Seth ordered my tires and they were promptly in the next day. Even called to let me know they had arrived. Gave me great service and a good deal with rebate on the spot. Definitely swing by NTB if your in need of new tires.

Great team that works fast and helpful with the price. I was able to walk in and get four tires and an oil change with no appointment. Seth in the front was knowledgeable and patient with me!

Definitely one of the best shops I ve been to! Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable and they truly take care of your car and get it back to you in a timely manner. Every cars situation is different and some jobs are harder than others but their goal is to help you leave with your car in better condition than how you brought it in.

Went to discount tire to get my tire patched and was quoted 30 minutes hour and a half later still no help so I came to ntb and Seth got me taken care of in no time, got some quotes on a new set of tires and got me out the door. Nice guys, helpful and quick. Definitely recommend and found my new place for my tire needs. Kinda thankful discount tire didn t get me in or I wouldn t have went to ntb and had a good experience. Thanks Seth and team!

If i could give a 0 rating I would. I went to #ntbtire last week to have an oil changed and my tires rotated which theyhad done about 4 months prior. They told me they couldn t rotate my tires because there was a nail in the front tire and the rear tires needed to be replaced because the tread was so bad. I had them just change the oil and took it to the dealership today because I have the tire and rim warranty. They fixed the tire with the nail under warranty and told me my rear tires are fine and do not need to be replaced. I will not be going back to NTB tires! Trying to get more money out of people is disgusting.

I feel like this shop is my little secrets. I am always treated like I'm a part of the team. Dallas is the best. He answers all my questions and gives me suggestions on what to do next. It's some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Bring your car here you won't regret it!!

Seth Bowers at NTB has always be extremely helpful and honest when taking care of our cars We have taken multiple cars on multiple occasions for regular maintenance and have always been taken well care of and look forward to coming. Great place!

I had an oil change appointment scheduled & having a VW it takes European oil and while they didn t have enough for my scheduled appointment Seth not only ordered my oil but he checked my oil for me until my scheduled appointment but he topped it off, free of charge & this oil isn t cheap. A few weeks prior I had tire prices quoted from another place and they beat the price by 270! They saved me so much & the tires are perfect for my car! I highly recommend this location. Thanks guys!

Will was amazing and awesome. He helped us out with our flat, caused by a broken valve stem, told us where to purchase a new stem and sensor, which we will bring back for him to replace, all at no charge. Fabulous! Back on the road to Pittsburgh!

Seth was awesome in assisting me with my tire selection. He clearly explained, in terms I can understand, the pros and cons of the cheaper tires vs the high end tires. Would recommend to anybody in canal

Seth is great. I ve always liked NTB for everything really. But since Seth has been here I ve brought all my personal vehicles for both tires and brakes. And work vehicles. These guys are awesome. Couldn t recommend them more

Went here after my appointment at Tire Choice went bad. Will & Wouldney helped me out in a pinch and even came in $250 cheaper! The guys were pleasant and very helpful! Quickest service out there. Thanks guys!

Dallas and Cody went above and beyond for me today. I was upset with myself for causing the damage my two tires sustained and they assured me I'm not the first person to do the same. They took the time to check for any other visible damage I may have done and seemed genuinely happy to tell me there was none. They replaced the tires and had me on my way in less than an hour, and at a good price too. My terrible morning was made better by their great customer service.

NTB Canal did great. Seth and Will were pleasant to work with and offered a quick look at a leaking tire, but unfortunately it wasn't fixable. No complaints there. Not too thrilled with the online reservation system. Despite me constantly selecting the Canal Winchester location, it kept making the appt for the Lancaster location, where I then had to call to cancel. So that was kind of annoying.

I absolute appreciate them!! I went to Walmart to get a new tire and they completely blew me off and wasted my time. Didn't even have the tire size I needed. Came to NTB and not only did they have what I needed, it just needed a patch due to a nail in my tire! If you guys need anything this is the place to go! Good prices as well! Ask for a gentleman named Tim!

Came in for a battery but ended up needing several other things. Four of the crew stayed an hour past closing to get me on the road again. Great staff with a great work ethic. I will definitely be back!
