Wife decided to play chicken with a Jeep. Chevy of Wooster s body shop did an incredible job with the repairs even going above and beyond for some the request I had. The new paint even looks superior to the original! All the body lines and fitment are perfect! They always dealt with the insurance company directly so all I ever did was drop it off and pick it up! Truly quality work and a caring team!

Drove over an hour to this dealership not knowing what to expect, and we left absolutely 100% satisfied. Jason and the staff made sure we left with what we wanted. Jason is a very down to earth dude and seriously will be back for that alone. Love them!!! Couldn t recommend them more

First time dealing with this dealership and couldn t be happier with the experience. My salesman Jason Jocabs was great as was all the staff. The service was quick with no hassles. They gave me what I wanted on my trade and we worked out a deal and I was in and out in a couple of hours.

We recently bought a 2023 Chevy Tahoe and a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Dakota at Chevrolet of Wooster. Hands down the BEST experience we've had at a dealership. In fact, going forward we will make the 1 hour and 37 minute drive to go to this dealership, because of this experience, over any dealership in our area. We are east of Columbus, so there are plenty of dealerships in our area. We were not pressured at all to buy and they took their time to go through everything with us and ensure we got the vehicles we wanted at prices we could afford. Amazing experience. Can't say enough good things about Dakota and Chevrolet of Wooster!!

Nice place and good people! Bought a nice Tahoe Z71 here and came from STL to buy it. They sent somebody to the airport to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Took really good care of me! Thanks

Jessica and the service staff are knowledgeable, courteous and very quick in my experiences with this dealership. The only complaint I have with this location stems from the fact that they do not clean, vacuum or at least wash the exterior of your vehicle regardless of what services you had performed. I have grown accustomed to every other dealership, no matter the manufacturer, doing some form of after care cleaning.. even if only throwing my vehicle through the wash bay to clean the exterior, but this dealership does nothing. It just kinda sets the mood for the rest of the day when the little things are taken care of. Granted, I do not expect the full detail that I get when my BMW goes through the service shop at that dealership, a rinse would be nice at least.

Great Sales people their service department no so much bought a Jeep from them within one week I had to replace the coolant reservoir because it was all kinds of sludge in it. Radiator was filled with rust deposit and duck had a hole in it and was blowing out fiberglass on the third day of driving me front front brakes were below 2 mm, that s the cost between 1500 and $3000 rotors or had to put new rotors filter dirty how to get a cabin air filter. This was all within a week I ve only drove it not 120 miles and this is already you know oh yeah also brand new caliber driver side split in half , thankfully the Dodge dealership was lenient with me instead of a pay for a rental caliber without a brand we just got a brand new boat for that bold caliber so you know thank you for you know checking up on the car thoroughly you know maybe you guys before you sell a car for 30 $40,000 maybe you guys should thoroughly exam all coupon and just don t give it up quick eyeball you know save people from the dollars appreciate it.

I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was eager to get a vehicle. The vehicle I bought already is having transmission problems. I haven't even drove it in months because of the transmission. So now I'm making a truck payment and I don't even drive it. Also when I was there to purchase my vehicle my credit was ran a hundred times along with my co-signer also. My experience was not well.

This used to be a great company to deal with. I will never ever buy anything from this place again. First, we were told we were being sold a certain warranty and then actually sold a different warranty. Second, we have been trying to resolve this problems for almost a month now. I was told the general manager would get back to me and that is still yet to happen. Every employee I have talked to has been nothing but rude and not at all helpful. I used to recommend Chevy of Wooster to everyone, that will no longer be the case and they have lost my business forever.

I had a new transmission put in my silverado 1500. Service department excellent--especially Jay He explained everything,kept me informed and gave me a loaner. Two weeks later my 2014 silverado was finished. Everything seems to be in good working order! THANKS Don Rhamy

Can not recommend Wooster GM enough! The service the department is top notch! The service manager noticed I had children with me in the car so they came right to my car so I never had to get out. They took the pictures handled everything with the insurance company (even when the insurance company wasn t easy to work with), and got my car in and fixed in a matter of days! The salesmen even got us popcorn while we waited. This department is efficient and professional! 10/10 recommend!

If I could rate lower then one star I would. Dealership is full of lies. I have nothing against the brand Chevrolet, now the dealers who sell them I do. The dealer I dealt with was friendly and helpful, all other parts of the dealer I thought was good until we bought a lemon and they told us they will make it right and after a month still didn't get it right and then no calls went answered and we moved on spending time and money to drive to the dealership to try and trade it multiple times and getting insulted with trade in values almost half of what we paid for it. Oh wait I'm forgetting did I mention the first month we owned said vehicle we put maybe 200 miles on it because of it spending more time in the shop "getting fixed" took them 3 different times to guess the dipstick was missing! Needless to say we will never be back

Wow what a great experience . Stopped in to look at a SUV. The salesman, Jason H, was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Jason came in to work on his day off to meet up with us again when we decided to purchase the vehicle.From there Jason and Tyler (mobile finance man) made the purchasing process very easy. It was a pleasure working with them and look forward to doing business with these two in the future!

