my vehicle (and past vehicles) here for tires and brakes and never had any complaints. Brought my vehicle in with an issue and told the bill would be $2k. Agreed, once it is done they call and say the issue is still persisting and it will be another $2500 to get it right. I m not sure if it was a lack of knowledge or lack of communication but I plan on taking my vehicles elsewhere from here on out. Essentially you fixed some wear and tear but didn t get my vehicle back to safe operating conditions or work with me on price. Just didn t seem very professional.

Perhaps they are short-staffed, as my car had to be worked on twice for the same problem. The second time I had to wait a few days to drop it off. It was extremely inconvenient. I am happy to report that the brake problems were taken care of to our complete satisfaction! My vehicle was towed at their expense and the repair bill was extremely reasonable. They went out of their way to make us happy and we received fantastic service.

Had a 9:00 appointment, didn't get truck back until 2:30, they didn't return my lug nut socket or drain plug tool, they didn't reset the oil life, I didn't receive any ford points, they said they would wash my truck but didn't. This place is anything but quick. Make sure your car is put together properly when you get it back. I found loose and damaged parts underneath after they worked on it.

In a rush to leave town.Needed an oil change.Called and got us in within half hour and out 30 minutes later.Highly recommend....They washed our salt covered car no charge.Price was less than expected.

Quick Lane is not quick. They are not the slowest shop I have ever dealt with, but they are far from the fastest. The work they have done for me has been competent and fairly priced, but I only started going here after I bought a new Ford Escape, so I have not needed any serious repair work done. The staff is friendly and very helpful and not even a tiny bit condescending. Many mechanics in today's world seem to think they should be treated like surgeons, but not the folks at Quick Lane. They are always happy to answer questions, listen to the wildest ideas, and explain in simple terms why those ideas are not possible.

I stopped in for a synthetic oil change. Very reasonable price. The staff if very friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice waiting area with a tv. A wide variety of free coffee to choose from. There could be a little more for younger children. I got right in. They offer a wide variety of services. You can always browse the car lot as you wait. Definitely one of the better oil change places in town.

Made an appointment to get a set of new tires and an alignment for 1pm. I arrived early and waited but the vehicle wasn't taken in to be served until 2:30 pm. Then they didn't start working on it until after 3pm when they finally came out to the waiting room to verify the tires being put on. I would understand the delay if I hadn't called several days ahead of time to get an appointment but having made the appointment I didn't expect to wait for 3+ hours after the scheduled time in their waiting room before the work even started.

Let me know about other issues, changed my oil and rotated my tires for a reasonable price, $68. They even washed and waxed my car while I waited!

Quick would make you think that you get in line and get it done. Not make an appointment. An oil change 3 days from now is not quick. Or am I impatient?

On their service coupon for an oil change it states "no appointment necessary". When you walk in for the oil change you are told "we can make an appointment for you for next week" --went to Valvoline and had it done in 15 minutes. (and I bought the car from Palotta)
