I can honestly say I've never had a better experience. Buying a car. Jimmy made everything super easy explained everything that I need to know. He checked over my car before I even drove away. Cory financing made the financing process simple, went through everything with me. Explained everything very well and I can honestly say they've gained a customer for life!

Best experience we ve ever had at a dealership! Gabe was wonderful, the best car salesman we ve ever talked to. He was very knowledgeable and honest, wasn t pushy at all, was transparent about the trucks we were looking at. Both Rams were extremely clean and well taken care of. The building was very nice and clean too. He made the whole process easy and seamless. Highly recommend coming here for your next car or truck!

Thank you all for all your help with purchasing the 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 BigHorn I love this truck very good Ride , Brandon did an amazing job showing me the truck and letting me know about the options it had very kind and friendly , and very helpful , Lisa with financing the deal and all the paperwork and the money part was also very kind easy to talk to and very professional also the manager Jason Frazier , was very nice, helpful easy to work with did a good job taking care of the truck I Bought ,I liked the whole staff that worked with me on the deal appreciate all of them made the experience a good one thanks to all of you hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a happy NewYear God Bless You thanks again Brett Rank

This is my 3rd vehicle from Rouen. I always come back because they are willing to listen to my needs and help find a reliable vehicle that fits within my budget. I called and spoke with Cal in finance and he helped me find financing with fresh start credit. Jimmy greeted me when I walked in the door and took over from there. He made me feel like I was the most important customer there, even though they were busy. I walked out of the dealership that same day with a car way beyond my expectations at a payment I can afford. Jimmy also took the time to call me the next day and ask if I was happy with my car and the service I received - who does that these days? Needless to say, I would highly recommend Rouen to anyone who wants a dealership that goes above and beyond each and every time!

Casey was wonderful Hey, went above and beyond too get all of our questions answered to show us however, everything worked took me back to service and introduced me so when I start getting my oil changes, I ll be familiar. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Teka is awesome. She is very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all the bells and whistles to me. If I have any questions all I do is give her a call and she walks me through the process. This is my second car with her being my sales person. I will definitely come back again. She also did a follow up call to see if I had any concerns. She is the best!!

Rouen has my business for life. My credit wasn t the best and I was lucky enough to work with Cedrick and Jason. Both were very professional and positive while putting their best effort to help give me the best lease option for the vehicle I wanted. By far the best dealership to go to compared to Yark or Charlie s Dodge! Can t wait to return with an even better credit score in the future and see what they ll do. I will continue to work with Cedrick too. Great personality and conversation!

I pleasantly enjoyed my experience with Rouen. I was going to shop around before I settled on a car, but Rouen was the only place I ended up shopping at. Everyone made you feel like family. Scott S. did a great job in adhering to my needs and putting me in my new Durango. He had already made the sale and the same energy and enthusiasm was the same as before the sale. It was the same until I drove it off the lot. He even sat in the vehicle with me for 30 minutes before I drove away explaining all the features. He is definitely the person to ask for when shopping at Rouen. Great job Scott & Rouen Auto!

Ive been meaning to leave this review for awhile especially after hearing their commercial on the radio for people with bad credit. DONT DO IT. They sold me a car in November and by December the engine light is on and by January its a blown head gasket. When I got the car I told them that I was driving back and forth to Ann Arbor because I have a sick baby who had heart surgery but then when problems arise they tried to blame it on my driving BUT I was very consistent with oil changes because I knew how much I had to drive. Then the only solution to them was offering to trade 10,000 of debt onto another car which did not even sound right. Which was probably gonna make the 2017 car over 20,000. They do not care about you once they have your money even though my mother has done business with Jim multiple times she couldn t believe that they would sell me a car that didn t last 3 months but THEY DID.

Rouen will always be my goto from now on tried other dealerships that ran my credit in the dirt refused to work with my bank so Jimmy once again helped me get into a new car I bought a jeep a few years ago and Jimmy worked with the bank on getting me in that and now he worked for two days with my bank to get me into my 2021 Dodge Durango will always recommend to anybody who needs a new vehicle to check out Rouen! They will work with you and do whatever it takes to get you into the vehicle you want

It was great, I walked in the door thinking .after they hear what I have going on and the situation that I m in they re going to laugh at me and tell me to walk back out the door and there s nothing they can do to help me .Boy was I ever wrong! Scott Scheatzle was willing to take me as his Problem Child and worked a miracle and I walked out a happy owner of a new to me used vehicle that I am so happy with!
