So we purchased our FIRST camper today, after years of window shopping we took the plunge. Steven and Brian at Specialty RV were GREAT. They both were very helpful and answered all of our questions, even the off the wall ones. I would differently recommend Specialty RV to my friends and family. Thanks again for all your help.

First time purchasing a camper. Salesmans, "Griff" made the process super easy and took me the lot to find my pick. Had My 3 year old son with me and all the others salesmen were super nice to my kid and let him watch paw patrol while we were doing paperwork. Great experience overall

These guys were great! Have been looking for a truck camper and they had the exact one we wanted. Called and asked a lot of questions. They answered without hesitation. We are in PA so had to drive out to Ohio. They held it for us. Bought it, came back two weeks later to pick it up. Had to leave the truck there for a day but they gave us all the info of Hocking Hills to explore for the day (gorgeous area with lots of hiking!). The guy that walked us through (sorry I can t remember his name) and explained everything was detailed about the unit! Very easy going relaxed comfortable. We have traveled over 6000 miles with our camper and it is perfect. Thank you again everyone at Specialty RV!

My experience with Specialty RV Sales was above board. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Plus, their courtesy seems genuine versus superficial only to make a sale. Thank you for the pleasant purchase experience.

We came with family to purchase a travel trailer and the staff was very professional, honest, and friendly. They provide fair trade in value. Shoutout to Gabe, he was super professional and thorough with explaining how everything works and runs. So helpful!While the paperwork was being done they told us to check out all the campers and it was fun to explore. They have a huge selection including all types and sizes. Definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for an RV!

Our great friends bought a fifth wheel off these people . When they first got it there were so many issues with it . They paid over 30 k for it . The floor in front of the kitchen sink was sunk in and the flooring has tons of mold in it because they didn t care to fix it before selling it . So here they are doing all these repairs because they were sold an rv that was nowhere near gone over before it was sold . Terrible way to treat such great, honest, hardworking people .

This place is an absolute joke. I worked at this dump for 4.5 months. They cant even be honest with their coworkers. Still waiting to be paid for deals that were sold in June. How could you expect them to be honest with their clients? Shorting on pay, making promises they cant keep. This place is ran like a 1980s car place. Worst management I have ever witnessed at a dealership. Save yourself some time and stay away from this dumpster fire.

Everyone great to work with especially Dakota and his colleagues for a thorough walkthru and gettting the unit set up for my vehicle. Samantha, the Service Manager was accommodating, professional and a joy to deal with.Sales Manager Dan and salesman Jorge were very hands on and accommodating as I was coming from out of the area to take delivery.A great experience. Thank you.

Won't ever return. Misleading and not upfront during our visit to buy a camper. Gave a deposit and agreed on everything only to have them triple our down payment and payments, so we told them no thanks and got our down payment back. Noticed the very next morning they had sold it to another family. Another salesman kept going in and out of it on the phone to someone when we agreed to buy it. So I'm guessing they made more money off them and decided to raise everything on us to make us walk away.

Just another average dealership. They had the model we wanted so this was our place to purchase. Salesman was laid back and helpful as was the finance staff.However, we had alot of issues at time of delivery (3 times!) and do you think the dealership ever reached out with questions, concerns, etc? Uh, no. Nothing after the sale from the sales department.

We had a really good experience buying from here! Colton helped us find the camper we were really interested in. The financial process was easy and they worked with us and our budget to make sure we could get what we wanted! We were impressed with the whole experience. Gabe did our walk through. He was very friendly and personable. Made sure we really understood everything and made us feel confident in our purchase! Would definitely recommend this company

I called the parts department to ask a question about a part and the person on the phone got really rude and a smarted off at me. This phone conversation definitely helped me to decide to never inquire with these people for anything ever again. Thanks for helping me make that quick decision.

Loved working with Griffen the sales man. He listened to what we wanted and needed. Had the utmost patience with us and truly went out of his way to ensure that we was satisfied. He had spent the entire day chasing us in and out of literally every camper on the lot. He is awesome. Thank you so much for your time.

We are from Pennsylvania and drove out to Specialty RV in Ohio to buy a truck camper. Everyone was great! Our salesman Griff was very knowledgeable about the unit and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend them.

Just left the lot with our camper. Gabe did a FANTASTIC job and was extremely thorough with our walk through. My husband and I were able to get a complete understanding of the ins and outs of our new RV, didn't feel rushed at all and were able to ask question after question. We are pleased with the service we received from Gabe and look forward to many adventures in our new toy.

Great experience, until they got their money. We cash bought a used camper that had not yet been serviced. We were promised that in 2 days time it would be serviced and ready to be picked up at 3pm.I called the morning of the pickup to confirm, as we live 2 hours away.We arrived at the same location where we purchased the camper, and our salesman didn't recognize us or remember we spent 3 hours there buying a camper from him 2 days earlier. Unfortunately, the camper was at their service building a half hour away, but we weren't told before hand that we would need to go to a different location for pick up.No problem. We drive to the second location to pick up. The guy at the service desk didn't even know we were picking up a camper today. The sales team severely dropped the ball here.So after several phone calls and a hour and a half wait, we picked up our camper.The camper had obviously been looked over very quickly, as we picked it up at 5pm on the Thursday before a 3 day holiday weekend.Like I said, the service was fantastic until they got their money. I would recommend going someplace where you're treated like a person before and after the sale has been made.

