Just had my truck rustproofed with the C package. I let the shop know a couple areas they could hit extra heavy to avoid rust, also had a couple small rock chips they could treat to avoid getting worse per the flyer they gave saying they will treat and I m responsible for paint etc I even provided them touch up paint. Well upon getting truck back, they missed several areas I asked to do and chips weren t treated at all. Have been coming here for years but attention to detail at this shop seems to be getting worse. Job should be done right first time!***Follow up from the above service, brought truck to medina shop to have issues corrected. CJ and his tech Jesse went back over the entire truck hitting all the areas I wanted plus others they noticed missed. I appreciate CJ taking the time and also Jesse for cleaning the overspray off my windshield! Truck came back looking great! Thanks again guys!**

This is the third vehicle we have had Protouch do their magic on! This big truck was definitely a big task, and their outstanding customer service and professional detailers do an amazing job! This truck drove us all over the country this last year and really needed to clean up! This truck looks better than when we picked it up new at the show room! I got the complete package rustproof coating on my sedan. My car was done quicker than they estimated, so that was great! The ladies at the front counter were super nice too.

They performed a complete corrosion protection package on my 2021 Tacoma and even finished earlier than expected today.I have had 2 vehicles windows tinted here within the past year and a complete detail at their new location in Medina this last winter.Never had an issue, always polite, courteous, and informative customer service. I recommend them to everyone, and I will not hesitate to return for my future automotive protection needs

Fantastic company to deal with!!! Drove an hour today-(Dec. 4th, 2023) to have my new vehicle-(2023 Toyota Camry) receive a complete rustproofing package. Office staff, Amanda & McKenzie were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable! Amanda-(office manager) answered all the questions my brother and I had concerning their service and details of the materials used. The treatment time was slightly over one hour and the work done by the treatment crew was excellent. Based on the service they provided today I would highly recommend this company. I have already scheduled a follow-up treatment appointment in one year-(Nov. 1, 2024) while there today. The service they provided me today should be a blueprint for all businesses!! I would highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to get rustproofing or detailing work done on their vehicles. 5-Stars for the office & technician staffs!!!

Just had my Honda Pilot cleaned here last week and I wouldn't take it anywhere else! We live on a dirt road and have 3 boys in travel baseball so they had A LOT of interior cleaning to do! They did an amazing job and the customer service was outstanding! Amazing experience from start to finish, only place I've ever been were the guys working are just as friendly and helpful as the staff in the office. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They did a full detail on my girlfriend's Chevy equinox and it looks like a brand new car! Will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here in the future

Went in on 10/23/23 to see if they could paint a few parts I need to complete my restoration on my vintage car. They wanted to get the paint code and said they will use a device that helps them get it. NOWHERE WAS IT SAID THEY WOULD TAKE A DIRTY/USED BUFFING PAD AND BUFF MY CAR ON TOP OF THE CONTAMINATES. The dude ruined my coating on that part of the car, it is no longer hydrophobic and embedded contaminants in my paint. I was NEVER asked permission to buff my car he just pulled it out and started buffing and I stood there dumbfounded that he had the audacity to do that. As far as I'm concerned they lost my business (hence me never contacting them again). Avoid the mistakes I made. PLEASE go somewhere more professional.

I have Pro Touch in Wooster OH detail my 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD every summer plus they tinted my windows and they are awesome, they do such an amazing job. It s like having a brand new truck every time they touch it!!

Pro Touch cares for our families vehicles from annual complete details to undercoating and recoating. Very professional and timely at all levels. They can and have also tended to body wire and painting.

Best detailer in Ohio! Don t let the price scare you away it s worth every penny! My wife and I take both cars there 2x a year and have never left disappointed or even close to it. Ask for Taylor he s been very helpful ever since we started going there! Dude is the best at the best detail shop!

My wife was traveling with 3 little kids and a dog up to her parents for Thanksgiving. Dog threw up all over the front seats/center console. Protouch got us in right away before they closed the day before thanksgiving. We so helpful and kind. Gave our kids a protouch stuffed animal. Completely saved the day!

Called in to schedule window tint. Was able to get me on the schedule promptly! Went with Prime XR passenger/driver windows and front brow. Makenzie and Amanda were amazing to work with. This is the 2nd vehicle I've brought to Pro Touch for tint. We were VERY satisfied with the job they performed both times! 5/5! Would recommend! Thanks Pro Touch!

Unfortunately not an honest company, rust proofing is a scam. Faithfully had vehicle rust proofed under the impression there was a warranty. Now that it is rusty they are saying we where a month late on one application so they will not cover anything.Let s say that actually happened and we where late one time. When that happened an honest company would have let use know at the time and now keep keep taking our money under the false pretense of a warranty.