Your service dept., although courteous and personable, presented me with an unbelievable diagnosis - a sensor on my air bag system was bad and would require a $700 repair. This was after you performed a recall repair on the air bag system of my truck. Shortly after the initial recall repair, a service air bag warning appeared on my dash. Since it had never appeared before, I assumed it was a result of something that happened when you were doing the recall repair. Your service dept was adamant that the two 'problems' weren't connected, but it's pretty hard to believe the second 'problem' would have happened if you hadn't been in the air bag system to do the recall fix.

Amazing service by far the best I ve ever encountered and a dealership. Nick and Jason went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase was both accommodating and appropriate. They did everything in their power to help me get my payment lower and it worked 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Scheduled appointment to drop off my vehicle for a suspension noise, dropped off after hours and filled out information card. 1st phone call I received was to ask if I wanted an oil change because the oil change light was on. Told the advisor it's not due yet I had just forgot to reset the light, and if he had looked at the window sticker he would have seen it's not due for another 2k miles. He asked again and again I responded the same. He also said my vehicle had some recalls due and I asked what they were, he didn't know. I asked if there was more than one, he didn't know that either. I then asked if the Tech had driven my car yet and determined the problem, but he hadn't. So the 1st phone call was to tell me nothing. The next time I talked to him he told me my "stab links" were broken and they are just flopping around causing my noise. I asked if he was referring to the stabilizer links and he said no these are stab links. I know the Tech abbreviated the term, but your advisor should know what he's explaining to the customer. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and pay for the diagnostic charges (I declined repairs as I wasn't convinced of the estimate) my advisor, I think his name was Mike, brought my car around and walked away saying nothing else to me. I paid at the cashier and asked about a miscellaneous charge on the ticket, unto which another advisor, a woman whose name I didn't get, barked at me saying the charge is on every ticket at every dealership and didn't actually say what it was before also walking away from me. After searching the ticket I found that it was a charge for shop supplies, not sure what 14 dollars worth of shop supplies were used on my vehicle, but if that's the standard.I hope this message gets read by the right people and hope that it will lead to additional training so future customers won't experience what I did. I will not be returning for any type of service and I definitely won't recommend this facility to anyone.

Disappointed in how my recent visit was handled. Car was throwing a lot of codes. Service tech said it needed a battery and I was quoted $285 for a battery - which seemed excessive. So asked why the price was so high and I was told it was because it was a AGM battery. I had no clue so I agreed to let them replace it. Turns out that battery can be purchased anywhere else for half the price. So it really had nothing to do with the fact that it was an AGM battery. And this my friends is why you don t trust a dealership to work on your car - price gouging!

I bought a 2016 GMC Cannon, I had to put 5 new tires on it the next day. I complained about the front end being lower than the other side come to find out it was wrecked an they didn't tell me thaextt, the bill is over a $1,000. They told me to drive it for a week. Stupid me I forgot about the 3 day cancelation. Will be seeing my Lawyer next.

Let me start off by saying iv always been a chevy guy ever since my first truck gotten all my vehicles from here and my family has as well but never will again because of the lack of pride they take in there product Got a 2020 2500 z71 already had to put new motor new transmission in it took it out to service because it was stalling out they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it lol so i took it to Ackerman auto and they found it right away o most like like thwy didn't want to admit they sold me a lemon so now it has to sit as a yard ordement because of a national part shortage with no release date

Service department is over priced. Had a quote for brake's $900.00 dollars more than what I paid. Then this week two injectors $5,300.00 to fix. My other quote that I have $1,600.00. Not a place to have service done on you vehicle.

After seeing a car on line at the dealership, I took a ride to see it. It's about an hour away, but worth the drive. I met salesman James Brady when I got there. Very friendly and easy to talk to. It was my birthday and everyone there was wishing me a Happy one. We talked over a deal, and needless to say I bought it. Chad in finance was very helpful and friendly also. I was treated very well by all the staff and could tell they all work together well to give you a good customer experience. I wish I lived closer to the dealership for my service, but as I said I'm an hour away. Thanks James and Chad for a Great buying experience and a Happy Birthday!

The staff and sales department at this dealership are absolutely the best! I worked with Brian to get my car traded in on a newer, sportier ride. This was the easiest car buying experience I've had, and I've had quite a few. Great people, fair prices.

September 09 th I traded in my nice Buick for a Nissan pathfinder that gave me issues 3 days after having it it s still currently being worked on going on 2 month s having this vehicle and now I m paying 350 dollars too fix it I will never give them my time and day nor money nor will I recommend anyone too them for a vehicle they can t even make this right for me and my family no reason they can t make this right so now all I can do is leave this review for others too see and hope they don t end up with this situation it s been nothing but stress and a headache you never have to experience this getting a car from a dealership I d say I would have taken my car back that I traded in on but they sold it 3 days after the trade in so yeah thank you Chevy of Wooster for wasting my time and money.

Amazing customer service! Shawn was awesome from the moment we walked through the door. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Gave us straight answers and listened to what we were looking for.