We are returning customers and enjoyed the experience with Steve Neff. We wanted to upgrade from a unit we purchased last year (Aug 2021), and it took us several weeks to finally decide. We finally decided last week. Steve was kind and patient, never pressured us, and was a great help. Thank you!!

I started out at Camper World. When I went there and asked about buying a camper with no financing, they jacked the price up $1,500.00! I don't know who was madder, me or my husband! They also offered an absurdly low price for our trade in. I left and told them no thank you. They called back with a higher offer, but we were still done!We took a chance and called Specialty RV Sales. I am sure glad we did! We were not pressured and our salesman Dan and Justin who helped him when we were looking were both FANTASTIC!!! They didn't pressure us and push us to the most expensive camper. They asked what we wanted and listened! We moved up in levels until we found our dream camper! It was just perfect for us! Dealing with the financing and all phases of the sale was easy and very well ran! They had a large black motor home on the lot that I just wanted to look at after the sale, and even though it was an hour after closing time on a Saturday, Dan took us out and let us look. He never rushed us and was fabulous!!!! I highly recommend Specialty RV Sales off of 33 in Canal Winchester!!!!

When we went to Specialty RV, we had a good understanding of what we wanted and what we wanted to pay for it. Mashuri took our information and showed us several options that fit our needs. I was delighted by the quality of what we saw, and that Specialty had variety that I had not seen in other places. We discussed financing briefly and left to see what kind of package could be put together. Mashuri, Dan and Doug were masterful at putting together an arrangement that fit well. I was initially apprehensive as I tend to be very hands on, preferring to steer throughout the decision-making process. However, I am satisfied that the deal they provided us was well constructed and produced with great concern for our well-being. The team was patient and accommodating during the entire process without excessive pressure. I appreciated their professionalism. Russ was careful to get all the T's crossed and I's dotted for the paperwork in a very pleasant manner. Wrapping it all up, Gabe did an excellent job of introducing us to our new travel trailer, answering our questions and addressing all the things we needed to know. Thanks for pointing us toward our next horizon!

I had a great experience purchasing my new camper here! Griff is the salesman that helped me and he was great! Very friendly and easy going. I wasn't able to get there until after 5pm... they went out of their way to provide great service. They stayed late both nights I was there! I cant remember the finance manager's name but he went above and beyond to get me approved! A huge thanks to everybody there! I highly recommend this place. Ask for Griff!

After several years of contact with Kevin, today I finally was able to get an RV that met all of my wants/needs. Kevin has been very helpful and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me a great deal. I would recommend Kevin and Specialty RV. Sales to anyone looking to start living a RV life. Best new purchase experience. Ever. Griff and Mashuri were fantastic. Any question we had they answered or they found someone who had the answer. It was a pleasure working with them and we'd recommend them to anyone. No silly negotiation issues: Price was fair and they didn't throw in any last minute additions to the bottom line, like so many dealers do. Thank you Griff and Mashuri for a great experience!

Terrible experience. Salesman Dan first wouldn t return calls then when we finally were able to get a response after waiting and waiting we were told you are approved with $4800 down, come Saturday to do the deal so we show up Saturday to sign papers to be told ohhh now we have to verify the approval. Then to be called back 3 days later to say oh sorry we never got you approved. Some honesty would be nice but Dan would rather string you along then just be truthful. Would never ever recommend anyone buy a camper here.

Great experience working with knowledgeable sales team. Dan was very helpful and willing to send pictures and videos since I was 3 hours away. Danielle was also helpful and made the decision to purchase my Palomino Real Lite both easy and stress free. Highly recommend anyone looking to make a purchase start with them!

I went in looking for a used beginners camper. The website had campers priced from $1995 - $4995. The $1995 camper was unusable, but I liked one of the $4995 campers.The salesman agreed to sit down and talk, he told me he would go get the managers best price on the $4995.He returned with a price over $7100 that included a $860 destination/delivery fee and a $600 prep fee!! I asked the salesman if he was going to send the $860 to the guy that brought the camper in and traded it. The camper was used and didn't appear it had prep work done also.WARNING: Just wanted to warn customers that what ever price you see online or quoted on the lot will be around $1460 higher, due to fees added to price, just be warned.If they would have been straight forward and didn't play games with me, I would have made a purchase. The salesman was very friendly though.

Colton was so helpful and extremely willing to show us any camper we wanted to see. And never complained to open the same camper over and over along with working later then he was supposed to. He was a great salesman and does his job extremely well. We will always recommend to friends and family to pay specialty RV sales a visit Also finance man Russ. Was 100% on top of things. Did exactly what he said we had a great experience
