I paid less than $50 for a full synthetic oil change and a tire rotation, and I waited for less than a half hour. The staff was very helpful and the pricing was very fair. To my surprise, they also refilled my car with windshield washer fluid. I will be back!

Ackerman Auto and Tire did a great job mounting and balancing my ATV tires. They were quite busy, but still completed my tires the same day. They always answer the phone and listen to their customers! Their parking lot is pretty small so parking can be an issue here. Overall they had a much better price point than all their shops around I called and the service was top notch!

I had a leak in one of my tires and needed to go help my daughter out. I called and explained my situation and they told me they would work me in. They did and the staff was sympathetic and had me out in good time. Thank you all.

Had major repairs done on our family vehicle done within matter of days, asked them to change oil and put on new brakes while they had it. Grand total was extremely reasonable. Very honest and trustworthy. My only regret was not taking my vehicles to them sooner.

We've used Ackerman for several years with many cars they are consistently reliable, honest and just do good work. I wish the lobby were a little bigger but it's worth it because everything else is so good. I cannot say enough about this crew of auto repair technicians & Desiree, who runs the office! She is the gal behind, all the guys!They have been my Go-To-Auto-Experts for 8 years now! They are full service! We ve had extensive & complex repairs done at this shop, so my review truly speaks to their level of knowledge & expertise in auto mechanics!They offer a high level of expertise in automotive repair. Updating from a review I left 9 months ago. It turns out that within less than a month I had to go to a different mechanic to get a whole new oil change. This place completely stripped the oil drain plug resulting in extensive oil loss and engine damage. I brought this to the company's attention immediately. Hopefully they did refund my dad who so willingly offered to pay to have the oil change done on my car. Fast forward to today, I took my parents car in to get a tire rotation done for them. Since they were busy. When I checked the car in I was approached about my last name and if I was the one who left the bad review I replied yes. Rather than it being a conversation about what happened to my vehicle, not even an apology, I was greeted with a snarky comment about being back. Even though it wasn't my vehicle. They get you in quick and I have never really had any problem. However I did just have a problem, not sure who's fault it was but my ex said it had 2 have been intentional. Not saying it was there team...just...it was an easy fix. Anyone needing good, fair pricing, and reliable work done should come here!!!!

Very friendly and very professional. They do great work at a great price! No upselling or unnecessary charges. Have taken my truck in multiple times now for brakes, new shifting link, struts, tires, and alignment. They even fixed damage done by other, less competent mechanics that I mistakenly trusted. Great professionalism! Great customer service above and beyond! Picked me up where my car died; refunded my money after the first diagnostics were incorrect; sent me home back to canton with his personal vehicle over night ; fixed quickly the next day and followed up with me the following week to make sure everything fine. Very impressed!
