Stranded in the grocery store parking lot, car full of groceries, and a low oil pressure warning message on my dash. Called Auer for a tow and Eric arrived in no time. Friendly, fast, and professional service. Thank you!

So this morning I got a call no son wants to get. My mother was in a car accident. She was taken to the hospital where I met her. While there she requested that we grab some things for her. I asked my wife to head down to the lot. She was turned away as they were enforcing a policy requiring a power of attorney or the registered owner only. Frustrating but fair. When it became clear my mom was to be transferred to a better equipped hospital and would be spending the night in the hospital I rounded up her documents and headed for the lot so I could meet her with her things at the new hospital. Upon arrival the Wooster lot was locked up so I called the number on the gate. I was connected with a female associate who did not identify herself. After stating my intent to grab my mother s belongings I was shocked to hear her say that she already notified our family that documents would be required in a condescending tone. I informed her that I had the documents and would like access. I was told that this is a satellite location for them and they don t staff it. Strange that it s posted online as 24/7 when the reality is it s not staffed. She informed me I d have to wait and even added that if my mom was really in the hospital she wouldn t need anything from the vehicle. This absolutely floored me and I expressed my displeasure. Who is this woman to tell me my mother doesn t need access to her medications, bible, rosary ect. I also got a story about their policies, past litigations that caused the policies on and on. At one point I was told requesting access to another persons car was breaking the law and that I should educate myself . Keep in mind at this point I am in possession of the P.O.A. Documents. I felt attacked, disrespected, disregarded and not even treated as a human. News flash a towing service is a customer driven business. If you cannot properly staff your locations to a) provide access to customer vehicles or b) treat customers with respect you should do the ethical thing and remove yourself from the emergency dispatch list. Using a public service as a network to build business off of the misfortune of others and then treating them this way is unacceptable!

I'm very picky about who touches my truck, and when I needed it towed, I decided on Auer based off good things I've heard about them. I couldn't have made a better decision.Eric showed up literally within 4 minutes of me calling. Eric was so helpful in possibly seeing if we could first diagnose our problem with our truck, but when we thought the problem was more than we could handle, we decided just to have it towed. Eric helped us figure out some other things we were trying to figure out with the truck, which is above and beyond, in my opinion. He loaded my truck carefully and was friendly on top of that!Thank you, Auer Towing and Eric, for making a stressful situation a pleasant experience.

Shout out to Eric with Auer! There I was, doing the walk of shame down 585 to the gas station after pushing the gas light limit just a bit too far, trying to convince myself that I wasn't "that guy" and hating myself for now being "that guy", when Eric pulls up. He went out of his way and demanded to drive me to the gas station, drive me back to the car with gas can in hand, and make sure I fired up. He then followed me to the gas station to make sure I didn't break down again..Awesome stuff. Good people and good local businesses exist. Auer is now added to my phone book as a first call if something ever happens again (although I admit I may be too embarrassed to call them if I simply run out of gas next time.. again ). He even declined my offer and attempt to buy his beverages at the gas station. You can tell when people do good for the right reasons, and they did just that. Thanks again!

I was driving though Wooster and I got a flat on my lowered corvette. The gentleman that had to tow me was soooo precise and professional!! He was as much if not more concerned about my cars well being as I was.If you need a tow please call these guys their employees are simply amazing .

The driver came pretty close to the ETA and was a polite gentleman. I also got a text when the vehicle was all hooked up with pictures etc.

They charged the highest prices I have ever experienced and I own a rolloff. Haven't even tried to work with me or get ahold of me. Too busy for the small working man.
