On a trip out west, some hit and run jack-wagon did driver side body damage to my new 2021 Ram 1500. After the insurance run around and talk about a preferred shop , I was able to do my own foot work to find a repair shop. The Ram dealer here in Wooster highly recommended Auto Works and I am so glad they did. These folks know the business. The initial review of my truck was great with through discussion on what they would do, what they would need to secure and how long they would need it. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. These folks did a bang up job making my truck look like I never encountered that Arizona jack-wagon. Maddy was super helpful and friendly and frankly it was nice to walk into a business unannounced to pick up my truck and she remembered my name. I hope I never need to get body work done again on a vehicle, if I do hands down I would take anything to these folks to repair. I highly recommend and thank you for excellence in service, caring for the customer and a job well done! Thank you and keep up that great work. The Dark Knight rides again !Service: Body & Trim

We have had two vehicles repaired at AutoWorks. The registration process is very organized. The administrative assistant is awesome! Both repairs were completed quickly and the quality of the work was outstanding. Not thrilled, not a horrible experience, but the guy clearly had no time for me, & didn't want to do the job that I was willing to pay cash for. The secretary was an absolute sweety.

Thanks to auto works for job well done. Very accommodating and they took great care of my car and did an excellent job with the repairs. Very friendly staff. They even cleaned the inside and took care of some blemishes that wasn t part of their job. This is from the auto works in Wooster down past the fairgrounds.

A great place with a heart! These guys will be honest with you and work with you. Dan was friendly and honest. And Mattie, the Administrative Assistant, was so wonderful! Great place.

Went to use the hertz rental and turned out not to be avaible. The auto works employee did everything she possibly could to make it right when it wasn t even her problem to deal with.
