I love taking my vehicles here and washing them! Feels safe day or night, always clean and well lit for security as well as being able to see what you're washing. The available options when washing are great and actually work! For example, spot free rinse, degreaser, wax etc.Also you can use cash, quarters, or even swipe your credit/debit card to pay! It is 24/7, but if you're here during normal business hours the employees are very professional and helpful!

Lake Auto did a great job at making sure all my fluids were full and tires had air in them while getting my oil changed . The atmosphere was pleasant and professional.A nice young man named Danny Campbell changed my oil . Thank you again Danny !

It's a good quick and easy oil change for a fair price and you can wash your car in the same location.

Lake Auto went out of their way to help me with a burnt out headlight. I was traveling through ohio needed an oil change and had a headlight that needed replaced. Even though this is not a service they offer the staff took the time to help. I cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at this establishment. Thank you all so much!!!

This oil change service was great until recently. Never had any problems before. The last time I got my oil changed they left the filter loose and leaking then my wife took her car there and they overinflated the tires by 12lbs. She said they were too busy flirting with her to pay attention to their job.

I used the manual car wash, and it worked fantastic, very powerful. I plan to try the touch less car wash in the new future, and if it does a good I will join the unlimited wash club.

Went in for routine oil change and man the price hike.. $105 for full synthetic in our Silverado.. major price hike... Will have to find another place.. husband took it there. My ford only cost me about $80 for full synthetic..

Been getting my oil changed here for years with several different vehicles. I've always found them very courteous and professional. Only thing I might change is if they made the car wash a bit cheaper. But hey, I get it he's gotta make money too. I'll still give 5/5 because I like the place.

Getting frustrated. Everytime I go to wash my car the automatic carwash is closed down for some reason or another. I almostl canceled my membership too. Because quality went down quite a bit. Giving it 1 more months then may go somewhere else. Hopefully things will improve

The only place in Wooster where you can still wash your own car. For a decent price and cheaper than the drive thru washes.

The car wash was really nice and the options were great. However it says the prices on the wall and then check your bank account and you get a huge difference on your bank card. Definitely do not plan on using my card there ever again.

These guys are so kind and helpful! I used the wrong tokens in their machine to which they had to come open and remove. It was early in the morning, cold and they could have easily been rude and upset but they were so understanding and even gave me a free wash. I will now only go to them when I am going through the automatic wash.

My wife and I suggest you go somewhere ELSE....as a. New owner we suggest new employees....that know how to communicate and Listen...over the years when driving by.the shop appears to closed or extremely slow... unlike the other oil.change shops which are booming with businessTodays date is 11/10 2023

My favorite. Seldom too crowded. Reasonable cost ($2 for 3 minutes). Wash stations take quarters and dollars and has a credit card swipe (mine wasn't working today). Best advantage over home wash is that car dries streak-free.

I only had $1 cash because I wanted to vacuum and use the fragrance machine after now both machines are $1 to use. So I used the dollar for the fragrance machine and used my debit card for the vacuum since it took cards. I go on to check my bank account for something and there was a $10 charge from lake auto care. Not anywhere does it say if you use a card you will be charged $10 buyer beware this is a huge rip-off I hell for that price I should have been able to wash my car as well. I will never use this place ever again.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

We have the monthly unlimited wash states unlimited right? Well we washed are vehicle this morning on are way back home we were passing the wash figured stop in to wash are vehicle off you no its unlimited scan are qr code says we only get 1 wash a day . I think they need to fix there Advertising to 1 wash a day for whatever amount instead of stating its unlimited which it is not. Other hand I decided to pay the 16 bucks for my wash and the wash back broke for the 3rd time on me not very happy at all

Great car wash all though the oil change guys won t leave you alone and hold up the car wash and make it a very unpleasant experience to wash your car here. They bug you about the app then hold the line up setting the app up instead of pulling them off the side but mind you this isn t their job it s utterly ridiculous!

Every time I come here to get my car washed the oil change guys harass me to get the EverWash app, they will hold up the car wash line until it backs up. They have also folded my side mirrors in, without permission from me. My side mirrors are never a problem! The problem is the constant harassment and degrading treatment of women from the oil change guys. Go back to the oil change bay!

The owner of this car wash is one of the most unprofessional slumlords I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. From the shoddy drywalling in the house to the many fire hazards I had to live with we told him about numerous times and he willfully ignored. I would recommend to never do business with the man.

Great service! One of the cheapest car washes around! I love that I can use my card! The only gripe I have is the pre-soak wasn't working when I visited. I will definitely use this wash when I am in the area!

This car wash was great, and I was excited when they put in the credit card machines. Unfortunately, the button to stop the machine from charging my credit card didn't seem to work, and I paid $10 to wash my car. Save yourself some time and money. Just use quarters.

Went there to get my oil changed again and the mechanic that was in the pit called for another mechanic to come down stairs. I asked if everything was ok two or three times and the mechanic was like your oil pan drain bolt threads are pulled and won t tighten all the way. Had my oil done here last time and think they messed it up. Very annoyed that they were trying to rush me out the door and not inform me! 150 dollars later and I got a new oil pan. Will never come here again!Service: Oil change

Their manual car wash is the same as most. Their drive through car wash, when it's working, is okay. But, since it's been modified, it now costs $4 more per wash with similar results.
