I needed a new filter for an old car which has an aftermarket air cleaner and carb. I brought the old one (which was lacking any code numbers) in. The counterman looked at it and instead of telling me I was out of luck, he took measurements and found one in Florida. It came in a few days later - perfect fit! Very pleased with his initiative to help me out.

Went to the store to buy oil, they were very rude and were ignoring me, he was also very rude to someone on the phone and was very impatient, never again. I'll go to the the other automobile businesses next time.

Much friendlier staff than AutoZone, that chunky woman at AutoZone has a mouth and attitude problem. I always find what I need here at Advanced Auto and I'm not to be made to feel inadequate when I ask if a product is available at a lesser price. There are also multiple locations in Wooster allowing for a greater range of products to be available via a store on Beall/Nold and another just around the corner on North/Bever. I also believe there is a third store up near the North end either on Milltown or Burbank but I have not used that one.
