Was stuck at work after closing because my key fob got damaged, car alarm kept going off after I opened the car via booth, yet car wouldn't start when key is inserted in ignition. I called them and in less than 30minutes of arrival at my work address, James fixed my alarm and made me a new key fob. They definitely are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. Would recommend them any day.

Derek did an amazing job replacing my ignition after my car was stolen and recovered. Not only was the service fast and reliable, they were able to complete the job for 1/3 of the cost of the dealership and the dealership said it would take 6+ weeks to get ignition parts and they were able to order them and have them delivered and installed within 4 days. Thank you so much my car is finally running again and I am so grateful.

I was amazed at how quickly Derek arrived and took care of business. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to make me two keys in a short period of time. I would most definitely recommend this service to anyone who needed it. Thank you!

I lost my keys for 4 days and because I only had one key fob I decided to bite the bullet and have a new fob made. Jack was at my house the same day that I called and was done in 15 minutes with my new key. He was friendly, professional and informative. But for $400 I would have been happier if he had taken a few hours to do his job and had gotten super dirty and exasperated while doing it.Two days later I found my keys. I m writing this from the grave because I killed myself after finding my keys RIGHT WHERE I THOUGHT I LEFT THEM, and realizing I spent $400 for no reason.So, Jack from Snap and Crack, if you re reading this, you did a great job! Don t blame yourself for my untimely death.UPDATE: Dear Snappie and Crackie Locksmith: Thank you for going the extra mile to reach out to the newly deceased. If I can get Jesus to put his hands on me and raise me from the dead I will stop by the Canal location to have my old fob reprogrammed to match my new one. There is nowhere I would rather spend another $75 than at Snapple and Crackle Locksmiths, the only locksmiths in the country who provide service to the recently departed.

James came out at scheduled time and promptly installed the new electronic lock, made sure it worked and then re-keyed back door to match. Very professional and nice to work with. Wouldn t hesitate to call again. Very convenient and easy to work with.

I needed Snap & Crack Locksmith after I accidentally locked myself out of my house. Shabi responded promptly and was here in the timeframe they provided. It took him every bit of 5 minutes to get me back inside of my home. He was very friendly. The price was very reasonable.Will definitely be using them again.

My dog somehow someway locked himself in our bathroom. They were quick fast and super nice. I didn t get the techs name but he was understanding. Thank you so much for rescuing our dog

I called in the morning to get a new deadbolt setup on my side garage door and was given an appointment for that day between 12pm-2pm. Jack texted me a little after 12:20pm that he was 5 minutes away and arrived promptly. He did an excellent job drilling a whole new hole and knocked out the work in an hour. I would call them again for future needs.

This locksmith came out for 5 mins and charged me $125 for a service he did not provide. He was hired to reprogram my car key, was unable to reprogram the key and still expected to be paid for a full service. Then tried to charge an additional $250 for a replacement key. He didn t even know how to turn the alarm off on my vehicle. I was ripped off by this company. I would not recommend ANYONE to spend their money with this company.

Scott was prompt courteous and professional. He took one look at the fob and knew immediately that it was the wrong one. He said that the reason the trunk was not releasing was because the button was for remote start. He indicated to me that he would have to go get another one, but I could keep that one for a spare. It does everything but open the trunk. He returned with the new fob, programmed it, and everything worked. He handed me the new fob, but when I asked for the other one, I was told that his boss would not let me have it. He said that they could use it for another car. What is happening to integrity? As an authorized agent of your company he made a promise. He now knows not to make that mistake, but I was penalized for his mistake. It took 4 trips and a lot of my time to get one simple job done. I don't get any consideration for the hassle?

Service was fast and it was something I didn't know how to do. But it took him less than 15 min. to program MY key fob and cost me 95$ + tax. That's $380 an hour, pretty expensive don't you think. They said over the phone $75-95, I guess $75 was if it only took him 10 min.
