What an incredibly positive experience we had here with Nate and the crew at A&J Exhaust and Tire Center. As two touring musicians in a 1987 Winnebago LeSharo (not a common vehicle) we were making our way back home to NH when our van started making a horrible sound. We called around and no one wanted to take a look at our van but one very friendly garage (First Choice Auto) recommended calling A&J. Well, we did and we couldn t have been more fortunate. Not only did they agree to work on our van but they found the problem and fixed it the same day. They offered us free water bottles, coffee, wi-fi with a waiting room and were extremely courteous and professional. We were back on the road a few hours later. Nate, you are the man and your crew is amazing. If we pass through Ohio on the next tour and we have any issues at all you can bet that we will be heading back to you. Thanks a million! I just want to say these mechanics are honest & fair. I took my 2016 Chevy Cruze to break loose the down stream oxygen sensor. I took it to them at 8:30 am an it was done by 5pm the same day. I then drove it home and it started smoking and shutting off. I took it back up to them and explained everything it was doing still. I left it with them Joe called me at 8:15 am the next morning. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and asked it I was ok with it I yes. He called me back at noon explaining what he found out and what he could do I said ok go ahead. Joe then called me back at 4:30 pm telling me it was done and the car is running great. Joe is a down to earth guy who's out to help people understand what's wrong with their car. We need more mechanics shop around here like them. I will be going back if I ever have a problem with a car again. Thanks again Joe you and the guys did a great job I so much appreciate it.

Would highly recommend Joe and his crew of mechanics for all your tire service needs. If you get tires with Joe and something goes wrong with them he always try his best to get you in as fast as possible.

This is a true five star review!! I, personally don't believe all 5 star reviews..I would rather believe 4 stars. So I'm sneaky...these guys are the best! They treated this old man great. Went "above and beyond " with my muffler repair. Save me a lot of money on a part that is over priced and hard to get. Thank you very much. Will recommend A&J to all..thanks again

Had an amazing experience with A&J. Joe was super helpful and is an honest guy. The team was able to repair my car fast and for very cheap compared to where I have gone in the past. This company put a new motor in a mountaineer I purchased and it's had problems ever since. This company took alot of money from me and the previous owner of the vehicle with issues relating to the motor they put in. Ever since I purchased the car it has ran terrible but i knew this company put a new motor in it. I've taken the car to them many times to fix it and they could never get it right. Had them do a headgasket check 3 weeks ago and they said there was no issue in the head and this was after putting another new radiator in it. A new radiator the 4th time after AJ replaced the moter and only 70k on the new motor. Found out this week it is the motor. This company shouldn't be doing motor work obviously.

Phenomenal. Joe and the staff were top notch. I had an issue with aftermarket wheels and tires that were the wrong size. From the minute Joe took my call l, listened to the situation as the vendor had to ship me the correct tire 35" and unmount the 33". I told him I had to wait while it was getting completed. He gave me a time, I arrived and he got the truck right into the shop. He brought me in the shop to look and make sure all looked correct. They were so great to deal with and their staff was extremely friendly. Great waiting room with charging cables for phone devices. Will continue to go back to A and J as a great place for all my Auto needs.

Great customer service and prices. They made sure to let me know what was going on and estimated how much it would be and let me decide what I wanted to do. Loved that they were not being pushy or trying to sell me extras that I didn't need like other places.

This is a great place to get your repairs done! Customer service is second to none. In my experience they are always prompt and try to fix the vehicle properly and don't take shortcuts. They are easy to work with and I trust them with all of my vehicles!!

In July I took my car in because it wouldn't run. After numerous phone calls and waiting I was finally quoted $5,000 for a new Wiring Harness and told that all my wires and plugs were junk. So I paid for labor and fuses that were missing but car still wouldn't run. I had to call and have my car towed and was not allowed the key to my car and was told we'll text we'll text you pictures of what's wrong. After leaving this review I was contacted by the Owner and the Owner took time to meet with me and discuss the issues and made it right which is very unheard of. I've had great service in the past and because the Owner made it right in time I might consider having work done here. If you want a good place for tires they do well with that. Very proud in the Owner for making it right with the Customer.

Just had both exhaust manifolds replaced.They did an excellent job. Price was what they quoted and it was done when promised.Pretty sure I found a new go to shop.Between both of their locations.Actually, the night I dropped the truck of I stopped at a rental store for tools in Wooster.The gentleman there highly recommended them also. Made me feel a little better.The results are proof positive.They do what they tell you their going to do and do it.5 stars!

If there was zero rating, they'd have that. Rude, didn't fix the car correctly, talked to me like I was stupid because I'm a female and too much in a hurry. Awful. And they've done my mom and friend just like it as well with there car repairs. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. GO ELSEWHERE!

Good mechanics. Now Ackerman. But same mechanics who used to work at Honda dealership. Honest and reasonable prices. I recommend them highly. I know joseph from a&j. He sold biz but new owner kept the same staff on....

Fantastic customer service! I found tires for a cheaper price at another shop, but decided to come here after speaking with them on the phone. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and I will certainly be coming back here for any future tire purchases.

Joe was very helpful and honest. Overall they fixed our 2012 Nissan Murano exhaust system quickly and without any issues. We couldn't be more impressed with their service.
